@Spookypatrol I haven't seen Gaijinhunter's video on MHGU Prowlers yet. I just remembered my original main Prowler was significantly outclassed by boomerang-perk cats.

Also there's a demo on the switch eshop now, and prowler has 8 builds you can choose from, if you'd like to try it.

Absolute day 1 purchase for me.

Not only is it just like the Advance War that I've been craving, not only does it have online multiplayer and a campaign editor... BUT I SAW THOSE FLORANS!!

After watching that trailer, I think they thought they were being clever introducing them with a shovel (a la Shovel Knight) but this game has steadily gone downhill from when I purchased it. It's now hidden many of it's stages behind lock and key when they used to be free to hop into. Honestly this game for me went from a 6.5 to a 4 instantly because of that. Locking existing assets behind a paywall of any kind is a stupid decision, and it's not like these are 'new' things. They've been in since before it officially launched.

Meh, this game is just aggravating to me now.

I love gust fighters. They sure use that wind to their ability, don't they?

@BulbasaurusRex I don't really care about discounts, nor do a lot of the people who miss Club Nintendo. Personally, I loved all the wacky random physical collectables they had. I reached platinum status every year so I would always get a really cool prize for supporting my favorite platforms. I still have everything I got, too. They were pretty top-shelf items, right up until the end where they were starting to transition to digital rewards. Such is life, though.

@Mr_Zurkon Did you notice that the "Nintendo Switch Rewards - Coming Soon" section was taken down a while ago? I think Nintendo thinks that this "gold coin discount" thing is good enough.

@DamnedSoul That sucks man, I've never had a problem with them, they're actually my preferred Switch controllers.

@KayFiOS I have two of the PowerA controllers, one being the Splatoon 2 Walmart Exclusive.

They're actually top-notch quality, even better than the wired ones by Hori which are officially considered the Nintendo quality brand of 3rd party controllers. I had so many problems with my Hori wired pad, two of them even had the same issue of up and down being reversed (no, not in the game, the actual controller) and I've honestly just loved every minute of the PowerA ones!

I'd say give them a shot if you're remotely interested for a high quality, inexpensive Switch controller for another player!

@Cosats Honestly @SLIGEACH_EIRE has a point there. Several of their games are plagued with performance issues (as they pointed out on Mr. Shifty, the port was horribly optimized) and frustrating design, ala Hello Neighbor. If you like watching YouTubers, Markiplier has done 8 parts of the alpha and beta of Hello Neighbor, and you can literally watch the game getting worse as it gets closer to being finished. From what I've seen of the full release, it's just as clunky (if not moreso) than from when it started.

It's not to say that people won't enjoy their games, it's moreso to say that the company doesn't have the best track record with their releases.

Good God people, stop begging for a port of Smash 4, beg for a brand new installment with new and exciting things that it could bring to the table!

IT'S SO GOOD.

It's fun, responsive, has enough nuances for the competitive scene, and worth your time! It's the best indie fighter I've ever purchased (And I've bought a lot of 'em).

I thought that they had a working Jackal ReBirth game at one point that was backed up with images. That'd be cool. I mean, I have the original Jackal for my NES but I wouldn't say no to a remaster!
