@YAT How are they abused. They signed a contract. They knew what they were getting into just like in my current contract as contractor I will be furloughed during the holidays. I knew that going in. This is something people don't understand about locking people up. It's good for the victim, it's good for society, and it's good for the criminal because it gives them a change to stop and think about if they really want to continue down the path they are on.

Why do find out when someone is arrested for murder that they had a long rap sheet? If at some point they had been put away for an extended period of time maybe they would have made not made the decisions that led them to this point.
