I love the game so much

@Snatcher I agree with you, but I'm also happy they are pushing the game so much. Maybe this will be the big breakout Metroid game that makes Nintendo care more about the franchise.

The is a good start, but the game needs more.

An Animal Crossing update would be great. Maybe a big game for Christmas too? I don't want to get my hopes up too much.

Nice to see Slime Rancher getting some love on Switch

The first and only console I got on import as it took a while to release in Europe. Maybe one of my fav console of all time. It felt like Nintendo (and other dev) were more willing to experiment with games and ideas.

If we have a Direct this month then there is no reason for them to attend. If we don't get a Direct soon then they are really struggling.

Did you ever stop to think that it's not just LGBTQ+ who want to play games with queer characters and story elements? I have plenty of straight friends and allies who like having these stories and romance options. They like to see the world from other perspectives and embrace diversity. It's not just LGBTQ+ who turn up to gay pride or care about representation.

On the negative side, it's always the same people having a problem with these pieces. Always trying to find new ways to say the exact same negative things.

On the plus side, I just found the 'ignore' button.

I've played 100s of hours in the PC version. It's a great game.

Yoku was my nicest suprise on Switch. Great game.

I'd be happy if they just made it so Redd turned up more. I've played every day since launch, and I'm still missing half his stuff.

I may give this a shot. I played a demo of the original version at Eurogamer years ago and hated the art system and colour scheme.

The Gameboy Micro is a great portable. The only one I could just put in my pocket and go.

Ys VIII on Switch was my first game in the series, and I loved it. Can't wait to start the new one

It was a fun game but I found the fighting slower than the game before (not sure if that's actually true or just me). I'm glad they bother with single player story though. So many fighting games forget that some people like to play solo.

I remember when summer was a slow time for gaming.

It's been really interesting seeing which lower-tier games Nintendo really back and ones they don't. I wish they would uplift every game in the same way they did Luigi's Mansion 3.

@bluemage1989 Nintendo doing the unexpected is... the most expected thing in a lot of ways. They always seem to make random choices.

If they bring Dead Space PLEASE can they fix the asteroid sections. I finished the first one, found out there was a 2nd, and just stopped playing.

The game looks really bland to me. I was hoping it would be more arcade-y. The courses look flat and their isn't much flair to anything.

I still don't understand what is in this season pass. Nintendo have done such a bad job explaining it. It also feels like this update has come out too late.

It qas good but also missing a lot. No Animal Crossing news was suprising.

I'd be happy if it was just Monkey Target from the first game.

Game Explain did a 'live' reaction to that E3 a couple of weeks ago. The Smash intro was super hype.

@RainbowGazelle Funny story about that for my Switch. On launch day I was at a friends house so we could get our Switches together and share the experience. The delivery truck arrived with my Switch and the ONE game I pre-ordered: BoTW. I unpacked the Switch and put the game in... and nothing. The game didn't work. The Switch didn't even recognise the cartridge. So I took it out and found that somehow I had a blank cartridge. It didn't even have the metal strips on the back. I then had to spend ages on my friends crappy wifi downloading the game. Four hours later I got to play on my Switch. It's made me a paranoid about physical Switch games.

The graphics really make me want a new Jet Set Radio.

We have been played 2 player on Easy as it's really hard. Enjoying it so far
