So far Pokopia hasn’t grabbed me as much as Animal Crossing New Horizons did but I guess I am enjoying it the more I uncover. Only just got my first Pokemon Center built and gone through the first trainer gate to a new area.

@PharoneTheGnome You may be right but at the same time reddit is full of people buying a Switch 2 just so they can play this game so it certainly isn’t a flop by any means.

I love all the games in all of their positions equally.

@UltimateOtaku91 Sometimes I really wonder if that person even has a Switch 1! All they do is moan about the Switch or say how great the PS5 sales are.

I just want the Japanese charts to see how many Switch 2 consoles were sold.

It‘s going to be 60 Euro apparently so with a few discounts I will get it for about 30 Euro. Looking forward to it.

Maybe undersupplied means the retail shops didn’t actually ask for many copies because they didn’t think it would sell well.

I will get it this weekend for 30 Euros. Wouldn’t pay much more than that for it. 70 is just too much for what it is I wasn’t interested at all until I read all the reviews but decided to give it a try.

@JohnnyMind just say you are happy to see said games doing well, their chart position is irrelevant as we can all see what chart position they have.

I get digital because it’s cheaper. In ten, or even five years, I won’t care if I have the game on any kind of cart or not.

I am a grownup adult, I don’t have fomo. Will get the game when I am ready and enjoy whatever content is available at that time.

Yeah, expectedly better on PS5 but nonetheless looks great on Switch 2 and shows what can be achieved in the right hands.

Just wish they could fix the hair, it’s a problem in most games using DLSS.

Switch 2 looks slightly better than Series S though to my eyes and that‘s good enough for me.

@PtM It certainly doesn’t but when you look at certain posters history and see that they post 99% negative stuff on here…

p.s. for me Link‘s Awakening is miles better than echoes of wisdom but I prefer linearity and don’t find the game too difficult at all and I am rubbish at games.

I love these free updates and they do bring me back to games I haven’t touched for a while. I wish Yoshi‘s crafted world would get an update too.

@Coffee-Waffle to be fair, I didn’t think animal crossing looked any different the first time I played but on the second go I could see the visual improvements quite clearly, even though they are nothing stunning by any means.

I got echoes of wisdom on day one but barely played it on Switch 1. Will go back to it once I finish Link‘s Awakening.

All this whining about wanting new games…..have some patience, the console hasn’t been out a year yet! And stop complaining about it in a thread that talks about free updates.

Haven’t spent much time with it yet but I also couldn’t really tell the difference in resolution, even on the 4K tv, very disappointing.

Well I mean they could at least be offering Switch 1 with a heavy discount by now…same for the Lite version.

Amiibo seem like such a waste of money to me. 🤷‍♂️
