Oh man!!!!!! I really hope this crosses the pond!!!

I understand Nintendo tries to put family safety first, but the lack of voice chat in online games really misses the point. You may as well play with Bots. I didn't realize this was how Mario kart only had chat in the lobby until a friend and I tried to play. Who wants to play online with friends and only get to talk for 30 seconds between matches?

I had a lot of fun with don't starve on ps4. I may grab it again for wii u/3ds. The second screen would be very helpful for item management

Man I love Mario Kart! Nintendo's dlc/support has been pretty great for this title. Now if I can just find a captain falcon amiibo so I can use the captain falcon Mii to drive the blue falcon cart on the mute city track I can live out my HD f-zero fantasies.

Animal crossing is just plain wonderful. If there is a game I would describe as therapeutic this would be it.

I believe that is the largest portable game ever released-ps vita included. The largest Vita release was around 3.5 gb(uncharted golden abyss). Sounds like this game has a ton of content.

I wish the GBA games were also released on the 3ds. I have downloaded a few on wii u but I would prefer a portable version.

Chronotrigger. I believe I have purchased this game more than any other. Once on snes when it came out. Once on Ds, once on ps vita as a ps one Classic and once on iPhone. Worth every penny.

Saw a sonic the hedgehog at gamestop today. First rare amiibo I've seen in a store, also toon link was there. Im not a sonic fan so I left it, but it seems like the stock is finally catching up a little bit.

Sweet! I love the bowser video. Just got my Bowser amiibo, I'm ready to go!

I have been playing the original on my 3ds. Man this game was ahead of its time. I hope they release the remake outside of Japan.

The press release didn't mention which amiibo were being restocked. I would imagine it's just the mario etc non rare statues. I could kick myself for not pre ordering mega man as I have little hope of restocking.

I am thoroughly enjoying Majoras Mask right now. I hope this doesn't effect the possibility of another Link between worlds style game.

@earthboundlink That's funny you mention the "Zelda accessibility" of the 3ds. I was just thinking that this evening- you can literally play every Zelda game ever released up to windwaker. LOZ being possibly my favorite franchise in all of gaming makes the 3ds very near and dear to my heart.

@rjejr how do you attach pictures to the comments? I tried to add a picture of my first portable game system which is probably at least as old as your football game. It was called "Scramble" by Tommy Tronic. It was a little spaceship game that took like 6 d cell batteries to run for a day. After that though I purchased every nintendo handheld from the original gameboy all the way to new 3ds xl last week.

The new finish does attract fingerprints, but I am loving the new red. It looks awesome.

that was pretty coo on the new 3ds. I had to go to youtube in the browser then to nintendolife to see it in 3d tho.

I just finished my Mac based transfer from an xl to a red new 3ds xl. Let me just say this, the stable 3d is no joke! I always liked the 3d, but it was wonky, this was totally worth it!

I just realized Nintendo is launching the new 3ds here in the states on Friday the 13th. I'm not superstitious, but it seems like companies normally avoid that sort of thing.

I've played most of these games and they don't hold a candle to most 3ds games.

Wow, looks like a pain... Although I saw an option in the video called "wireless transfer ". Cutting the computer out of the loop may hasten the process depending on what that entails. Good luck to Nintendos tech support. They are in for a bumpy couple of months.

I've always thought of link as a European swordsman, however the Look of this makes me think samurai link.

Tom Clancy ghost recon shadow wars was an awesome early 3ds game in the style of advanced wars. If you like fire emblem/advance wars it's definitely worth $7.95.

I just want a mega man, I made the mistake of thinking I would be able to buy one in store, didn't realize you have to pre order these if they are not from a Mario or Zelda game. Oh well.

Sooooo, playing code name steam, and it is basically valykyria chronicles. Which I consider a compliment.

Downloading prime as we speak, I'll dowload code name steam demo when I get to work. I am excited to play the prime trilogy having never played them before. Although this throwback sale has eaten up almost my entire 32 gb deluxe HDD.
