Free advertising for a horrible game. At least the rip off version was reasonably priced. I wish I got my ten bucks back on Mini Metro, it is trash, controls awful, and often has game breaking issues. And all from the first moment.

i love Pokemon and still have many past (and recent) games to enjoy.... This game does nothing for me so far, kind of sadly.

This game is way too hard for me. What am I missing?

I have it on Normal... and I get killed constantly -and/or run out of ammo the entire time.

Looked decent and ran pretty good... needs Easy mode for people that aren't hardcore and just want to enjoy a game, I am getting torn to shreds in Metro 2033!!

Bought both at launch and played them as much as I could stand.

Not a fan of either, especially Spirit Tracks.

I consider them spin-off's and if you missed them, it was much more about using the hardware options more than having great gameplay.

I didn;t really mean miscotranscation.. I just meant an open system for 4x4 team battles.

In fact, they could add Arms to this too and finally have a reason for what I consider a horrible online offer. I just cancelled mine after a 3 montth membership and I have no reason i would continue.

Adding these 2 games (maybe others too) in that method of play for online members makes a lot of sense for me. Then SELL the DLC single player mode, etc.

I was still playing Splatoon 1 when 2 came out... skipped 2, now 3 is out...

IMO:
Spatoon should be Nintendo's answer to Fortnite, etc.... free with their online membership.

SO EXCITED FOR THIS!

if anything they would start with FZero 64 for the online expansion, over the GC version.

This update did not work for me. Monster Expedition did not work either. I guess Switch update is not out yet? When I try updating, it says I have latest version. No new options are available in either game.

TEXT SIZE is several games has bee a real issue for me.

Never had this problem with 3DS because the games were designed for a portable.... most Switch games are designed for huge tv screen.

The Zoom function sucks and I think all games should have had mandatory text size options.

I loved everything about this reveal. Very exciting ..... but who has time for moving this fast??

My god I am catching up on older DS, and 3DS era and have not even opened my Sword + Expansion... Arceus, 40 hours in and barely scratched the surface. And have not opened Brilliant Diamond.

Gen 9 looks amazing and much better than Arceus which I found limiting and craving (largely) traditional but modern Pokemon.

I was waiting on a sale but or this update... Buying now!

After the 3DS version I can never go back to that one again.

Sales are awful this week.... 30 games on my wishlist + $100 credit sits unused yet again!

Even physical games now need DAY ONE and beyond updates... these will all be gone too. This is a big loss and we will never have another system that was so 'open' to so many games;
Ds, Dsi, 3DS, 3DS eShop exclusives, Virtual systems, DLC themes, and of course the system and individual games updates.

Disgusting. Xbox live on 360 is still alive and well, there is no excuse for this early demise other than pressuring us into the ripoff of NSO.

I have the SNES 3DS Xl new in box.. was going to keep forever or maybe sell... I will open and update it and every singe game then will do a system transfer near the very end and as they kill off the 3DS (and wii u too! Another important loss we will see why after it is gone for good) I will have a brand new new 3DS XL with my large games collection to enjoy -against Nintendo's fairly hostile actions here.

In the future -yes piracy and emulation is the way to go for games archive and enjoyment. No digity no doubt!

I didn't see anything about microtransactions or in-game purchases. What am I missing?
EDIT: Oh I see now. :/

Also, it is surprising how this didn't make it into the Direct last week.

Ryan, do you know how to "change currency"... I bought a gift card code in US currency but when I went in was trying to (and seemed to be working -until after it was too late) for United Kingdom region to buy game on UK eShop.

Another example, is if I wanted to buy a code for a friend over in the UK -how could I do this? Thank you for any assistance.

That room will be the hub that we all use for the incoming DLC.... I betcha.

yes I am learning after pre-ordering Arceus (liked) and Tony Hawk (didn't like) when both were pre-ordered months prior to NOT get the game until 4 days after launch.

Do we know who is actually developing this game? Likely Next Level.... but this is too early for a pre-order imo.

Cloud is a total dealbreaker for what could be my favorite game of the year.

I really hope this new one follows the Gamecube version of play instead of the hyper-frantic Wii version "Charged". I like both but the Wii one was dialed up too high and as frustrating as constant blue shells in Kart.

I had similar (or same) issue. I think the shop site uses new details not the ones we use here to do comments and stuff.

I used Register Now and started a new account there at the shop site. Had my eShop card code within a minute in my email.

Saved $5 not bad considering any eShop game I buy will be deep discounts too.

The Ultra games and Sword /Shield (with Expansion packs!) deserve much higher on this list!!!

I have had it pre ordered since August... now Best Buy wom;t get to to me before MONDAY AHHHHHHHHHH!!

I will never use Best Buy OR pre order again. I could have had it in my hands last night at the dang store. OR placed a new order yesterday and had it today.

By Monday I expect unavoidable spoilers all over the internet youtube, and especially here at NintendoLife.

Windjammer2 way too high price. I'd pay $10. I'll wishlist it in case it ever goes down, otherwise, at that price, no sell for me.

Same for Picross. The countless versions are on sale almost always.

And I already have Golf Story so no need for RPGgolf legends either. Hmm

yes! I am borderline. I could always ebay it too I want it to be great and probably going to to stick to it though. I did really like some of the recent Pokemon games, in fact UltraSun is my favorite and has 575 hours of playtime.

Just so sick of wasting money on unfinished product so if I have time today, I will check reddit for some of the leaks before deciding.

I ore-ordered very early...and not feeling all that confident either.
I agree some details and things could help sales and potentially avoid a huge backlash if this game is half-baked. If the game is good, shout it from the rooftops.

Donkey Kong TF is rage inducing for me. Class game but my god if was quite frustrating it surprises me how many people enjoy such a steep challenge. And I grew on original NES and up games and those were brutal too but seemed more fun then.

Same for The Touryst which haa those GAMEBREAKING levels with the stupid blue ball light jumping levels... my god I hate that game for those. I quit after the second appearance of them I wish I never bought it. What horrible game design.
