I stopped playing Bomber Crew a while back. Brilliant idea, but when things get hectic it gets frustrating. An example being engine repairs, and they walk the wrong way.
Even though I'm yet to play it - I was thinking this might be a Switch equivalent of FTL.
I think if these games were turn based it would make for better enjoyment.

@Moonlessky Don't know... my one has a not so impressive rumble, but nothing near the detailed HD rumble on Lumines on Joy-con's - you could feel the tunes.

@BreathingMiit They are VERY expensive. I stopped using mine over a year ago. I've found the Pro Controller not only more durable, but also much better in achieving accurate diagonal's in games. The one thing I do miss is the HD Rumble.

@thiswaynow Exactly! What really pleases me is when we have new genres being represented. We've got arcade classics from the 80's being ported and few will diss them.

Considering what's on Switch and this offering - glad it's coming, looks really good! Metacritic is good for referencing the classics, but completely collapses against patched games (aside from No Mans Sky), also Metacritic fails with middle-ground playable games. I'm kind of bummed with the attitudes amongst some folk on here. Here we have a genre defining title dipping into the Switch, with no discernible peer and people are dissing it because it's two years old... Metacritic says... The Switch is floating on games from antiquity that are a lot older than two years. If the game plays well I couldn't give a hoot what engine it's running on! The Switch is a wonderful machine, but a humble one... be grateful when something sophisticated shows up! The Switch will never be an Xbone or PS5 - get over it. If, however a functional downgraded port comes - and brings a unique genre that no army of indies could birth, appreciate it!

@andywinter You've got the cream of the crop right there. Skyrim, Stardew Valley and Mario Kart would be the icing on the cake.

I've been playing Euro Truck Simulator on my new Acer gaming laptop - with a Pro Controller! works really well with steering sensitivity dialled down.

Paying for new joy-con's and getting rinsed again is a problem. In fact, I've lost confidence in Nintendo hardware. Any new developed tech will be bought very, very cautiously if at all! There ya go Ninty! Con enough people and your integrity gets flushed away.

I've been playing City Skylines, as I've got a good handle on its mechanisms. Bought myself an Acer gaming laptop last Monday. The advanced sim strategy games are beckoning...

I think it's a very cool, but overpriced piece of kit, with limited value (outside of MK). I do think it would have been more profitable and practical to add some form of DLC. Nintendo have this unique reverence for the MK franchise, they release on mobile and now this - but they won't update or sequel it!?!

I think it's fantastic that a game like this even appears on a Nintendo. I'm hoping it reviews well. All said and done, I'm waiting till Saturday to pick up my gaming laptop.

I don't get the hate this game/genre gets on here. It is clearly adult orientated and I'm guessing has a warning of such. As an adult with a partner and a healthy sex life, I sometimes appreciate adult orientated games. There are countless risque depicted characters across a myriad of jrpg's, lovel? Novel games - yet they go oblivious. It's a strange world we live in, where gross gory violence is celebrated yet nudity is despised. Honestly, grow up, maybe put the controller down (and age sensibilities to account), appreciate relationships with rl non-npc people.

Been distracted by City Skylines. Finally figured out metro train layouts. The other point of interest has been a 70K population, which is my highest yet. I'll probably show my face in ACNH to keep them happy.

@Rpg-lover It's got layers of details that take a few play through's to get at. In my opinion the other games that are similar is Baldurs Gate and Zelda Breath of the Wild - Zelda only matches in world environment. Enjoy!

Looks like a new player map (hay/grass and ducks only appear in farmland). Obviously multiplayer. The tree's in the water could indicate a swampland?
Stardew is so far my most played game 400+ hrs across maybe 3 farms.

@Rpg-lover For me, It's one of the most engrossing games after Fallout 3 and GTA5. I love traipsing around in between missions. Night time walking through the wilds, admiring the twin moons and that choral music. I'm 380 hours in and have a nice mansion Lake View as well as Breezehome and Honeyside. I love the details, like every sentient creature has a home or resting place. Enjoy.

I'm continuing with ACNH. It's becoming a chore now. Most infuriatingly I've got an undesirable resident that I can't get rid of. Have reported them twice to Isabelle and like most local authorities - no progress. I've even ignored them for over 10 days? Otherwise playing Battle Supremacy - brilliant tank game. Tried WoT and got fed up with the paywall. Battle Supremacy is the same game but no pay-to-win.

It's been 6 months since ACNH. Nintendo is perpetually on gap, until market data scares them.

As for the list of rumoured games... That's like a 5 year release pattern.

Instead of taking advantage of the death's of current gen rival machines - Nintendo does nothing.

Nintendo is far from death, but certainly (based on recent behaviour), Nintendo will cement themselves as a boutique producer of niche games and machines.

Every single game on Switch now days is either an amateur indie attempt, undiluted mobile port, has-been port, post WW2 antique - maybe 1 AAA for every 2,500 detritus titles.

Now we have to pray on sketchy rumours while dying rivals laugh.

@elpardo1984 We probably think alike. I feel like drifting back to classic simulations on the pc. Knowledge and craft vs arcade skills.

I'm content with Nintendo and the Switch focussing on the nostalgia and the average. Let Microsoft and Sony obliterate with cutting edge and AAA. Maybe I've reached that sedentary point in gaming life where easy and comfortable takes over.

I picked up Jets & Guns on sale. It's a spectacularly explosive shoot'em up with a nice sense of humour. Other than playing that, will pop in to ACNH for some maintenance and then learn some systems in Aeroflly 2020.

I just play the games and move on.

Played a Rocky game on the PSP. It was fun, though the gimmicky magic bits were a bit jarring.

Tanks are always interesting. Will have a look.

Despite the histrionics from NL, I'm only mildly interested. If it is true and if offers a meaningful upgrade I might buy in. However, if it has welded on controllers - No! I see this whole issue as no different than something like a new mobile phone.

Not played anything in last 3 days (business research), stopped playing ACNH about a week ago. Just felt it was taking over and the real time grind and store stock turnaround was starting to grate. Might pop off some quick arcade games, maybe.

This is confusing... It's stated that it's a DLC, but then they're talking about a park campaign... So is this like a Dungeons type stand alone OR does it mean dinosaurs become naturally forming mobs?

As @Freddyfred said, Minecraft deserves to be on this list - Forager does not. Stardew renewed the farming genre after Harvest Moon imploded.

I've taken a break from ACNH not touched it since Thursday. 200 hours in and the daily activities are becoming bothersome. I've been butchering in Skyrim and hunting Elk in Hunting Simulator. Probably more Skyrim today and some Konami Arcade and Pinball FX.

@NorwegianMate I've been clean for about 19 years, never looked back. Another reason I avoid, here in the UK the average branch makes the Star Wars Space Cantina a kindergarten.

Zombies was one of my all time favourite games, such a charming masterpiece. Might have to look into this.
