Nice! I've been looking forward to this one, as well as Roof Rage, in the realm of platform brawlers on Switch. Can't wait to get both!

Wow, I'm really torn on this. The GBA game is one of the best in the series, but I am really not liking the art style. I do have a little faith though, as this is going to be a Story of Seasons game, not a Harvest Moon made by Natsume. I guess we'll see how it pans out as we get more info.

Won’t be buying any of these for now, but I do already have Super Treasure Arena. I think it’s pretty underrated as a local multiplayer game.

It would be nice if they could get the Pokemon Rumble mobile game onto iOS first.

@Yobreeze is right. There is already an official store in Korea. I have been there several times. So this would be the third store. However, none of these stores really rival the one in NY (maybe the Japanese one will). Still it’s good to see official stores popping up globally.

I'm most likely going to get City of Brass, Feather, and Mini Metro. I might get swayed by some of the others, but we'll see. My spending habits on games has been pretty irresponsible lately, haha.

Will get Ape Out, Downwell, and Katana Zero for sure, and most likely The Swords of Ditto as well, but I haven’t totally made up my mind about that one yet.

I'm not a big player of shmups, but I really like this game. It looks and sounds fantastic. And as someone said above, it’s hard, but I really do feel like I get a little better each time I play. There’s also a bunch of cool little things to unlock. I’ll probably be picking up the DLC when it comes out.

This looks fantastic, but as with everything these days, on the “wait for a sale” list it goes. There is just too much to play!

I noticed this game was sorted in with a bunch of May 30 games on Nintendo’s website a few days ago. Didn’t think to check the source code to confirm though. Still, good to know that it’s coming soon!

I’m probably gonna get this game regardless because I like it, but it would be swell if Ubisoft patched it. Let’s hope they care enough.

The Mario one is alright, but I really like the Zelda one. Just listened to it a couple times through while grading essays.

I think Overwatch and Hearthstone would make sense and wouldn’t be a massively complicated undertaking to accomplish.

@backup368 Good look on Golf Peaks. I somehow missed that one, but now I’ll be grabbing that as well.

I’m also considering Darkest Dungeon. I’ve been on the fence about this one for a while, and I’m not totally sure if I’m gonna like it or not. But it’s tempting...

Some of these games have also gone on sale in NA, but not all of them. So far, I'm gonna pick up Aegis Defenders and Beat Cop (not on this list, but on sale in NA). If Golf Peaks, OlliOlli, and Tangledeep get discounted in NA, then I'll bite on those as well.

Besides that, I already own a lot of the games on this list, and I sort of regret not waiting them out now. There are some excellent bargains to be found here on great games.

Other Switch games by this dev include Infernium and Mind: Path to Thalamus, which in my book are both solid puzzlers with some unique concepts. Since I already got and enjoyed those, I’ll be sure to pick this one up as well.

I went back to this game this past weekend to snag some more super trophies and I totally forgot how awesome it is. New content would definitely be appreciated!

For people thinking this might be better in color, there's a game already on the eShop called Feather that seems like a pretty similar concept to this, but in color. Hard to say if one is really better than the other, but just wanted to throw it out there.

Count me among those who were surprised by the score. However, I already decided a while ago that I was gonna get this, so it doesn’t change anything. The content of the review mainly reinforced why I want to get it anyway. Will try to wait it out for a sale though.

I believe this is from the guy who did Infernium and Mind: Path to Thalamus, though this seems like it will be a bit different than those.

I ordered Young Link from Amazon Japan and it's scheduled to come in today or tomorrow. I'm sure I won't end up with 10, but that would be awesome!

Just got the physical gold edition in the mail late last week. The download code wouldn't work however (constant error messages). On the bright side, Nintendo's support team got it all figured out today, and the DLC just finished downloading a few minutes ago!

I was never really that into shmups, but recently I decided to give the genre a shot (heh). I picked up Black Bird, Iro Hero, and Rival Megagun all on sale, and I will probably add this one to the collection at some point.

I recently picked up an outrageous number of games on sale, and it will be impossible to give them all the attention they deserve. Of those games, I did already beat Gorogoa and Gone Home though, as they are pretty short. I'll probably give Aragami an initial spin next since I haven't tried that one yet, and I'll keep trying to improve at Tetris 99. After that, who knows...

I was happy to see this one. I think it’s a good fit for the Switch. Does EA have games that are more worthy of being brought over? Of course they do! But with EA being EA, I’ll take what I can get.

EDIT: Also, I believe this was in the EA Originals line. They are basically indie games that are only being published by EA. Since they’re not full-on EA, I’ll cut them a little slack.

