@CCore28 That is the PS2 game, released on the PS4 (not X1) in the PS2 classics range, not a compilation of the ACA NeoGeo releases.

@CCore28 No, there is no Metal Slug Collection for Xbox One or PS4. There was a collection about 10 years ago on PS2, PSP and Wii (with no Classic Controller support, which ruined the Wii version.)

This was a very mediocre game even back in 2006, so I wonder why Rebellion chose this game for the remaster treatment. It would make much more sense if they remastered something like Sniper Elite 1 or 2, or any of their Aliens vs. Predator titles. The latter may be hard because licensing issues, tho.

Wow, this game looks awful. The trailer was so long and boring, and the characters all seem so obnoxious.

This was GOTY 2016 for me, and I will gladly play it again on Nintendo Switch

I was very sceptical when I first heard that this games is made by Mercury Steam, since I didn't like Castlevania: Mirror of Fate. Now that reviews are starting to drop, I'm not worried at all anymore.

Why is it that so many people here have Double Dash as favourite? I think it's the worst in the series, by far. Not a bad game at all, just I find every other MK game much better.

I think the courses are dull, and too wide. And I think that the 2 characters per kart thing should have been a optional mode, not the only mode.

I think MK8 is the best, followed by 7 and 64.

It is because when you release physical games on Xbox One, there is a certain number of copies that needs to be made, making it a bit trickier for smaller releases. In the case of PS4 and Switch, that number is much lower.

This is also the reason why games like Shantae, Teslagrad and Axiom Verge didn't get physical releases on Xbone, while PS4 and Wii U did.

Are these in the Xbox and Playstation version aswell?

As much as I love Neo Geo and SNK fighters, this particular game has not aged well. I'll play for nostalgia only.

I love 2D fighting games, but from the videos I've seen of this it looks pretty terrible. It looks slow and the animations look sloppy, and the presentation is ugly. Maybe it looks better once the game is finished.

I think this might be a remaster of Bayonetta 1 for Xbone, PS4 and PC. Or maybe Bayonetta 2 for Switch? Or could this be Bayonetta 3?!? What about Bayonetta Kart Racing? Bayonetta Golf, anyone?

@neufel Nintendo doesn't have any Neo Geo games at all, so they can't do anything about that. SNK has most of the Neo Geo games, and they've licensed them to Hamster for these ACA-releases.

I hope they're bringing an arcade stick since Ultra Street Fighter II, a new Blazblue game and at least 5 Neo Geo games are coming to Switch. Hori makes my favourite arcade sticks

Edit: according to a supposedly leaked document, Hori will release their Real Arcade Pro stick for Switch, I hope it's true because those sticks are fantastic(k)!

I can't wait to see Fire Emblem Warriors, and I'm hoping for a complete edition of Fire Emblem Fates for Switch since I haven't bought any of the 3DS versions yet.
Or how about an HD double pack of Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn?

Already have this on Xbox One, but might buy it on the Switch also to support the localisation. Great game!

I'm not very excited for Gamecube on VC. I feel like almost every good Gamecube game has had a better version out on another system. Except maybe Mario Sunshine, Mario Golf and F-Zero GX, I'd love to see them as they are really good games and still Gamecube exclusive.

Otherwise, since thay all have gotten superior re-releases, what would be the point of releasing the Gamecube versions of games like:

Windwaker
Twilight Princess
Metroid Prime 1&2
Pikmin 1&2
REmake
Resident Evil Zero
Resident Evil 4
Ikaruga
Soul Calibur 2

I guess there are a couple more of Mario sports titles and Mario Parties they could release, but I'd much rather see the return of Mega Drive and Neo Geo on VC, or TG-16 with more than 3 games.
