Where's that life-size Lapras when you need it?

You have no idea how much excitement I have for this game!
When I started collecting for my old consoles again (after many years of no games left), my first title was NBA Jam for the SNES.
I LOVE this style of game, and even though we have to wait roughly a week for online play, I don't mind because it'll all be worth it to me!

Fabulous news, a Nintendo port that'll be treated exactly like all the other ones! Definitely adding this one to my collection!

I'd ask for a working online portion that doesn't suck the life out of me before you guys consider a console release. We all know how much people love early access on consoles.

Those new characters all look fantastic, but am I the only one who wants to see Wario cross over? After all, Wario Blast for the Gameboy featured Bomberman~ It'd be like it's come full circle!

You guys genuinely think they'd have 30 games on the SNES Mini (if it exists)? Knowing the way Nintendo practices it's business, it's more likely to have 20 games on it, comparing the price of NES Virtual Console games to those of SNES Virtual Console ones. They don't wanna "lose" too much money. If this is a real thing, then I sincerely hope they go the less greedy route of 30, as that's a solid number.

@Shiryu I know that feeling. I go into most of the games I play on my YouTube channel blind, and I'm sure I'd have died a lot too. It just LOOKS like so many games I've played, so it's like a pseudo confidence. Too bad it wasn't finished.

@Shiryu Sorry man! It's just painful to watch all those deaths. Though the dripping acid junk was pretty stupid IMHO. Such a tiny thing to try and avoid.

BTW if you wanna throw a barb or two at me, you can always watch my Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril playthrough! I cannot tell you how many times I've died (and raged) and died s'more.

After watching the video, I think I would have LOVED this game! Granted, the guy playing was making me cringe a little with his constant deaths. The level with a giant Not-Vision in the background was totally sick, too! SOMEONE go finish this game!

Super Mario Sunshine wouldn't be terribly easy to pull off with digital triggers. I'd think several racing games would be in the same boat.

@stipey I had it for N64, but it's been a long time and I no longer own it. Pretty much on-par with PS1 if I remember correctly.

If we were talking "Available day 1" and didn't account for any eShop games, then I would consider it a soft launch. I'd daresay, if we take into account that Breath of the Wild is in-fact a multi-platform game (See: Wii U) and don't count it as something unique for launch, then the launch is downright weak.

But it's a good thing we don't count those things in those ways.
I'd give Launch Day Switch a 6.5/10 for everything announced right now, and I'm sure there'll be a few extra things available day 1 to bump that up to at least a 7. It's based on speculation and everything announced, btw.
