@Jazzer94 me too. I recently started Epic Yarn again, but this just looks like great fun and visual bliss to boot. Really looking forward to co-op with my eldest daughter on this!
@DBPirate or even better, one of the many other bounty hunters from Corruption or Hunters. At least they had personality, as opposed to "Generic Space Police - Yellow"
I for one was pretty impressed at the amount of content in the game. The levelling system, wardrobe choices, and weapon unlocks will certainly keep me coming back for me. I'm pretty glad I snagged my copy on gameseek, com for £25!
@mrchills in reference to question 5, more Wii games are scheduled for this month too. We've got Pandoras Tower and Sin and Punishment to look forward too. I doubt it'll be a flash in the pan, but then I doubt we'll see new games every week.
My only and biggest concern is that this will end up diluting game quality, on any of the applicable platforms. At this point in time I cherish the fact that a new Zelda game comes every few years. I understand that they're trying to keep it all separate, but if this new approach stops that Zelda game from being what we expect of it, then count me out.
@erv for fear of sounding stupid here, but is there any way you can backtrack to locales you've previously visited in the game? I felt like I was being forced through it, and if I ever wanted to go back to collect/pick up stuff I may have missed I found I couldn't do it with just the map.
I agree with the reviewer. I'm on oldie gamer who grew up with the nes but I just couldn't get on with this title. Very tedious and not all compelling for me.
I saw it last year in London. I was reluctant to go as whilst I enjoy live music, I wasn't sure if video game orchestras would by my thing.... Suffice to say I was utterly blown away, and nearly started weeping at one point as I was transported back to my childhood through the imagery and sound. To anyone going this time, I envy you, it is a truly stupendous experience.
The final paragraph nails it; it takes forever for the aliens to make their moves. I frantically press/hold every button in vain that it'll somehow speed things up.
That sounded like a difficult interview, but then I can understand Rocky's frustration as his original vision seemed far more interesting. Its a damn shame things turned out the way they did.
Wonder Boy in Monster World, which I think is the third one, still holds a dear special place in my heart. Changing into all the different animals/beasts blew my mind as a nipper
@Player4 my daughter says you're wrong, considering she's sunk a stupid amount of time into it and loves the game.
I wouldn't necessarily play it myself, but to say it's overrated, criticise people who buy it, and then claim to be "smart" is dismissive and ignorant.
I have zero interest in skylanders or infinity, but the fact that these transfer data two ways and look so awesome cosmetically, I'm probably gonna buy quite a few!
@Smooching I got that beat, my daughter (9) married my best mate (33), and she is now expecting her first child. Both the wife and I are equally and significantly disturbed...
@Contrite yeah sorry, my bad, I didn't use the correct wording. It's not that I expect the rendering to be lower due to it being online, but the emphasis on the wired adapter did make me question the whole situation, and why as consumers we'd need to consider forking out more money just to be able to have a decent online experience.
I haven't played a whole bunch of fighters wirelessly so I'm not an authority, I did play some SFIV on 360 without any major issues, but your comments have soothed me, I just want the experience as a whole to be excellent!
I may be looking too much into it, but did anyone else find the emphasis on the wired adaptor to be a bit odd? I'm almost thinking that unless you have it the game will struggle to run 60fps online wirelessly. It might just be galloping paranoia, but it just seemed like a random product placement in the middle of the presentation.

@MrMario02 why on earth would you say that?
Re: Preview: We Take Aim at Splatoon to See if It Offers the Best of Both Worlds
I went to gameseek.com recently and found this for £25, bargain! True, the pre-order meant paying up front, but for that price who can argue!

@Inkling WINDOWS PHONES?! UNCLEAN!!! You must leave this place!
I jest of course.
Re: Nintendo Share Value Spikes Following DeNA and NX Announcements
@Punished_Boss_84 really? I'm scared and confused! Tell me it'll be fine and I'll believe you... Is it going to be fine?
Re: Reaction: DeNA and Its Games With Disney
@Viagro me too. I'm old and I try to embrace change, but a freemium Starfox game or whatever sounds like sh*t to me.

@EvisceratorX great article, there's a typo in the last but one paragraph: "launch figures in he country."

@SilentHunter382 you'd better crack on chief, I've played for over 100 hours and I'm still not even close to finishing, it really is a huge game.

That artwork looks like Josh Kirby's work, the guy who did the Discworld covers before tragically dying.

Dualshockers gave it 9, apparently the content amount prior to any DLC is huge.
