I could get Shin Megami Tensei V for $20 CAD physically, much cheaper than getting it from this digital sale, thanks to a certain Canadian online retailer store. (But I already have it and I paid more for my copy, I should have waited, but then again I was not expecting a Shin Megami Tensei game to go below $30-$40 CAD from a online retail store.)

Also I can pretty much get 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim and Persona 5 Royal physically for a bit cheaper price at this time.

Anyways, there are some good prices here.

Well I'm gonna disagree with this score. Been a long time since I played this game, but back then I would probably give it a 8 or 9 out of 10.

@Chibi_Manny That does not mean anything. Because Nintendo released some Nintendo developed/published 3DS games in 2017-2018 when the Switch was already out. (Not saying the next Nintendo system is coming out next summer though, but expect some more Nintendo published games to come out on the Switch when the new system comes out.)

Well this is the first free game that I actually 100% do not care for lol. Colouring games are just not for me plus I say it is better to get physical colouring books for kids.

Although there might be some digital colouring books out there I might enjoy? (I still do have Mario Paint for the SNES, so I might give that a go.)

@Faucet Hmm, alright then. Thought it was because of something else, but I guess there are more reasons on why it crashed during that year it seems.

I'm gonna skip on the Pokemon DLC. I prefer what they did with the series back then with new content. (Like Crystal, Emerald, Platinum, Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon versions.)

@Faucet Pretty sure that is not the reason on why the first video game crash became a thing.

Anyways I really don't mind "shovelware" on a eshop, because at the end of the day it is my decision if I want it or not. Easy to ignore them if they are not to my liking. Sure it may be clogging the eshop, but that is because the Nintendo eshop is missing a LOT of features, and missing a lot of filter options unfortunately. So yeah the next Nintendo system better have a improved eshop.

Also there is "shovelware" games out there that I do enjoy.

I might try Lego Fortnight someday.

@JR150 I don't think the issue is with the publisher. XSEEED games have been a pretty good publisher overall.

I will gladly take these free games.

I like open world games, but nowadays I am not a fan of "empty" open world environments. Still enjoyable, but sometimes I just wish their were more on where I am going in game and more interactions. I also would like NPCs feel more "alive" as well and more unique designs for them.

Only way the Fortnite dev's would ever get Nintendo characters on their game, would probably have to make them exclusive for the Switch version only.

@GameOtaku I managed to get racer/commando double pack for the Switch at Walmart for $9 CAD XD. (Plus Atari Flashback Classics for the Switch at the same time for $9.)

I was thinking about getting this, but I am most likely gonna get the games separately physically instead because the games that are not on the cart is almost a 30gb download unfortunately.

I really like this art style for Zelda BOTW/TOTK, but it's time for a new style for the next game. Or at least a huge improvement with a somewhat similar art style.

So far the Sega announcement is what made me the most surprised out of the whole show, so I voted for that.

I could say a lot of things for World of Tanks. I still enjoy playing this game, been playing the game since 2013, and I am glad it is still a thing.

My vote was either between Piranha Plant, Min Min or Joker. I decided to vote for Min Min just because they chose her over Spring Man XD. (Many thought Spring Man would be the obvious choice to put in the game back then, and for some reason it felt great when they revealed Min Min being the chosen character from ARMs to be in Smash Bros heheh)

I bet they won't call it Mario Kart "9." Also I think they are gonna make a roster like Super Smash bros with the next one, where it will have even more than just characters from the Mario series.

@larryisaman Gonna disagree about not recommending it to really young kids. I was a really young kid when I played the original, and I really enjoyed it back then. So I recommend it for almost everyone.

Physical copies are more convenient for me. (But my house I live in is not making it that much convenient anymore... no room because of too much other stuff, and too small, and living with 4 others in the same house, but if the game I want is in physical form, I will still get the physical version eventually.)

I just voted for the Bonus one because the artwork is pretty good.

I do see Pokemon lasting for 100s of years (unless something unforeseen happens...)

@LikelySatan They wouldn't be awful, these GameCube Pokemon games are really great. Gives a different vibe from the main Pokemon games.

I think I prefer them to make a brand new Pokemon spin off similar to these games. But I welcome remasters for these games, because the pandemic just made these games go for crazy money nowadays...

@Kiyata I played it all the way through, and I enjoyed it all the way through. I didn't saw any flaws, and it wasn't too difficult for me. I even played it for a second time if I recall correctly.

@Znake I have been playing video games for almost 19 years and I do agree games need to have more quality (especially those companies with high budget), be complete on day one of being able to purchase it, and not all games have to go the route of being heavy monetized. And I also don't like forced online games. (Not counting free to play games. Only those games that require you to pay for the game itself and requires online.)

@russell-marlow If Nintendo makes The Thousand year old door easier... I will be disappointed. Hope they make it optional (Not sure why Nintendo is "afraid" to make QOL changes optional.)

And for the RPG game, i'm gonna get it regardless because I just really love the art design of the remake.

@Znake All these games will be fun for certain other people. Just because they will probably not be fun for you, does not mean it will not be fun for others who are interested.

I chose Europe cover because of that detailed branch they are walking on, the duck staring at them, and that the title itself just looks way better with the background of the EU cover.

@dew12333 Nothing is wrong with other companies developing handheld consoles that are similar to others. As long as they don't violate patents, etc, it is fine. No need to make a big deal of who is copying who.

Imo, more companies should make their own handheld console like the Switch, or something different but somewhat similar.

This is one of the ways how people innovate, they look at an existing product, and come up with ideas and ways to make it their own in their way, etc. It would either be better than the existing product or not, or something completely new, etc.

(Just imagine your argument is for laptops instead, now you would sound silly heheh.)

I liked the original Daisy circuit, but have yet to play the new version. Probably gonna disagree with that con saying it is "boring."

@Vexx234 For me, Black Flag was amazing, and when I tried Assassins Creed 3, I didn't like it like I did for Black Flag. (I might be trying the 3rd game again soon though.)
