Japanese one looks like a fever dream!

NA looks far more cinematic, definitely the one I would pick up over the other two.

I don't even care how much this costs, it looks great and because the graphics aren't crazy HD, the devs would have had a lot of space to fill with more game. Too many games these days are too short for my liking because the majority of the cart or disc is taken up with flashy graphics... just like West of Loathing, this looks to do things a little differently and I for one am on board with that!

I've known game companies to release older games by way of apology for delays on the next title in a series, so this may well be true and I couldn't be more hyped for it if it is. First two are easily in my top 10 games of all time!

Europe wins it again!

Well then... that's a higher score than I was anticipating. Good on the game devs for delivering a decent title, because this could so easily have been shovel-ware.

Resident Evil 4 is a perfect game for the most part, don't see the need for a remake at all. Considering the Wii version is the best version, without motion controls it's going to be baaaaaad, much like the aiming on the recent remakes is baaaaaaad.

The Japanese cover is just the NA one with more characters and more chaotic nonsense. Easy pick this one!

That's never going to happen, but I would hope Playtonic are at least consulted in some way if the Banjo games do eventually land on Switch.

That US boxart is a hot mess, like fourteen horror movie posters all crammed into the same image! Japan for me.

Woah that European art is terrible! Japan is the best of a bad bunch for me, so gets my vote.

I think with the remaining slots they're going to go back through gaming history to find interesting, if not universally loved characters for inclusion. We've had modern in Joker and Byleth, classic in Banjo and Terry and legacy with Hero and his many alternate forms. I think striking a good balance is what's needed, so I'm good with 2B or Yooka-Laylee for the modern rep, but I#m far more interested to see what old-school characters pop up in the line-up. All I really want is Tails, but that's looking increasingly unlikely, despite a solid foundation for a killer moveset!

Any time a video game is presented as a movie on the shelves is a winner for me, though I grew up with and still absolutely love the European boxart, there's no denying how mysterious and downright cool the Japanese one is. And it gives almost nothing away, just like the Heavy Rain boxart released in Japan that is hands down the best!

So PointCrow let chat control the game entirely and all they did was run off a cliff endlessly or try and run into danger to get killed. He knew they wouldn't manage it alone so he would take over for 5 minute intervals, then chat, then him, then chat again and so on, so they could at least make progress when a particular section was impossible to complete with 300+ people controlling Link. It was actually very entertaining to watch, especially that finale where everyone spammed the release arrow button!

Looks great! All I want is a new Captain Toad game, possibly an adventure, but this will do whilst I wait for some kind of announcement!

The European version is always used as the 'classic' art in articles across the web and it's currently sitting about five feet from me. Loved it when I was 6, love it now I'm 27!

I don't see it happening, but Sub-Zero would be my pick for a more interesting move-set from the whole roster, since he can clone himself in ice and use it both offensively and defensively (as can the opponent, picking the sculpture up and using it as a weapon). Wouldn't be against a Mii costume if it's never going to happen, with some classic music thrown in for good measure though, just so we have some flavour of MK added to the mix!

I actually can't stand the controls of super metroid, which surprised me considering the praise it receives to this day. My first was actually Fusion, but Prime was incredible first time around on GC. Echoes is my favourite however, just for the setting and abilities and transitioning mechanics between light and dark worlds, the whole game just captivates me more than the original. Prime all the way, can't wait for the next entry... in several years!

Still have the game on GBA, loved the art style and this looks more of the same so bring it on!

It looks like a LEGO Zelda game to be brutally honest. Breath of the Wild was so original in it's look and feel that doing anything but a carbon copy of that style would be tantamount to sin!

Blue and red for me, had them since day one and I can't see the switch in any other colours!

Growing up, the European boxart we had in the UK felt important... at the age of seven, I didn't really know why, but it's been my absolute favourite game ever since!

A reboot of the Gamecube release with improved everything would be stellar, but a sequel would be insane! One of the best RPG's of all time, one of the best soundtracks of all time and still looks great to this day, not to mention a unique magic system and genuinely compelling storytelling... man, if this actually happens, I want Monolith to handle it along with the original studio, in conjunction with a remake/remaster of Baten Kaitos. Gamecube didn't have many great RPG's, so let's celebrate two of the very best and get them on Switch!

Even though it's an English game, the NA boxart looks like a Dk game should. Bright colours, in your face and a little chaotic... perfect!

NA looks like the poster to a terrible, unintentionally racist film. They're all lacking, but the Japanese one intrigues me... out of all of them, I'd probably pick that one up.

I'd love to know if any of these people know how to actually make a game and cram that much content into it, because it looks like entitled whining to me.

I would have said Europe but the Japanese one is the same thing only bigger and more impressive. Looks like a movie poster actually.

Meh, had the old one for years now, still works as well as the day I opened the box. Never used the d-pad on it for much, but if it's better and you don't have one, then naturally it's recommended. But for Dark Souls, Isaac, Mario and Zelda, no need. Save yourself some bob and get the old, hopefully cheaper model.

It's leading to a big bang style event , with a new map exploding into life from the scrunch up matter of the universe. It's not dead, it makes too much money to be dead.

Europe for me. I like the thick border because it's not so much in your face like the North American art, while the Japanese one is just the North American made tall.
