Re: Capcom Reveals Weapon Details for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

AhabSpampurse

I've been playing exclusively with guns pretty much the whole game of Tri, which I'm blazing through at the mo in prep for Ultimate. I'm on 5 star missions now having just killed my first Lagiacrus, but I feel I may be being a bit short sighted by not beefing up on melee weapons, is it possible to play the game relying entirely on the bowgun?? Thoughts and criticism are welcome!

Re: Developer Interview: ZombiU Producer Talks About Beginnings, Reactions and Survival Horror

When I read IGN's review I cancelled my pre-order.. then I thought screw them, I've been excited for the game for a long timr, I'll make up my own mind. And I'm glad I did. Out of Mario, Nintendo Land and ZombiU, I've easily played this the most, the atmosphere and sense of dread it creates is phenomenal. Yeah, its not perfect. Its got its bugs and not everyone will be a fan, but I bloody love it.

Re: Reggie Fils-Aime Focused on Customer Feedback, Not Industry Critics

I really don't understand the hate from people on this. At launch my 360 RROD on me after 3 weeks, and again at launch my PS3 took FOREVER to update because of constant PSN network problems, and YLOD on me after 18 months. Even my Wii needed repair after a year because the graphics chip got cooked, but you know what? I still enjoyed them and didn't bloody whine. Console launches in this day and age are monumentally MASSIVE events. There will be problems in the vast majority of situations, deal with it. I still played my WiiU on launch day, I just had to wait a couple hours more, is this really that bigger deal? Is it too much to ask people for a little perspective?

Re: Talking Point: Selling the Wii U Concept - The GamePad and eShop

I havent stopped playing mine since Friday. Hell, I'm writing this from the gamepad right now whilst taking a break from Mario U.
Miiverse really is amazing though, got tons of yeahs from my pictures and friended lots of good people from all over, its genuinely brilliant. And I've yet to meet a total ass on there, that in itself is a modern day miracle in my opinion.

I did initially cancel my preorder until I read Edge's review which got me interested again. This review has only further cemented my belief that I've made the right decision, roll on next Friday...
