I'm not buying anything on VC until they unveil it on the Switch. It will be so nice not having to decide which system to buy a game for or having to buy one twice. Just buy it one time and you got it at home and on the go, Brilliant!

gives a pretty good description of the 3 versions sounds like there fairly close but the Saturn comes out on top, followed by PlayStation, and then Jaguar

I got the original Rayman on the Saturn, I'm pretty sure it's the best version cuz the Saturn is a 2D beast. It's a good platformer, I'd like to try Rayman 3 but I imagine the gba version is pretty dumbed down.

U wouldn't be able to play arms with no joycons or other motion based games at least the way they were intended

All the type of people that actually have my Nintendo and pay attention to it are the type of people that already have all the games they are giving discounts on, so what's the point?

I really missed the gamepad second screen when playing Splatoon 2 testfire. I kept looking down at the controller to see my map and to warp but to no avail. I think the second screen was brilliant, it will be greatly missed.

I own MK8 and all the dlc on Wii U, I do not plan on buying MK8 deluxe on switch, there is not enough reason for me too. I really hope this isn't THE Mario Kart for the Switch. Every system always gets its own unique Mario Kart, but this is just a Wii U port that I already beat, I am not happy.

I dont want any of these games because i already own all the ones i want on wii u. Thats why im not getting mk8deluxe, i didnt get fast rmx, lego city, and im not buying any other port from wii u. Why would i want to pay full price for a game i already payed for once. I want new games with new content, not the exact same game with a few more characters or tracks or whatever.

Whats up with the choice provisions logo? That thing looks like pure evil symbolism.

Did anybody ever notice how a lot of the boxers had another boxer that was kind of similar. Theyd have the same body build, and stance. For example glass joe and don flamingo were similar. Von kaiser and the great tiger. Piston Honda and Mike tyson. Soda popinski and super macho man. Bald Bull and Mr. sandman. I think King Hippo is the only one that was unique.

I own the original Metal Slug on the Saturn, Love that game, I've never played any of the sequels so I couldn't tell u which one is best. Although in my opinion the best run'n gun game is Contra Hard Corps on Genesis

Finally, my switch was wobbling so much it was nearly unplayable. This is just what the doctor ordered.

Super mario run is way too dumbed down, enemies don't even hurt you, you just automatically jump over them, what's the point?

I don't know how they can think they know that already. Of course the console is going to sell like gangbusters during launch, they always do, and then once all of the Nintendo core audience has their switch, then we will see if it continues to sell. But it is way to soon to make such predictions.

You could cut off the front part of the dock since its not necessary anyway. I wonder if anyone has tried that, I'd be curious to see what that looks like

I also use an hdmi splitter that automatically switches to the powered on device. And I was having that same problem with the Switch activating its input when I wasn't using it. Then I just connected the Switch HDMI cord to the last in line input on the splitter and that solved the problem

Does anybody else miss being able to switch from your handheld to your TV(and vice versa) just from sitting on your couch like you could with the Wii u. I always forget you can't do that with the switch and I'm like shoot I gotta physically get up and go dock this thing.

Also, I believe a price cut is definitely possible in the future. Why, well most of the tech in the switch isn't cutting edge stuff now and it will be even less so in a few years meaning it will become cheaper for nintendo to produce so stomaching a price cut won't be that hard

I'm with you, This is not Nintendo leaving the home console business. And you made some great points, The switch plays home console quality games on a TV screen, I mean come on! Obviously this is still a home console. It just so happens that you can also take it anywhere and play it as a portable. I personally plan on enjoying Zelda on my 60 inch TV in all its glory.

Definitely right about Zelda ll being the hardest. I will never forget when I finished it because I was in utter shock that I finally beat that beast. Whereas beating any Zelda game after that is a walk in the park

I just want to give "Zelda ll: The Adventure of Link" some love because no one ever does. This is probably the most unique Zelda out there. And I gotta say, I felt a greater sense of accomplishment beating this than any other Zelda game.

I played through every Zelda console game from the nes until now, with the exception of majora's mask. Also played through most of the handhelds, except the oracles, spirit tracks, and link between worlds. And I gotta say picking a favorite Zelda game is next to impossible for me. I thoroughly enjoyed every single one.

Whatever happened to Hive Jump?

Does anyone know what is going on with Hive Jump? I've been looking forward to that game and in the Wii u shop it is still under the coming soon category. But I'm beginning to have serious doubts.

I have the Wii u version with the dlc, and it is an amazing game, I played it religiously until I finished it. I can't decide if I want to get it for the switch. Anybody know how many tracks does it have that are brand new?

Hmm. Strange that base.com is the only site I can see that carries a twin pack of the same color. That's a UK site, I can't find any in the US, which is where I am.

So seriously, if I buy the gray system, and I then later want blue matching joy cons, there would be no way for me to get the left joy con in blue because they always sell the blue one as the right joy con. The only way to get it as the left is to buy it with the system. And vice versa for the red. That kinda blows

Would I be right in saying that if u got the grey ones with the system, then they're would be no way to be able to pick up colored ones that match?

I always thought having mismatched joy cons looked kind of dumb, Which is why I was gonna get the grey ones, but I'm liking the colors when they're matched, so I might go that route.

Why does the gamepad screen screen appear so much brighter than the switch? I hope that gamepads brightness is all the way up and that switch is all the way down, otherwise the switch has a dim screen.

1 2 Switch I want but not for $50, looks like a $30, maybe $40 game to me . Super Bomberman R looks good, but man that seems so overpriced too. Don't really want anything else on this list, shoot.

I was one of those million to buy it when it came out. I loved that thing, I just used rechargeable batteries so battery life was no worry. It was great cuz I didn't have to buy games for it since I already had so many genesis games. I still have it and the box , its a great piece of gaming history.

I got the survey and i haven't bought or used any amiibo nor do i plan to. I just don't think there is a whole lot of use for them outside smash bros.

My Saturn is my most cherished console, I play it more than anything else, I currently have 86 games for it. So many underrated games for it. Some of my favorites: Albert Odyssey, Baku Baku, Clockwork knight 1 & 2, Darius Gaiden, Die hard arcade, Dragonforce, Fighters megamix, Galactic Attack, Guardian Heroes, In the Hunt, Mass Destruction, Mr. Bones, Nights, Pandemonium, Pander dragoon series, Rayman, Road rash, Sega Rally, Saturn Bomberman, Scorcher, Shining the holy Ark, Solar Eclipse, Sonic Jam, Street fighter collection, Three dirty Dwarves.
