@Vyacheslav333 How is she not the main protagonist of Automata? If you're talking about A2, then I still consider 2B the main character with Nines being a close 2nd.

@Uska If CookieRun got a console port, I'd go crazy. There will be those who will complain about the microtransactions. If all of my stuff transferred over from mobile to console, I'd most certainly be a huge supporter. I have Ovenbreak and Kingdom.

@JohnnyMind I play regularly on PS4/PS5. I find the game absolutely fun, despite the gacha system. To be honest, the gacha system here is fair. It doesn't really shaft you. There's so much content that gives you crystals (currency to buy characters) that you don't even need to purchase anything with real money. I've put over 400 hours in it and I NEVER used real money. I have a crap ton of characters.

@Bizzyb That's pretty much all of the platforms that the TMNT games did decent on. This particular game is a timed exclusive. Coming to other platforms at a later date.

Not surprised if either game beat out the other initally. Both are iconic and tend to sell a lot. However, Wonder will for certain have the longer legs. Thoroughly enjoying Wonder. It's a wonderful game. Wasn't trying to be funny there.

Probably should have gotten WayForward to do the remaster.

The music is absolutely outstanding. Persona even have their own concerts that sell out due to how incredible the music is. Bizarre opinion. I know you said "some" music, but...nevermind.

Target here in America already had them on the shelves last week. Tried to buy Sephiroth, but the system alerted the clerk that the street date had to be honored.

@Ploppy Actually I've never done that. Like ever. I'll use a personal example. Most gamers say that Persona is one of thee best RPGs ever. Now while I despise turn based rpgs, I never say that it sucks just because it's not my cup of tea. I can respect that a good majority loves the mainline games. That includes the old FF games as well.

@progx I'm not ignorant to the Switch's dominance in Japan. That's very hard to ignore. The Switch is the most popular console on the planet. HOWEVER, the Persona series is synonymous with Playstation. It was only on PS systems up until now. Mainline games that is. I see you're turning this into a sales discussion. That's off topic and irrelevant right now concerning this series. Port begging...yes the Nintendo fan base port begged. No need to deny that. Like I said, nothing wrong with that. They (Ninty fanbase) wanted that series to hit Switch. Still we're not going to act like they weren't begging for it. You can reskin it however you'd like. The premise is still the same.

Although it's blind speculation, I would agree that a SMTV PC version would outsell a PS version. Still won't stop a PS version or an Xbox version from coming.

@progx If there is a timed exclusive window from Nintendo, we ain't hearing about til afterwards. I'm sure PS will get the game in some form. Oddly enough though, PS fans aren't port begging for the game like Nintendo fans did for Persona 5. Not saying that was a bad thing. I know that sounded like it was.

@Serpenterror ?!?! A SMT has been on Playstation consoles before..as you've stated. It's not impossible for them to get it again. At all...

I mean, mainline Persona games just hit Nintendo when no one thought they would leave Sony consoles. Just saying anything is possible.

I guess it won't be long before Playstation gets SMTV. Anyway, I'm really happy Nintendo FINALLY got a mainline Persona game and will continue to do so. Should be like this going forward.

I get being excited for Persona 6, but Nintendo fans JUST got mainline Persona games. Announced...not even released yet. Y'all gotta temper your expectations a bit. Hate to blindly speculate here, but I'm sure Sony is gonna lock down a timed exclusive with P6. Let's hope not when the news finally drops for a new Persona.

@XenoShaun I'm with you except for the KH3 bit. I'm sorry, but the Switch ain't running a game like that without heavy downgrades. Both resolution and framerate. The PS4 had some trouble with it, so I know for sure Switch won't stand a chance unless Square some downgrading. Guess they couldn't be bothered with allocating resources for a proper Switch version.

Guys....of course Switch is getting the DLC. Why wouldn't it?! Outside of the DLC, the only thing new is that the PS5 and Series X are getting their own versions. Free upgrade for those who have the previous gen versions.

Guess I'm in the minority here who actually liked the 2003 Turtles games. I have both on my Gamecube to this day. Sure it's no Turtles In Time, but I still enjoyed them. Memories for me and my guys when we were in the US Air Force. Good times....

Wouldn't make sense for Nintendo to raise prices on a 5 year old console anyway. They would get crucified worse than Sony is right now.

@Royalblues X1 came out in 2014. Oh and I agree about some of the fans here praising Nintendo mobile games, but dissing this game. It is an awesome game.

@FX29 FF is pretty much PS anyway. However, DQ should always stay multiplat.

Btw, Sony has the most fighters out of the big 3. No one is going to boycott Sony for that at least. For the 70 game remasters and such....hell yeah!

@Royalblues Yeah I definitely don't care about what anyone plays the most or the least. My reasoning for asking was because we need all 3 to keep pumping out exclusives. Otherwise, we'll get complacency from these 3 giants. I have no brand loyalty. I don't play the consoles, I play the games. It's why I have all 3. I don't miss anything.

I will agree with you about ALL 3 sites doing this. Although I feel like Xbox and Playstation does it more than Nintendo.

@GameOtaku Well the mainline series was only on Sony's console up to this point. The main core fanbase is on Playstation. You would be correct if you had said a large part of Persona's success is because if it's popularity on Playstation. That would be factual. Even those that played the games in the past played them on a Playstation console or handheld. It's why the demand for the game/series to go multiplat is sky high.

@BadPlayerOne That's definitely coming. I have no doubt in my mind that the Switch is finally getting Persona now. If Xbox got it, then there's no way Switch doesn't.

I actually REALLY liked this game when it dropped on PS4 years ago. I still play it from time to time even now. The fact that you can now walk instead of just hitting right or left is awesome. I may double dip and get this on Switch.

@Bizzyb Don't underestimate Turtle fans on other consoles. We all grew up on TMNT. I'm sure at least the Playstation version will sell as good as the Switch version. Most of us want the game physically. If they have a collector's edition.....forget about it. It would be sold out.

@ThaRza7421519 I haven't played it in over 10 years. I beat both the PS3 and 360 versions to 100%. You can look it up. My name is on some of the first earned trophies and achievements. I loved this game so much as a kid, but never beat it. I sure as heck beat it when it dropped on consoles.
