The only way I'd give up physical and go digital would be a guarantee those purchases would be there the rest of my life. The other thing would be past games wouldn't be pulled from sale because of licenses expiring etc.

@NinjaNicky I bought it at Best Buy with a discount and with a reward dollars that were expiring.

I bought the DLC but have had no interest in starting it. Looks like I'm not missing out with the performance issues still around.

This changes my purchase then. I'll get it for steam off a keyshop. If Konami wants to play the game I will as well. I get switch card sizes are more costly but why even have a physical release.

So is this the sequel or the original 3DS one?

The pandemic changes actually got me back into it. I was around level 14 when I started again and now I'm at level 39. I bought a few remote raid passes during the pandemic, (I'm disabled in a wheelchair plus I have other problems from cancer) other than that I just caught Pokemon and leveled up that way but now after increasing it 95% I refuse to spend another dime. What gets me is if they played their cards right they got spenders who, before the pandemic never spent money could realistically keep buying the occasional raid pass or upgrades instead of nothing. The limit of 5 remote raids a day also theoretically stops people from spending more money if they want to get legendary they really want.

@ga3tr0n The original release doesn't include them as a separate option to play them? I held off with all the bugs but now I'll definitely not purchase it.

Now what about pokemon bank I really hope you can move pokemon from past gens. I know they said bank will still be usable but they never said if the transfer future would still be available. Does anyone know how to reach out and ask Nintendo?

I have a question. What games are comparable to this? I've always heard people talk about Phantasy Star but have no idea what it compares to.

First "The Pinball Arcade" looses the licenses to the Bally/Williams tables and now Zen censors them.

I wonder if GameStop will print the code on a receipt like they do for other pre-order bonuses or does it come in the box. I know in the past when I've wanted other exclusive pre-order DLC the manager that I've gotten to know, gladly gives me a code even when I don't spend anything that trip.

Edit: didn't they do the same thing when Extreme Butoden launched for the 3DS? I think it was a SNES game that came with it and never was released for the mainstream.

Seeing this makes me want Time Crisis on the switch. That game was great with friends on PS2.

It seems pricey for a port that looks like it's between Wii U and switch graphically. If Nintendo wants to port games, I wish they would consider games like Wario Land: Shake It. Something people probably missed out on at the time but would reach a broader audience and maybe help bring new games for the franchise.

@duffmmann I hope. Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 cames with one on a cartridge and MMLC 2 with a download code.

I hope they don't have the infamous download required because they are to cheap to use a bigger cartridge.

I would stay away from this game. The PS4 version was ignored for over a year with promised content/bug fixes only to arrive after the player base dwindled, and now they are doing the exact same thing with the Switch version. The fact that it is a year behind the PC version (Just like the PS4 version when it launched) shows how committed they are.

@Alikan Limited Run Games only prints so many copies so when they are gone they are gone. Usually sell out in an hour.

I wonder if it was the other way around what people would say? Not that I agree with the move it seams people are jumping to conclusions of why it's not coming to the switch. Maybe the development started before the Switch became what it is today?

Why can't a developer make a proper mech game like mech assault? Is that asking too much in 2017?

@Tsurii Personally I'm fine with this censorship. The times I think developers and publishers should not bend is when a game is rated over E-10+ or its equivalent around the world. As an adult, I shouldn't have a different experience based on where I am living.

Does anyone have an idea as to what the difficulty is like? I have never really played card games except for Pokemon off and on since the 90's.

Having never played Street Fighter what one would be good starting point? I use to be a big MK player on Gamecube and the original Xbox and want a good fighter.

Considering the PS4 and Xbox1 where released 3 years ago this rumor, if true isn't the best of news. Yes Nintendo is well known for releasing underpowered hardware but this is just sad.
