Beat Super Mario RPG, which was excellent. Playing SMTIV (3DS) and Rain Code (NS). With the latter I feel too much time is spent in loading screens, breaking immersion. May start Persona 5 Strikers as well.
Finished Chapter 1 on Rain Code - really liking the story, but this is one of the rare times that a game’s performance has caught my attention. Way too many loading screens break things up.
Will also be enjoying some Pikmin 4 and facing the final boss on Xenoblade Chronicles DE (can’t decide whether to pursue more side quests).

Re: Review: Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Switch) - Still The King Of Mario RPGs
Great review and I’m excited to play the game!
@Ironcore - Interesting photos. I’ve never personally perceived any 30 fps games to have this ghosting/blur effect.

SMTIV on 3DS; Persona 3 Reloaded on PS5; Super Mario RPG on Switch. All great games

More SMT IV + Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. Both games are great.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (August 12th)
Maybe halfway through Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. Really prefer the job system vs anything I’ve seen in Fire Emblem.
Medusa beat me down in SMT IV, and I’ll exact my revenge sometime this weekend.

Lazy corporate jargon.

Playing Final Fantasy Tactics: Grimoire Rift A2 (DS) and SMT IV (DS). Both are fantastic games.
Maybe I’ll bounce back to Rain Code, but the linear labyrinths drag on in my experience.

Excellent game all around. An upgrade to BOTW in every way.

And then save 50-60 bucks for each package purchase afterwards.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (July 15th)
Rain Code, Xenoblade Chronicles, and some Warioware to break things up!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (July 8th)
Beat TOTK and now on to Rain Code! The former is absolutely amazing.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (June 24th)
TOTK - 80 hours in and still exploring!
Will try to finish Mega Man Battle Network as well.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (June 17th)
Still slowly making my way through TOTK and enjoying every second of it. Playing some Mega Man Battle Network on the side.
