I have Splatoon 3 for 3 years but this game never clicked to me. But now, 2026, i can not stop playing this game!!!

I dont know what cassette means in english, but in my language cassette is what i have between my balls LOL......cassette boy....man....is this game serious?

@Yoshi3 The ending of this game is incredible, and at the same time it raises questions. The DLC answers these questions, and goes back to each character's past to explain all the "whys". I paid $8 on Steam, so it was worth it.

@Yoshi3 DLC is only story-heavy and difficult battles. No RPG elements. Dialogue - lot of battles - lot of dialogue - lot of battles......its automatic.

Difficult battles.

@Yoshi3 i have 170 hours of Persona 3 Reload on Steam, and I still have more 9 achievements to do ( i will play again, new game +, this january to max out ll links). This game is huge! Do everyting Elizabeth put to do. 100%. It will be important. Do not forget it! The end of this game is epic!

• Super Mario Wonder: online for the first time.
• Mario Golf Super Rush: adventure mode, desert speed golf. Speed Golf is wonderful. Thank you, Nintendo.
• Splatoon 3: i am the worst splatoon player ever.

I am playing right now on my Legion Go 2. Perfect game.

Game cube analog triggers are poor....only 3-5 levels in pratice. Xbox controller has 60+ levels. So much better for racing games.

Its bad you need to buuy another controller to have what everyone else has by default, but worse.

I have this game on Steam and its amazing. I have a stellar simcube cockpit.

No more Zelda on the list. But The Witcher 3 is always there. Legendary game!

I have 3 new Switch games:

Super Mario Wonder: playing with my wife and daughter (3 years Old, but she finished Mario 3d World, Bowser's Fury and Mario Odyssey alone when she was 2)

Princess Peach Showtime: playing with my daughter in turns

New Mario Bros U Deluxe playing Alone

I know no one like New Mario Bros U Deluxe, but i like It more than Mario Wonder. More classic, more difficult jumps and Old gameplay. I like It more. Wonder is Nice too. Great multiplayer game. I've never played any "New Mario" before It.

I am also playing Mario Golf Super Rush. I really love this game so much!

My daughter is three since this 18, december.

With only two years Old:

She finished, Alone, Super Mario 3D World, including the extra Islands (but not the last secret Island).

She has, playing Alone, 188 moons on Odyssey.

And Mario Wonder she plays Peach only. And for strange reasons, Thais game IS more difficult to her but not so much. She is fighting browser.

She prefers Odyssey, bowsers fury and 3d World than wonder

I cannot imagine play this game with lack of analogue triggers for racing games on Nintendo Switch 1/2.

I play this game on PC and this game is analogue trigger - heavy!

The worst way to play this game = nintendo controllers without analogue triggers.

• Mega Man 11 : Difficult game, but interesting
• Super Mario Wonder : Easy game, but interesting. Not the best, not the worst.
• Super Mario Odyssey : the best Switch game by far. 239 moons and going...

• Splatoon 3 (I am playing story mode and DLC Side Order. I am terrible playing this game, but love it anyway)

• Mortal Kombat 1: online matches with my friends

I won´t buy Mario Kart World. Never. I played. I did not like it.This Sonic is so much fun! This time, my money is on Sonic Racing.

Best game, by far. Expedition 33 is a masterpiece.

Mario Kart World is trash. Sonic Racing: Crossworlds is far better.

MKW is my biggest disappoint. MK8 deluxe is my favorite Switch-1 game.

Expedition 33 is the best game this year, BY FAR.

• Super Mario Odyssey (180 moons), I am fighting Bowser on the moon.

Steam:

• Grid Autosport, online matches with my friends.

Too expensive for only 18 courses.

Super Mario Kart (SNES) = 20 tracks.

2025 Kirby Air Riders 2 = 9 (new) + 9 (reused) tracks, for $70 !?!?

@kingbk The Steam Deck is also a hybrid console. I play it on the living room TV, or on the TV in the Gamer Room, or as a portable device. Why isn't the Steam Deck considered hybrid? The Steam Deck does not need a dock to connect to the TV, and you can play with all Nintendo, Xbox, and PlayStation controllers. Besides that, it is compatible with all e_GPU docks. In other words, if I put my GPU (Nvidia 5080) in this dock, and connect the Steam Deck, it achieves a superior quality to the PS5. So I don't understand your statement that it is not hybrid.

