I'm sorry for them. But to be honest, I played both and were disappointed. The first Yooka was an OK attempt to copy Banjo Kazooie.
The 2nd game was mediocre at best and also a very uncreative copy of DK Country. What were they expecting?

This review is over the fence.
Yeah, it was the peak of this franchise together with SC3.
But it's not that good, that it ruins modern fighting games. Tekken 8 or Street Fighter 6 are in a different league of combat perfection.
So SC2 was a really nice game back then, but not a 10/10.

Both Yooka games weren't the big banger, people hoped for. Both tried to copy older Rare games and kinda did it, but weaker.

As I was expecting, Play-Asia didn't get it. Pending stock and they don't know when it's coming. So I canceled my order.
This site is a joke.

I pre ordered the US version from Play-Asia. Sadly, no sign of shipment so far. Weird thing, a retailer here in Germany already got it on stock.
If they don't send it out soon, it's again a cancel.

I was modding my GBA Sp in the last weeks with a new shell, battery and ips display. This gave me nightmares of frustration.

Could happen, but it would be the same game like the current gen.
I wouldn't want to play it on Switch 2 because it's the technically weakest version.

Some Kirby Return to Dreamland Deluxe, wanna finally beat that game. And Indiana Jones on XBox, same here.

I already enjoyed some hours of this game on XBox, where the performance is, of course, great.
As someone who wants to play this on Switch, I would also recommend waiting for Switch 2.

As someone who has the Series X version since launch, 60 for the game + both seasons sounds like a steal.
The DLCs are very expensive in that game, so every Switch 2 buyer who wants that game, should absolutely buy the year 1 and 2 version.

@HugoGED do you think it's such a difference on PS5? There's maybe more data on the disc. But still, without internet, you get nothing. There are a lot of updates since it came out.

The PS and Nintendo site's only problems these days.... Is Halo coming??? Is Gears coming???

The Tomb Raider Collection 4-6 will be bought on PS5, when it comes out physical.

And sorry Nintendo, I won't buy a full price port of Donkey Kong Country Returns. I have my 3DS version ready, when I want to play it.

As a long time Sonic fan, I'm not that excited. The new version of Sonic Generations was more of a lazy port. The included Shadow Generations is not bad, the stages are made well and even play better than the main game. But this white world around is annoying.
I didn't watch the movie yet, I guess I will wait for the disc release.

A pure 10. It was amazing.
If the rumors are true and the next Nintendo system is like a PS4, maybe PS4 pro(and I'm sure that's the max level), than history will repeat and again, Nintendo versions of the games will have big cut downs.
I don't care, since I'm playing a lot on PS5 and also Series X.

I'm pretty sure it's coming sooner or later. But even if not, I couldn't care less.
I can play it on my original N64 or on Wii U. And that's working without paying 40€ per year.

And don't get me wrong, it's not these are crap games. I'm almost buying none of these collections on Switch. These are titles that let the collection in the shelf explode and you're not playing them.
I sold a lot of Switch games in the meantime, since there is too much to play and no one has the lifetime for all of this.

No thanks. This game was bad already on Wii U.

On Series X, it's a bit less overwhelming since the old 360 version is playable since a long time and looks almost the same with the upgrade on Series X.
But still a great game.
And of course a great release for Nintendo onlys, who can enjoy it for the first time.
It's not a great year for the Switch, so Sonic should be one of the best releases there.

It's a great year to me. So many awesome games, but actually not on Switch. The games I bought on Switch this year aren't many. That's just Mario Party Jamboree, Shadow of the Ninja, Princess Peach Showtime and Mario vs Donkey Kong.
My PS5 and Series X on the other side are very busy right now.

One of the worst games I played this year.
A huge patch would be necessary to make a good game out of it.

@Anti-Matter yeah it's definitely better elsewhere. The current gen systems deliver a way cleaner picture and besides some stutters in combat, it runs fluid. The game isn't too bad.

It's definitely better played on Series X or PS5. No long loading times there and it's really sharp and looks beautiful.

Can't rate it yet, played too less so far.
I like the visuals and mini games are good.
On the other hand, there's so much luck crap on the boards and I hate that it's supposed to be played with the joy cons and limited with pro controller.

Yeah, it's actually the only Nintendo game in this second half of the year, which I pre-ordered.
The Switch isn't that exciting anymore, but I will get this at least for some nice evenings with my wife.
PS5 and XBox are turned on for the real games.😎

Nice, 8/10 here, 8/10 at purexbox. Performance doesn't bother me since I wouldn't buy this on Switch. Actually I'm absolutely not buying 3rd party multi plattform games anymore on Switch.

It seems, games published by Gamemill are getting better and better. I also really enjoy the Dreamworks Kart Racing game.

One of the few Switch games I bought this year. But not that ridiculous expansion pass.
