The range of optimization and performance between developers is astonishing. With the Switch 2 pumping out games like Metroid Prime 4 at 1080p 120fps and then going to this, it's amazing how lazy this port upgrade really is.

Guess I'll have one combined bill from Netflix now. And I'll have to cut ties with my Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max bundle deal now.

Switch physical version for the superior box art and then upgrade to Switch 2 Edition.

For the people complaining about the game's length, just play what you want and then put it down. You'll be experiencing awesome gameplay, music and storylines. Just be glad that we're getting our money's worth on this game when you have games like Metroid Prime 4 that takes just 15 hours to beat the main storyline. I'd love for MP4 to have at least 30 hours of storyline since we've been waiting on it for so long. I don't want it to be over so quickly.

This is Retro Studios we're talking about here. They deliver quality every time. So glad they reclaimed development on this game.

@Deljo I'm giving your comment the "thumbs down" because AI has no place in the voice actor arena. Voice acting is a sacred art that should be treasured and praised, not trashed and replicated with AI.

Would love to do another playthrough of this on Switch 2 with improved frame rate and resolution.

I just started my first playthrough of this game. I'm really liking it so far. I'll probably save Metroid Prime 4 and DragonQuest 1 and 2 remake as Christmas gifts so my mom will have something to give me.

This Mega form looks like it could be Electric/Dark type, but people always said that Zeraora needed to be Electric/Fighting type.

For 30 bucks, I hope this DLC gives us a new region to explore like Kitakami and Blueberry Academy. If it's just new story missions set in Lumiose City and a handful of new Megas, that's some low value effort.

Why does the author assume that everyone is an Animal Crossing fan? I certainly did not get or play New Horizons. I actually strongly dislike Animal Crossing games.
