@sadz come on, just read the threads above. Switch 1 supports a usb mouse and always has for games that bothered to include support

I feel for anyone who loses their jobs at the whim of mega corporations and shareholders. I simply don't understand how these guys sleep at night

Having over 250 original switch games, I cannot understand why it's not possible to at the very least allow a regular SD card to house of switch games. Plus if I wanted to lose performance putting switch 2 games onto a regular SD, shouldn't that be my loss if it doesn't perform as well as it would on SD express

What a lovely story. I was bought a 48k spectrum in 1983 and owned nearly every games machine with about 5 or 6 exceptions. I spent hours playing PS2 games with my late eldest child sat on my knee. He would never be able to play them for himself but he loved picking the costumes in ssx tricky and Tekken tag tournament. Shouting out who to pick up in crazy taxen as he called. He posted a slice of toast into my PS2 and tipped a cup of cola into my TV. We made sure he kept tricky, Tekken tag and the PS2 with him at the end

I was going to download it until I noticed I had to clear 25gb off my cards to accommodate the 73+gig needed

@Jamie64326 if the story is as confusing as the numbering system, then I will be confused for certain! It doesn't take much.

I'm not tied to physical, I've got 250+ down loaded switch 1 / 2 games, but there's nothing like owning the big titles on cart

I loved this back in the day, but it was essentially an arcade game that was designed to eat your cash and therefore runs were relatively short. Not sure how this can work in the modern day

Luckily I work from home, so fingers crossed there aren't too many meetings booked in by then. I'm more worried about what will arrive and when. My switch and mk bundle is from Argos. My carry case and protector from Nintendo. My pro controller and cyberpunk are Amazon. I can rely on fast fusion being ready as it's a digital download. I'll probably spend ages in the menus and faffing about with the TV and soundbar settings

@SoIDecidedTo I got my first games machine in 1982 and I don't think any one born after the mid eighties could even comprehend how difficult it was to get information back then. Being from the UK console gaming was expensive back then and It wasn't until I was working that I jumped in with a mega drive (genesis), but I totally get what your saying about adding a bit of intrigue with the name

How will the controls translate to the switch? I really wanted to buy the Street fighter collection but I just didn't fancy trying to get my head around playing it without a 6 button set up or arcade stick. I guess ps5 and Xbox are in the same boat, so it's probably a me problem

Why on earth would any company pay that when anyone remotely interested in games will already be following the progress of new games of interest and can see trailers in no end of different media outlets

I realised yesterday that my switch had fallen out of my bag after playing pocket card jockey on the plane to Portugal. 😭 I'm praying Jet2 found it. Luckily I left most of my game cards at home but did have 6 heavy hitters in the carry case 😢😢😢
