Re: Official Box Art For Kirby Air Riders Revealed, Price And File Size Confirmed

Dang_69

@AussieMcBucket as far as I know there have been at least two different versions of Sora. Sora LTD and Project Sora. Project Sora had a full team of people and made Uprising. But Sora existed before that and after that. The Sora LTD thing was a way to have him not just be a freelance hire for Nintendo, they were entering in a contract with a LTD, which he formed after Melee. I believe it's just him and his wife, that's why he's always partnering with Bandai Namco so there are actual bodies working for him. Also I know Hal isn't developing the game, but isn't it still technically a Hal game? It's like having GoodFeel do a Yoshi game and it's still a Nintendo game. Though obvious Nintendo and Hal co-own Kirby, so it's also a Nintendo game. I'll watch it again

@sixrings remains to be seen if this is disappointing or not. Might be a controversial opinion but I think the original Air Ride isn't that great. There were dev troubles with it, and Sakurai had to take over director responsibilities but still I don't know. They gotta really sell me on this.

Re: Borderlands 4 On Switch 2 Won't Support Split-Screen Couch Co-Op

@Wood_Stick I played for 25 hours - it does not run nice docked unless you are in a story mission that has you in rooms inside of a building in small spaces. The city runs like crap in general. It is headache inducing when in a car going fast. Outdoors, like in the desert look bad and run poorly. In handheld mode the VRR really smooths fps when running it and performance mode and the smaller screen hides how soft looking the game is on a big TV

Re: Street Fighter 6's Next Wave Of amiibo Cards Surface Online, Here's A Look

Dang_69

@RiasGremory they're a lot bigger than most amiibo (saw them in store together and they are really big compared to the new Zelda ones next to them). But 40 dollars is effin insane. The general price increase to even the new Nintendo Zelda amiibo completely killed my ammibo buying habit. You should at least get some of the paid dlc on these.

Re: Video: Switch 2 Vs. Steam Deck System Face-Off, Digital Foundry Investigates

@Otimus yeah it's super annoying. DF is essentially a consumer report giving evaluations on stuff many should find of value. Complaining about DF the same as buying a new TV or car etc without reading a consumer report about what they're getting. To top it off they are generally really positive about Nintendo. But lord forbid they point out someway that Nintendo sort of shorts us (or the Switch 2 screen). Most people's comments here actually echo the final video analysis as well (2 systems for 2 demographics of players).