I am glad I am disappointed with this game, so I don' t need to buy Switch 2.

Mario Kart is the only Nintendo game to push me to buy another console one day. But not this time.

I think i am 90% steam gamer now ( on Steam PC, TV, Ipad pro, Rog Ally X) and 10% Nintendo gamer (most for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Advance Wars 1+2)

My kids are playing nintendo switch. 150+ games to play.

Last week and this weekend:

• Only Persona 3 Reload on Steam here. I am on January, farming XP, cards (magics) and persona fusions. I need to be stronger to fight the last boss and secret boss, cause I failed against The Reaper so bad.

Its impossible to me to have all social link - max level now. So I will play the New Game +. I have now the Persona 3 Reload expansion pass, with more 50 hours of gameplay. I think Persona 3 Reload will be my game for next 2 -3 months...

I dont play any nintendo consoles since May - 1.

My little daughter is playing Super Mario 3D World and loving it.I think she is my nintendo switch' s new owner now, cause my interest in nintendo consoles is too low now.

She will have 150+ games to play. Thats great, so I dont need to buy new games for 6 - 7 years in a row for it.

Last week and this weekend i am playing only Steam games:

* Persona 3 Reload: I am on January, farming XP and the last 5 Elizabeth´s solicitations. I am gonna fight the Reaper tonight.

* Dead or Alive 5 Last Battle: DOA 5 > DOA 6 in every single aspect. One of the greatest 3d Fighting games ever. Enjoying again (i have 600 hours playing it on old Xbox 360). Now i am playing all it again on steam.

* Granblue Fantasy Versus: only 3 achievements to go 100%. And so I will start playing Gran Blue Fantasy Versus Rising (the sequel). Average fighting game. Not a "great" game. Just good.

Fast RMX is 36 !! And its a cheap game.

After 1 month without playing Nintendo Switch, only Steam games, i am back.

Playing Steam Games on PC / Steam Link / Rog Ally x / TV (wifi hdmi):

• Persona 3 Reload: i am on October events. Great game. 70 hours playing it.
• Granblue Fantasy Rising: playing online matches and going to 100% achievements
• Street fighter 6: as usual
• Garou Mark the Wolves: still trying the last achievement: finish hard survival dotemu version.

On Nintendo Switch 1 (i am not interested in Switch 2)

• Advance Wars 1+2: playing hard challenge story on Advance Wars 1

@jsty3105 but after 5 - 8 AAA games, Steam Deck 1tb is cheaper than Switch 2 with $70 - $80 games (the same games are $5 - $25 on Steam Store in monthly sales. And you does not need to buy a 1TB memory card. ($$$) nor new controllers, acessories, etc.. you can play on TV using switch 1 controller, xbox controller, ps4 controller, ps 5 controller, game cube controller, ps2 controller...wiimote...joycom.....any controller...

I cannot stop playing Persona 3 Reload

Playing on my Ipad Pro (using Steam link APP to play my steam games), while watching my new baby sleeping (helping the mommy to sleep a little bit)

Game Card is ok, but Switch 2 needs to have 1TB memory...like Steam Deck.

I dont play Switch games since May 1.

I am playing Steam Games only last 2 weeks.

I am playing this weekend:

• Neo Sprint: an arcade racing game from Atari. I have 31/37 achievements. I am playing all trials (difficult level). Its so hard, but i love this game. You can try this one on Switch.
• Garou: Mark the Wolves: the old SNK classic. I need 2 more achievements only. Survival (dotemu version) and max difficult survival (dotemu version). It will be so much difficult, but this game is so good that i will play till get it all.
• Persona 3 Reload: playing slowly and loving all the time with this game. Truly AAA game.

@Arawn93 i dont think so. Rog ally x has better battery than Switch Oled, and its much more powerful. Rog Ally x is near Switch 2 or the same.