@Antraxx777 Yes, that's the one I have! Maybe if I get the urge to dust off my old retro games (it's weird calling Wii retro, can we do that yet?) I'll give it another shot.

I had a Rune Factory game for Wii. I remember thinking it was decent, but not playing it that much. Honestly, I didn't think the footage of 4 looked that great, but I like this style of game, so I will definitely keep an eye on it!

@MarioLover92 That's not bad at all. I just picked up $60 of eShop credit for $50 during one of those online deals, so some of that money will be going towards this and the Smash DLC.

The term "update" rather than "DLC" seems to imply that it's free, but that would surprise me coming from Ubisoft. I guess we'll see. I haven't played a ton of Starlink yet, but from what I have, it does seem to be a bit of an underrated gem. The new content will be welcome for whenever I get around to it.

@nofriendo It's called Roof Rage. It's Early Access on Steam now, and it should be coming to Switch down the line according to the dev.

I picked up Road Redemption and Super Treasure Arena on sale, so I’m gonna check those out. Super Treasure Arena has largely been ignored by the Internet, so I’m hoping that’s not a bad sign.

@Nintenhub Yeah, my wife watches a ton of Chinese TV. There are always video game songs and sound effects being used (quite possibly without permission). Sometimes I start humming along and she's like "How do you know the music from this random Chinese TV show?" haha

Nothing I’m 100% gonna get for sure, but there are quite a few that piqued my interest, including City of Brass, Evoland, Magic Scroll Tactics, Reverie, and The Stillness of the Wind. I’ll keep an eye out for reviews.

I’ve picked up a ton of games on sale recently. Of the games in this particular sale, I got Snake Pass, and I already had The Flame in the Flood. Both are solid, though not spectacular. Worth it at the sale price though, IMO.

Of QubicGames's games, I found One Strike to be decent. The rest haven't really interested me though.

It's free, so I don't mind. If I download it, it'll always be there in case I get the itch, but it's not hurting anything if I don't get into it.

I picked up Snake Pass and Infernium on sale. I played Snake Pass a little already. I like it, but the controls are tough to get used to. I feel like I'm learning to play video games all over again, haha. I haven't tried Infernium yet. It got pretty middling reviews, but it was only 5 bucks, so why not? The same guy who made Infernium also made another eShop game called Mind: Path to Thalamus, which I might buy if it ever returns to the eShop (it was removed for some unknown reason).

Besides that, I'll keep plugging away at Stardew Valley.

I hope it’s bigger than the one in Korea.

I'm thinking Wargroove, Dragon Marked For Death, and Downwell eventually, but probably just wishlisting them for now.

@BionicDodo @Bunkerneath I know it’s not that hard to set up accounts from other regions, but I don’t really care to do it. I’d rather just stick with one eShop. I know that limits me somewhat, but I’m fine with it. If Snake Pass goes on sale in the NA shop, I’ll get it. If not, no big deal, I’ll just keep waiting it out. I have an enormous backlog anyway, haha.

I've been waiting a long time for a Snake Pass sale, but I use the NA eShop, so I guess I'll have to wait and see.

@Glitchling78 Yeah, I’ve got the tracker profession, and I’ve been trying to avoid the reset method, though I might resort to it if i really have to. My missing artifact is supposed to spawn in the mountains or forest, so I get a lot of spots, it just hasn’t come up yet.

Big gaming weekend for me so far (it's already Saturday night in Korea).

Pikuniku: Just started it. It is so colorful and charming! I've already laughed out loud a few times. This is a good one!

Rime: Finished this one up, and went back in to knock out the few achievements I was missing. It's possible this game was terrible pre-patch (I don't know, I bought it on sale well after the patch), but I thought it was fantastic! This one is gonna stick with me for a long time.

Rocket League: Played a bit online and got thoroughly destroyed. I need to get my skills back up.

Snipperclips: As mentioned in the article, Pikuniku also made me want to go back to Snipperclips. It's a bit different experience, but still very fun!

South Park: TFBW: Moved along a bit in the story, but decided to take a break in favor of other games for now. Not really in a South Park mood at the moment.

Stardew Valley: This will be the bulk of my weekend right here. The recent update got me back into it, and I'm tantalizingly close to accomplishing literally everything you can do in the game. My one missing artifact is killing me though!

Got Pikuniku, but waiting for it to unlock.

@hihelloitsme It was one of those things I thought would be more useful than it really is. Like, “what if I want to play tabletop, but I also really need to charge??” In reality, that has never happened. Honestly, it’s been more useful for playing in places with uneven surfaces or when a little more height is necessary and the kickstand just isn’t cutting it. But again, those situations are not the norm.
