There is a vast difference in your sense of accomplishment using save states vs not. I feel like any halfway decent gamer can be beat any difficult game if their abusing save states. When you beat it straight up, that's when you get bragging rights.

Is the same level of pointing motion control even possible without IR and sensor bar? I suppose you would just have to keep centering your centering your reticle like you do with gyro aiming. I did much prefer wii controls on RE4 and the Metroid primes. I can live with gyro aiming but I just can't go back to basic dual stick aiming.

If they make a castlevania game based on the tv series, maybe itll be as good as the other game that's based on a movie which is based on a game. Street fighter the movie (the game) haha

Oh yeah, Your right, I read that as they have seen a gap in the market, but it says they haven't developed it for that reason.

Funny. Its not because the one with mr. Dream is harder, I have both versions on NES and can consistently make it up to mr. Dream or Tyson on a CRT tv. Its because of the infamous input lag from HDTV's. Makes Punchout impossible to complete.

Alright punch out! now I can test the lag input. If I can beat sodapopinski then switch has less lag input then wii u, because that's as far as I get in wii u virtual console. I have no problem getting up to Tyson on my nes/crt.

Contra Hard Corps is a must! It is the most perfected entry in the series.

What's the benefit of buying it from the humble store?

The emulation on sega genesis classics is terrible. I clearly noticed shoddy sound and bad input delay. I got it for Christmas, I'm sure glad I didnt pay for it. It's like playing the genesis atgames system, just bad emulation. Do not buy.

What's the best shmup on the switch? I cant decide which one to get.

Definitely agree about North America's taste in video games, but I'm nearly positive North America sells more Switch hardware and software then Japan just for the fact that there is so many more people in NA. It's amazing how much Japan sells though in such a smaller country.

We always get so many updates on the sales in Japan and that's great, but aren't the majority of sales in north America? That would be much more interesting to hear about.

Of that list which are the top three? or I need a ranked list that would help narrow down which one or two I might buy. I already have Axiom Verge on Wii U which if you like Super Metroid I would dare to say it's even better.

Yeah I hope they add a few more modes to this, it's as bare bones as it gets. But it is "free" so you can't say its overpriced.

Wow, didn't know sega had that many highly reviewed games, they should have made them all exclusives for a Sega Console.

Nintendo dropped the ball by not including
Analog triggers. I would have rather had no hd rumble or no NFC, but come on, give us analog triggers, they are vital. I tried playing need for speed on wii u with no analog triggers and that drove me crazy, when your taking a curve you sometimes you want to let a little off the gas, or just press a little on the brakes, but it's all or nothing, and that really kills the experience.

I have this on Sega CD. I'll save you time and money, don't buy it! This game is terrible! Along with every other FMV game on Sega cd

In my opinion soccer games are too low scoring which makes them boring to watch. I feel like if there was no goalies it would be a lot more entertaining, same goes for hockey.

If it's a triple A game then I definitely want the case and cartridge. The No More Heros games have been pretty quality in the past and if this one is on par with the two Wii iterations than I'm gonna need that case on my shelf.

Nice! I think I played this arcade once or twice as a kid. I can't really remember much about it other than little mac is now just a wire frame. Anybody know what the big differences are from the NES version?

D-pad? Mine works just fine and I would say it's slightly better than the Wii U pro controller D-pad

Dodged a bullet there

Star Fox Zero may not be a masterpiece, but I played all the way through it and thought it was a fun game. The controls take a little bit of getting use to but once I did I had no problem piloting my ship and blasting enemies.

Does this game support motion controls?

For some reason I really like hyrule warriors on Wii u, so I ended up getting fire emblem warriors on switch and I am not into it at all. Anyone else have that problem?

Wasn't there a parody of Billy Mitchell on some adult swim type cartoon? I can't remember which show it was but I know I saw it.

Ive only played the 3ds ridge racer and that seemed really generic and basic to me. So I really hope they design and polish this one well

I only played the demo of transformed on Wii u at launch, But it seemed like a real quality Kart racer. And that Panzer Dragoon track was Gorgeous. Forgot about it up until now, and now I think I want it.

I hope there is more characters to choose from then just those 2. Neither of them look like my type of brawler. We need someone like Axel or Cody.

I couldn't agree more. I freaking love this game, I also spent many hours on woah dave and have been looking forward to Space Dave and it doesn't disappoint. It is so addictive. I love chasing the scores on the online leader board I think I'm like 6th or 7th place in all the difficulties. This is 100 times better than space invaders and no way should this get a 5/10. For me it's a 9 but I would accept no less than a 7.

That would actually be really cool, the bottom row of cups would all be be names of legacy systems with updated tracks from said system. They would still need to make all cups for switch as it doesn't have any of its own. Also you said NES cup? There is no NES Mariokart. You forgot Gamecube!

This genre is in need of a serious good comeback. Streets of Rage 2 and 3 are still the best beat em ups that currently exist. You would think that by now, someone could have taken what those games are and make them even better. The takeover looks like it is trying to do that, but something about the execution just doesn't look right. I want this game to be good so bad, but I have very little faith. I will wait for a review

I wasn't going to get it on switch because I already have Neo on Wii U but since they went ahead and did this update I think I'll get it on switch now

Night Trap is sold out! What?! Who is buying that garbage. I have night trap on Sega CD sad to say, but back then they hyped that game to he good. By now everybody should know it is utter trash.

Good points fellas, this is one direction Sony and Microsoft are very unlikely to follow. Even if they wanted too, their fan base may not support it well. They wouldn't take that big of a risk. It's the kind of thing that would only work for Nintendo.
