"A Hypothetical Situation" (based on comment "#1" here))

(Person #1 approaches his mother (Person #2))

Person #1: Excuse me, had you ever heard of a game named Tembo the [...] Elephant?"

Person #2: Huh? No. Why was it named that?

Person #1: I do not know. Probably to get our attention through outrage. Sorry for mentioning it by that name.

Person #2: You were probably right. Just do not call it by that name again.

Person #1: Ok, I could just call it Tembo instead.

Person #2: That could had been a better name for it.

Person #1: Yeah, I might suggest it to one of its creators before copies of it could be sold. I could contact one of them now.

Person #2: Ok.

(eight minutes later)

Person #1: Excuse me. I had just learned the name cannot be changed due to legal reasons.

Person #2: That's sad. It's probably a good game. Many people might not want to play due to that name.

Person #1: I had felt the same way.

(end)

Re: Random: Indie Dev Giving Away Free Game Codes Until Nintendo Closes Wii U & 3DS eShops

@Kiyata

"The closing of the 3ds eShop is just a preview of what will happen with the switch in a couple years. And yet people still demand digital all the way like it’s some golden chalice in gaming. No. You’re renting your games. They are never yours unless you have a physical copy in hand. And if the eShop closes and you get a new switch because perhaps your old one broke, guess what? You’ll have nothing to play on it unless you had physical copies."

(suggestion: transfer digital files from one Switch system to a different Switch system (if the one mentioned here first were to be in a state of brokenness))

"Fixed issue where, when playing in London Loop, player is carried in by Lakitu after falling off of course and they were not returned to the appropriate location."

(note: a suggestion of a different (or alternate) version of this part of this article)

Fixed issue in which Lakitu could carry a character controlled by at least one player to an inappropriate location if the character were to fall from the course of a race immediately before then.

Re: Wonder Boy Anniversary Collection To Get Switch eShop Release Next Year

"This definitely makes us happy — when we reviewed the Wonder Boy Collection earlier this year, we were disappointed with the limited number of games in the collection, despite all of the games on there being pretty darn good."
