Too little and way too late... a franchise ruined along with the other Mario sports. Glad I sold mine on day 3.

Re-releasing the Gamecube era versions would put shovelware like this to shame.

These micro updates have bored me to tears.... I will now be skipping this game though thought it looked better than three houses (also skipped after they over-milked the series on 3ds).

Awwww, was hoping to grab Ultra Street Fighter 2 at 50% off ...and will hold out for it too. Missed it by a few minutes on the black friday sale.

For the life of me I can not fathom why or how the Pixel Remaster is NOT on Switch.

Blows my mind.

Mario + Rabbids 2 is a dud, and I knew it would be. Way too soon for throwing a second game out like that -sequel-itis is a thing and with so much other backlog WE ALL have -plus all these great indies and awesome sales each week.. that one was sent out to be forgotten. Should have saved it for Switch2 launch. imo.

I won't be buying this game until they are done making it!!!

I held off on Sword as week and got the expansion packs plus the patches on the cart and it was well worth waiting for the game to be fixed!!

Street Fighter 30th Collection FTW!

Hours upon hours diving into this beast with my Nintendo SNES Switch controller.

Those are all ugly.

Great game, I highly recommend it to all Switch players.

The world would be a much better place if all puzzle games, especially important ones like Puzzle League would follow this type of great looking, sounding and playing puzzle game and treat the genre with respect.

I'd buy some SNES games I think around that price. Though I already bought them for 3DS and Wii AND Wii U already.. so hmm...

maybe not.

That said, I never liked NES generation much.

I haven't bought it yet because Pokemon games last me for months! I am only 50 hours into Sword and it is so much better than I was led to believe by all the unjustified hate, so I waited on it.

At this pace I will get the new game once they release a more patched version with included (no doubt) expansion pack - all a benefit for being late to the Pokeparty!

I still have a handful of older games on GBA, DS and 3DS to enjoy as well!

Tetris Effect is all I need. It is dang near perfect.

The only version I would tempted by (that I know of) would be the original NES version again.

They are handling these for the successor to the Switch.

Mark my words.

They will launch WHENEVER THEY DO in the next year or so with a full house of games + backwards compatibility.

It is always fun and a nice contrast to newer Smash, and I love them all including the awesome 3DS version.

Amazing to me they never re-released this as an online fighter for Switch. A remaster would be so great.

Controllers have been a struggle for me in the Switch age. I hate the d-pad on the pro controller, it destroys my thumb, I even quit Street Fighter over it.

I bought the Mario Bros. U edition, fairly early I never liked the console or the gamepad really... I was SO disappointed I tranfered 100 or so WiiWare games to the console transfer and when I stupidly realized I could not play them with the gamepad I felt totally ripped off... though it was my own misunderstanding. I did not know the Wii portion was literally a separate console framework.

Super lame console. I still have it hooked up for "someday" games either as eShop or virtual console games.

I did not buy Switch for years into it because Nintendo had to prove so much to me before I would support them again after such an unfun console.

One of my all-time favorites of any generation.

When I got it Christmas day, I replayed the epic opening section (30 minutes or so) over and over. it was overwhelmingly good and I did not need to move forward with it.

These days I can not replay it due to the slow and excessive SCANNING. I hate it.

All three were very different but the sequels needed a lot more time in the cooker. And were brutal hard and never finished them.

I'd grab this on Switch if it is free DLC. Played in on Wii U but have not had a reason to double-dip.... yet!

Totally agree with you. With thousands of games that run better than this one on Switch, it is too high in my opinion and not what I see as a fair value for that much. I can certainly live without it and enjoy so many other time-sink games instead of this one. At least there is a demo -because no way I'd ever spend that much on eShop download without knowing first, unless it was a sale impulse buy.

On a system I already (and for many, very recently) paid for and own.... YES! of course. That is real value... time with so many awesome games that perform so well, especially on the OLED model, which was a real "game changer" for me this gen.

Many of us do not have unlimited funds for the games, consoles, upgrades, subscriptions, and controllers and accessories, not to mention endless time to play and enjoy what has become thousands of well performing and a great time for that actual games, including the massive amount of inexpensive Indies!!!

I'm good for quite a while, no matter what they try to hype and sell me.

I won't buy a new console for several years. Just upgraded to OLED and have literally thousands of hours through at least a hundred games that are already out. We need TIME to play and enjoy and I will most likely sit out entirely on the next generation so I can do just that!

Pokemon always is better in handheld mode too! Especially on the awesome OLED. makes those skanky cheapo graphics looks better than on TV.

In fact, that would be aa dealbreaker on whether I want to to buy and play this or not. I do not enjoy that kind of tension pressure when I am playing an otherwise, relaxing, game.

Ogre Battle 64 did not ever hit a difficulty point with me that I shut it off and move on (and I do that often with games). I do not recall any permadeath either.

Reminds me of that gem Alba. Check that game out folks, really decent chill game.

Well... for a game like this, yeah I think maybe it is. I do admit I am slow an finding game time is more difficult to keep up with. I think this one will sell much less than the first one, even if it is a better game overall. Hope you love it if you're interested. I like the first a lot too.

I really like the first game.. but my god these sequels are coming too often and fast to keep up with, they are not the only games we all have to play. I think no matter how "good" this game may be, it won't matter and games like this are good for one per generation to stay fresh and exciting feeling. Still working through the DK DLC for the first one.

I'll most likely pass on this one altogether because it is just not needed now.

Lack of Soul Calibur is heartbreaking -such a perfect match for Switch.

Just got OLED upgrade, there is no way in heck am I getting a Pro or a Switch 2... period.

We all need TIME to play this massive library of available games!!!
These generations are moving way too fast for most people.

Agreed, it is 100 times better than the Switch Pro controller, due the harsh edges, and the weight on the Switch version of it.
