@rvcolem1 I haven’t gotten around to finishing earthbound (oops! Need to get back to it) but I was really loving it when I was playing. Especially in the overall vibes of the game like with the art, characters, dialogue, and especially the music.

But yup, we all have different tastes! And thank god for that

Cyberpunk 2077
I’ve started this game earlier this week and have a bit over 20 hours in it already! Really enjoying it (especially as I got it on a great sale). Quests are interesting, combat is fun, story is compelling, and I love just driving around Night City!

Donkey Kong Country
I’ve played this game a lot but I’ve never finished it! So I’ve started a new file and having a blast. One of the best soundtracks for any video game IMO. I particularly enjoy talking to Cranky Kong cuz his rants crack me up.

Sims 4
Of course I couldn’t vote this option as it’s not on any Nintendo consoles, but I’ve picked up Sims 4 on my laptop again as my sister has been playing it. I think this will be more of a fleeting phase but I’ve been enjoying it. I’m impressed it runs on my laptop to be fair!

For me this weekend it’s:

Cyberpunk 2077-
Just bought this game a couple days ago. Only played a couple hours so far but I’m really enjoying the world building and I liked the character creator.

Sonic X Shadow Generations-
I’ve been enjoying this game, especially the modern Sonic stages

I’m definitely feeling a Disco Elysium shaped hole in my heart right now though after finishing the game! It was so good, absolute 10/10

I own the first one of the game. I’ve tried playing it through a few times but it tends to feel like I’m forcing myself to play it (which is strange!). I wonder if the improvements in the remake would interest me? I don’t see myself buying it at launch though but I will be looking at reviews.

Re: Where To Pre-Order LEGO Game Boy

I wonder if someone will be able to combine this with a real Gameboy’s internals so that they make it functional? Actually, it might be easier for them to start from scratch with their own Lego bricks, rather than a set perhaps.

@Dpullam Yes, I’ve been finding that the game really sucks you in! I’ll play it for a bit, then put it down to do another hobby or hang out with family and I’ll get sooo excited for the next time I can pick it up again. I showed it to my dad and he played it for a couple minutes and was having a blast.
