For a 30th anniversary, it was kinda weak. Nothing unexpected. W/W is so far away, why announce it so soon?

It's Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate a 64gb game fully on the card??
Why isn't this collection on the card to...If you're going through the effort to make a physical release, why the hell make it an empty card??

Was pretty sure I'd be getting this on my XSX, but after playing the demo on my Switch 2, I'm totally torn.

And I thought game key was bad, at lease you can sell and share those. Code in box is disgusting and anti consumer.

I hate that this is a Switch 2 exclusive. It could absolutely run on the first Switch. That and it being a game key, I will not be picking it up.

How is it they put out a video for the DK country returns HD update (which is hardly anyone cares about) and they just release patch notes for this?!

I personally picked up a Switch Lite after having my Switch 2 for a few months, realizing how much a wanted a small pocketable handheld.

People might not agree with this and they’d be wrong…the best way to play the game is with motion control aiding. It feels SO GOOD and it much better than aiming with the sticks or using the mouse function.

I'm about 20 hours in and loving it! Feels like a great evolution to the Prime series...especially considering it went through development hell. Will most definitely 100% it.
Sooooo has this game gotten any marketing apart from being featured on the eShop? I personally haven't seen one commercial or ad anywhere. No wonder it's not selling well. Coming out in December was probably also a misstep from Nintendo.

Very interesting, I am only about four hours in, but so far I’m loving it.

I own this game on Xbox and it felt real good to get for $17.49! Given I already payed full price for it once before, I don’t feel bad that it was an error BUT I’d be big mad if the game was revoked. Happy to see them doing the right thing.

Got a 1TB card during a sale in October for $157! So glad I did.

I need them to put it on the US store. It should be soon, we got a 2024 and 2025 calendar.

I didn’t get a ton of time with the demo, so maybe I’m missing something…but having all the “moves” (attack, inhale, charge/boost) under the B Button feels crazy to me. I’m accidentally charging when I want to attack. And the right trigger charges too and so does A?? It’s all very confusing. I’m having a hard time understanding what this game is.

Any word on if/when they'll be doing an English version? I need that book for my baby niece ....defiantly not for me! 😅

@DominionGamma Yeah, 2027 is what I said.
My best guess, they likely started development with a small team for the switch 2 edition plus the new content and in tandem another team started the next animal crossing game. Once the small team is finished with the January release, they'll join the other team on the new AC.

This says to me, they've JUST started working on a new Animal Crossing. So I would be surprised if they announce a new one that comes out before 2027.

For such a big game update, I can't believe it's free. The $5 it will cost me to upgrade to the S2 edition seems very worth it.

The breakneck speed at which boosters come out is not fun. They seem to cater to the whales.

A lot of people took home a paycheck for that add and they really shouldn’t have. What a completely boring commercial and waste of talent.

I personally thought Gear 5 was a refreshingly great take on the franchise. So if Metroid can pull this off, I'll be very pleased.

For me the upgrades are something I want when I replay the games, I never got to galaxy on 3D all stars, so as a res nerd, I’m happy I waited. That said, I’ll wait for MAR10 day next year and see if the game gets a discount. It is a little pricey.

I jumped into my old world on my XSX and loved how everything looked with the new visuals update. Excited, I grabbed my NS2 and was bummed that it didn't have it.

You can add Star Wars Republic Commandos to the wont run/cant be played list. I transferred it over to my switch two and it won’t open

@Medic_alert I'm a total achievement himbo and have the game on my Xbox but haven't finished it or played any of the DLC...So the idea of taking on the go and playing it on my xbox at home is very appealing..IF I can still get my achievement lol

Does anyone know how cross progression works? Like if I play this on my S2 and then go back to my Xbox (which I have the game on there) will my achievements pop if I did something that qualifies on the switch?

This could be great for travel!

I wanted this but the price is just far too high. Other companies will probably sell a carry case with room for the dock for $50 or less. We are experiencing peak Nintendo pride with these accessories prices.

I didn’t realize that the charge grip had buttons on the back side. So little things like that have been fun to discover with the 3-D views of hardware.

@stache13 maybe, I think you're on to something. The lawsuit hit right after the game came out on PS5, I suspect Nintendo/Pokemon started building a case after it got super popular on PC/Xbox and the Palworld/Sony partnership only made them move up their timeline. I'm sure it's much MUCH harder to sue a game that's in early access because the "mechanics could easily be changed" (before official release) argument probably has strange courtroom implications.

I thought this lawsuit was going to be about how much the monster looked like Pokemon not game play patents. I assume Nintendo/Pokemon is suing because of the broad similarities and the patent angle is just here the lawyers feel most confident.
