We never got a translation of it - not an official one at least - and the whole series has always been fun.

I want some kind of QR code or a bit of AR on the back so I can scan them with my phone and make out what the hell each card is, because them labels are HECKIN MICROSCOPIC.

I used to trade my SNES gear a lot, there was an indie joint on Westgate Road in Newcastle (later in the Greenmarket) that I used to do very well out of. Circumstances were way different for me back then though, and I don't think I've traded in anything since.

Buying pre-owned is always an option though.

Just landed both the Tales from the Borderlands games for £15 from GAME (ach, mein SD-kart).

It’ll be my portable unit, holding the digital stuff I don’t play as often, while the higher-end titles and games I play regularly will go on the new one. That’ll free up space on the S1 for gear I have archived. NBA2K and Overwatch are a fair old chonk y’know.

Besides, when the S2 comes out, it'll become the muggers' magnet that the original was. Mine won't leave the house for at least a year.

I love 8BitDo’s stuff. The SN30 Pro is like an old friend now.

The only thing that lets the original Ultimate down is that it won’t connect to my non-Switch/Windows gear. That gives the edge to their Pro 2 for me, which links to near as dammit everything I need it to - even my Mac and RPi kit.