Rog Ally 2 will be a monster. Most powerful handheld. And most powerful (with eGPU Dock) "console" on TV.

No. I continue buying AAA games on Steam Store. Yesterday $25 for Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Playing on my Steam Deck Oled / Rog Ally X / PC / Ipad Pro / TV.

Probably i wont buy Switch 2 or any console again.

For me, steam is the biggest winner, by far.

Yesterday i paid on Steam:

$25 for Final Fantasy 7 Remake
$35 for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

I would never buy $70 or $80 for each one on Nintendo Switch 2.

Now we have our Player 4. Me and my wife had a new baby this May, 01.

What calmed my wife down during her labor, which took 40 hours from the start of contractions, was playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Balloon Battle Mode - 24 rounds. She won: 172 balloons popped. I popped 167.

@Moistnado yes, you are right! Steam deck can play wii, GC, Wii U, play2, Switch, Dreamcast, and 17.000 Steam Store games, including PS5 and Xbox games, with online multiplayer and cloud save FOR FREE! Its wonderful!

All game generations = one only place, forever! And when you buy another hardware (Steam Deck 2, in 2026), the games will be better look, for free. You dont need to buy again the same games, for eternity.

And you can play the games on TV without any dock. But, if you want, you can buy a e-GPU Dock and put your PC GPU plugged to play with any quality you can.

Steam Deck on TV with RTX4090 is better than PS5!

And Steam Store = cheaper games.

I paid $14 - equivalent for Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam (max quality as you can) than $70 for Switch 2 version (medium quality forever).

@Jester676 My compare is: Steam Deck Oled 512GB (better screen than Switch Oled) versus Rog Ally X (the exactly same Switch 2 screen).

Obs: Steam Deck Oled 512gb version has better Oled Screen quality than Steam Deck Oled 1TB model. I know..it has non sense, but Steam Deck Oled 512gb is a truly special product.

I can see the comparison between Switch Oled, Steam Deck Oled 512gb and Rog Ally X everyday here at home.

• The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - i paid $40 - equivalent on Steam, Day-1). Best. Game. Ever in my 4000+ games collection.
• Persona 3 Reload - I paid yesterday for $34 - equivalent, on Steam) - Absolute incredible massive game. AAA

On Switch:

• Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - i am not interested in buying Switch 2 and Mario Kart World. For now, i prefer the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe battle mode with my wife. If the Switch 2 Mario Kart does not captivate me, i won' t buy Switch 2. This is the only strong Nintendo game for me, today.

Probably I'm buying Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on Steam for $30 - equivalent, day-2. What masterpiece of a game....thanks for this massive AAA launch game is not a $80 Nintendo game (i would never pay this value for any game).

@KayFiOS steam deck oled has better screen than Rog Ally x (the exactly same Switch 2 screen, 120hz vrr mini led 1080p). Steam deck oled 512gb has the best handheld screen ever. Better than the Steam Deck 1tb Mate Oled screen.

When i put the Steam Deck Oled on my Oled TV, i put Steam Deck on a Dock with eGPU. So i plug my RTX 4090 and play the games better than PS5 by far.

In 2026..i can sell the 4090 and buy 5090.
In 2027 i can sell 5090 and buy the future 6090..

steam Deck Oled in dock mode can be as powerful as you want if you just have powerful GPUs in your home, like me.

But..Rog Ally x > Steam Deck Oled.

Rog Ally 2 = Fall 2025

You dont need to buy a dock to play Steam Deck on TV.

Steam is other thing. A think Steam > all videogames. Steam is for gamers that want the highest quality possible, paying the cheaper prices on games, and paying nothing to play the best online quality ever.

I paid $40 - equivalent (in my country) for Deluxe version (all DLC, artbook & new exclusive content) on Steam, today ( Day 1 ). I would never pay $60 - $80 for it or any other game.

And i played 1000+ hours on Skyrim. So Oblivion will be 1000+ hours. Thanks that Oblivion is not a Nintendo game, otherwise the price would be $100 LOL (and i would never buy it, no matter what).
