Reading this I have to wonder why MKW got a 9 but Kirby Air Riders only an 8?

Played the demo and don’t get what all the fuss is about with these games! A 9/10?!

I think the price increase from Nintendo for games certainly hasn’t helped either. I am much more selective now about which games I buy because 70 Euro and in some cases 80 or more is just too much. Games I would have taken a chance on before I don’t bother with now.

I wish we would have gotten Tennis Fever and the new Yoshi this year already but otherwise no real complaints.

Little bit disappointed it’s not quite as good as Series S though.

Don’t get how these types of games get a 9 and Metroid only got 8. Enix just keeps on churning out the same game over and over again. 🤔

Sadly am beginning to doubt we will get any games that run at 4K and 60fps unless they are very simple ones!

@Jack_Goetz to be honest it amazes me that people still don’t have a 4K tv yet in 2025. 🤷‍♂️

4/10 for Kirby Pinball is a crying shame. Loved that game.

@Maxz Yes, fair enough. To be clear I am not campaigning for anyone to be banned though, it’s just this one weekly post that drives me nuts.

Every single week it’s „PS5 sales doing good, number 4, number 5, number 6“. They don’t even post on the Playstation site as far as I can see.

And just because you think it’s garbage also doesn’t mean it is.

They could at least drop the price of the OLED version and I would consider one for my travels.

@JCLKaytwo Cloudy Court Galaxy is a wannabe Gusty Garden, just doesn’t have the same oomph! Gusty is perfection.

Cosmic Cove Galaxy sounds nice. I may have to mix the two and make a playlist.

Nah, Galaxy 1 soundtrack is miles better! Nothing beats Gusty Garden Galaxy!

70 Euro for both is too much. May get the first one but probably not.

Can one use the dlc to quickly get more chips to buy bananas and therefore increase skill levels in the main game?

I think I bought one Amiibo in my life and now it will forever remain that way. Whatever happened to reducing the amount of plastic waste in our environment….

I may have been tempted if it came with Official Soundtrack CDs.

@Max_the_German why are you and others so against having other options available? If you want the challenge then stick to the main setting, it doesn’t hurt you if others choose to play an easy option.

I really don’t understand why they don’t just add an easy mode. I would buy it if it had one.

So Nintendolife, instead of jumping on the negativity bandwagon with everyone else, just wait until you have the game in your hands!

How about waiting to judge games once they’re released instead of all these negative articles about how poor the Switch 2 is…this is my go-to site for Nintendo news but it’s getting tiresome reading about fps all the time.

Let’s hope it can keep a stable 30fps! 🤭

@Jhena it isn’t, last week’s numbers were for two weeks.

I don’t really care much about frame rates but even I think Switch 2 games should at least be reaching 40fps!

I didn’t get too far on the Switch 1 version so will probably start again from the beginning.

@The_Nintendo_Pedant The Switch 2 has only been out a few months, why such pessimism already? There will be plenty of new games in the coming years.

I hate it when a game is really hard and there is no option to choose an easy mode. I feel like I have wasted my money if I end up seeing barely a third of the game because I can’t progress any further.
