I agree with Damien. I'm also skipping E3. I have a bad feeling they're going to spoil the new Zelda game. The whole event on Zelda? I'm mean come on, it's going to happen and I'm avoiding it.

March 2017 release is good. Especially for my wallet. If it released during the holiday season, I would've waited either way.

I never would of thought I would consider getting a Xbox One just for a game. This might be my Zelda for the console.

He's acting as if this is the first time he's seen anything like the Wii U. Which at this point wouldn't surprise me so I say he's legit. And I'm not that excited as he is for Mario Maker but I'm still buying.

20 mil in the first year already kills this rumour. Ps4 took a little over 2 years to hit that.

Really don't want to hear about third parties being positive about NX because they were positive with the Wii U when it was first announced. And here we are almost three years later with Nintendo already pitching a new home console.

And so begin the freaking rumours. Don't know if I can handle 2-3 years of this.

Other than reveal bigger games this past e3 Nintendo should have announced a price cut for the Wii U. I think Nintendo should hold off and reveal info at E3 2017 then have a 2018 release. Don't rush it. Get everything right and give us the ultimate Nintendo system.

The comparison between FF and WW is laughable. But I will applaud the explanation after the fact. I feel a little better about the situation with Metroid and his wording seems to imply that Metroid will come out with NX. At least that's me reading between the lines.

@Peach64 Personally I don't get why people buy the Batman games and the season pass crap when it comes out. By this time next year they're going to have the GOTY edition with all dlc. Patience is a virtue.

With the exception of Splatoon Nintendo has made new ips but they sold horribly like Wonderful 101 which angers me and Code Name Steam.

Xenoblade Chronicles X, Star Fox Zero, Yoshis Wooly World, Devils Third, and Fatal Frame are must haves. Gotta add that after a day to calm down this e3 wasn't that bad because of the no shows. We're getting some really great games.

Everybody saying that the system is dead is straight up stupid. They can rebound from this with a Nintendo Direct in a couple of months so like the article says CHILL OUT!

Xenoblade Chronicles X is still my GOTY. Also Yoshis Wolly World, Star Fox Zero, and Mario Maker are day 1 purchases.

The thing that really ticks me off is we STILL don't know what Retro is working on. I mean damn Sony and Microsoft showed trailers of games they had no gameplay for so how hard is it to do that? Oh and "Metroid Prime" Federation Force also ticked me off and can't believe that's what Next Level Games is making.

Ok if they have "some really great Zelda footage" they need to show it. Why say that at all?

Should of been but the digital event was clearly family friendly which at this point whatever. Nintendo wont push this and neither Devils Third, and they will flop which is sad. But I will purchase both.

@whodatninja I know that but that's why it would be definitive. All three games in HD, game pad features like using the game pad as Samus' scanner and changing weapons tapping on the game pad, map on the game pad etc. Anyways it's fun to dream.

Metroid Prime 4 reveal would be awesome but probably wouldn't come out til next year. Then Metroid Prime Trilogy Definitive Edition for Wii U gets announced for this holiday to tide us over. I would freak the f$*# out!!!

Fallout 4 looks great and glad it comes out this year, that way I can get it in 1 year. I don't buy Fallout games right away because they always release a GOTY edition with all the dlc. Oh and I will get it for PC because that is the way to play a Fallout game. Mods.

Now this I was not expecting. Splatoon holding #1 and a Wii U hardware selling more for 2 weeks straight. I'm happily surprised.

That box art is awesome. Was excited last year with the reveal and even more excited that it looks even bettter. Nintendo bettter show this off during their e3 direct and give it a lot of love.

I still find it crazy they weren't happy with that kind of game hitting close to a million copies sold on the Wii U. Greedy jerks.

I really feel this isn't going to be as epic as we'd all hope. With epic dog fights in space, crisp 60fps gameplay, beautiful scenery, and good voice acting.

1 year of development isn't nearly enough time to do all of that. And I know we have no idea what they're doing but that's how I'd want to bring out a new Star Fox title after 10 plus years.

That's one game I never get tired of.

Contra was not even close to the anger I felt towards Ghost and Goblins.
