Really great to hear that Prime 4 turned out great. I don't really plan on picking it up (mainly because I STILL haven't beaten Prime Remastered, i might just restart it lol), but still, it's really nice to see the wait come to an end.

That being said. See you in 2034 when Prime 5 comes out. /j

An easy 9. I played the OG Air Ride once for like 2 hours years ago (with a PS3 Controller, didn't have a Gamecube Controller and there was a homebrew thingy that let me use one) and couldn't get used to it, but now in the modern age with a new game, it's fantastic.

It's really nice to see that Nintendo fans got "Oh boy, 2 Cakes!" in the end. They really hit us with 2 racers this year and I'm so happy they both ended up phenomenal.

It's about time... praying they have more than 1 City Trial Map.

@Uncle_Franklin There's a reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally good chance they signed up just to talk down about the game, like a lot of people are doing right now, spreading misinfo, and telling people not to buy the game. Plus their comments got removed soooo. I might be right for once lol.

I just beat it today, and I'm not sure if it's my FAVORITE Pokemon game i've played through, but it's definitely in my top 3 now with Legends Arceus and Ultra Sun/Moon. I was really worried about the whole "This game takes place in Lumiose City, and ONLY in Lumiose City" thing, thinking that there's no way they'd do that for one single town, and that something was up. But there wasn't anything up, it's ALL in Lumiose. Looking back, I think i would've actually hated that I lot, thank goodness they did keep it all in one area.

Either and 8 or 9 out of 10 for me, would recommend. Also, I haven't cried over a Pokemon game since OG Moon, and this game broke my 8 year streak. Good stuff.

Making sure I block everyone who posts any spoilers. Already got spoiled on one of the unrevealed Megas (although calling it a spoiler isn't fully right, it was pretty obvious who was gonna get a Mega if you just paid attention to the trailer BUT I WANTED TO WAIT TO SEE IT'S DESIGN), and i hope i don't come across anymore. I already decided I'm taking a good break from twitter when the game come out, so maybe after i beat it I'll go back and unblock everyone.

I Pre-Ordered the official Nintendo case, but when i picked it up, I was given the Gamestop branded one... I was kinda mad at first but it's actually a really good case! I even fell on it once, I thought it was done for since I'm a very big person, but there wasn't a scratch anywhere. I will say, I do think it could've been a bit smaller, but if you walk into a game stop and you NEED a case, I'd recommend it!

Honestly; I like them both. I think it would've been nice to have the Switch 1 E-Shop remain Orange, while the Switch 2 keeps the Red aesthetic.

There is one big issue though. Does this spell the end for Special E-Shop Themes during events? I vividly remember during Mario's 35th Anniversary Celebration, they made the E-Shop red and had 8-bit, 64, and Cat Mario appear as the loading screens, which were really fun while they lasted. I can see them doing this again for the 40th this year, but it's not going to be as impactful, since many people will have adjusted to the new E-Shop by then...

1. Can 3rd Party companies release their own Paid Upgrade Packs, or is this strictly for strictly Nintendo 1st Party Content? (Edit: Ok this one got kinda answered; Some Companies are offering Discounts to buy their Switch 2 version (Hogwarts Legacy (ew)). It's kinda weird, but I'll take it. I really wish other companies either follow the same boat as Hogwarts did or just straight up let us upgrade our physical copies. Preferably the latter. Looking at you, SEGA.)
2. Like any online service, they'll have to close the doors on Nintendo Switch Online one day, probably within a decade. When this happens, what will happen to the content distributed through Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass? (Octo Expansion, MK8D Booster Course Pass, Happy Home Paradise, Zelda Upgrade Passes, ect.)
3. Why am I still single? (This one also got answered! All I had to do was stop being single!)
4. On the topic of Nintendo Switch Online, do they still plan to offer Game Trials for certain games on both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2? And if so, will some be exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2?

Watching the stream right now... it's still going... if Nintendo drops the price because of this then cool, but I honestly don't expect them to. Maybe during Christmas time with the launch of Kirby Air Riders, but for now, I'll bite the bullet and start putting money aside to pick it up, if not at launch then in early July.

I've always wanted to try the Steven Universe games, atleast there's some Physical bundles with Lets Play Heros and Save the Light ebay, but Unleash the Light just isn't available at all anymore... GOD I hate Warner Bros.

I don't get IGN. I've been playing Brothership since launch and, yeah there's a bit of slowdown, it doesn't make the game unplayable.

The biggest thing I'm hoping to see is Switch Footage of SonicXShadow Generations.

If Game Freak appears, I'm hoping it's a Harmo Knight Remaster (or sequel).

For a wildcard picks, I've got 2: The Hamtaro Trilogy (Quadrology if you count the JP exclusive Hamster Sim) getting remastered or put on NSO, and Ever Oasis HD, which, if i remember correctly, was made for 3DS because at that point in time, the Switch had not sold more than the 3DS (COUGH COUGH The Switch is the 3rd best selling console of all time right now COUGH).

I'm not sure about a Switch Successor being announced this year. Mainly because I don't think Nintendo would release a game like Splatoon 3, say "we're updating this game for 2 years!" and then say "HEY go buy the new thing" not even a full year later, or announce a game to come out before .

I'd say this thing is gonna be announced late 2024, release in some random time in 2025, maybe 2026 if we get unlucky.

This is going to be GOTY 2023. Mark my words.
