It didn't bother me, and it tied the story together fairly well. I'm sure there's people out there who will go ballistic, but such is the way of the world.

There are a literal ton of movies critics adore that I can't stand, and conversely, some of my most favourite films from my generation (Blade Runner, Labyrinth, Predator etc) were utterly maligned by the professionals

I'm not saying Mario Galaxy will be this generations Blade Runner, christ no. But please, for the love of God, engage your critical thinking and reach an independent view

I still remember nabbing my copy of OoT up after school... I was seventh on the list in Electronics Boutique, and had to trust they'd keep my copy there all day whilst everyone was rabidly trying to find one. The anxiety during that school day was palpable!

I disappeared straight to a mates house on that Friday and stayed the whole weekend whilst we were both swallowed into the world. Amazing times

Diane, sweet as an angel, and like she was talking to an idiot, said "Hugh, I don't think that's going to happen here, as this only the demo..." Really made me chuckle

@Freek I find this a little odd too. Collectors Editions seem to have taken a back seat as of late. I've got a ton from 3DS, Wii U and and earlier in the Switch's life, but now they're few and far between. Even TOTK didn't have one.

I know they love the tech aspects and that's very much their bread and butter, but the criticisms seem overly harsh and quite exaggerated IMO. Personally, for an LCD screen, I thought it was pretty damn impressive

Loads of first party games have gotten updates for me (UK). Mario Maker 2, Captain Toad, Paper Mario, Brothership, Echoes and Awakening, Mario U Deluxe, and all the games previously mentioned as benefitting from boosts... I'm guessing they're all being rolled out as the day goes on

I love this app. Although listening to F-Zero X whilst driving adds years to my wife's life.

I imported mine from Japan with Luigi's Mansion, Wave Race and Monkey Ball. Which were quickly followed up with Pikmin, Rogue Leader, Smash Bros and Resident Evil 1. All superb.

This is the reason I still own that GCN and a hefty chunk of software. Perfection.

Sounds incredible. I work for one of the big banks and they've been trying to implement similar initiatives. Due to the size of us though a lot of it can fall by the wayside and not get used... I'll be honest though, a couple of @Franw 's methods are getting put in our suggestion box tomorrow...

Easily my favourite of the series. Finished it up at 100% today, and was genuinely surprised at the amount of gameplay (35-40 hours for me). It's a game that's polished to ridiculous levels, and just keeps on giving.

Grabbed it in the summer sale for £25. Looking at roughly £8 per game, I was happy to pay this and I'm satisfied with the experience

Once the irritating hand holding was over with, I loved the demo personally. Looks and plays like a dream. After playing 1 and 2 again in quick succession, the finesse and polish they've given to the mechanics is superb and much appreciated.

Roll on July. I'm more excited for this than I was for TOTK.

@Its_Grim_Up_North co-op isn't just limited pebble pinging. It tells you in the demo. As you play and level up, you can increase the co-op abilities to be able to do more.
