Feel like PSP is what actually made MH what it is today, 3DS kept it alive and further build a fanbase in West though.

Might give it ago need to find a decent player to do it with though.

Ended up playing 2 of the testfires on my friends Switch.
Thoughts:

• 1000 plus hrs of muscle memory of X to jump is difficult to overwrite (lol)
• New maps were just okay not particularly interesting especially The Reef
• Gamepad feels better in comparison just for the fact accessing map was easier and quicker.
• Dualies are fun probably most fun weapon to use in testfire
• New specials are a fresh change from invincible specials
• Turf War is still something that becomes boring fast, would have been nice if they'd of had a SZ testfire or something.

You can just use a raft to reach the island if you lack stamina.

Going to try if it's also released in UK but man getting FE Fates limited edition was a test in patience.

Very excited to play through this.... In a month once I'm done with Uni work.

@Damo You're right, the bigger problem was that Wii U version wasn't actually FIFA 13 it was instead basically FIFA 12 with the current season roster.

@dumedum It's same game with basically added dlc, nothing wrong with that if it looks like enough to buy again.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE €150 ain't even that bad provided the stick is of decent quality.

They should just straight up remaster Melee for Switch.

They take money straight away and not on dispatch plus I've heard questionable things about them, personally I wouldn't order from them.

£200 seems the highest price it should be for the base version, honestly if it's more most people won't give it a chance.

These days version exclusive Pokemon basically don't matter with online being a thing.

I think the reason this game is so diverse is that its the kind of game that will have reviewers and gamers going in with vastly different expectations of what they will be expecting. Some will compare the co-op style of gameplay to others on 3DS (where in which it will look like a good game as competition is weak) others will compare to different platforms PC, PS4, Xbone etc (where it will look most likely not that great just average) then there is the case of it sharing the Metroid name which for the most part carries high expectations of a sense of great exploration and feelings of being a lone experiencing a great journey which this game just isn't about. I feel the game would have been better off an original title just due to the fact people would have gone in more open minded myself included.

God that trumpet (or whatever) was truly awful.

If reviews are good it will move up to my maybe list but otherwise just too many games out to be buying lemons even if it has Metroid in the title.

I'm in no rush to buy NX honestly, really after the Wii U I see no benefit as a consumer buying something like this on say launch night.

@andregurov Although I agree with you to an extent discord has kind of filled the VC whole and the community mainly uses that.

Honestly this is like a bad version of Rocket League, I gave it a fair shot but its just so dull and not that fun. Nintendo should just get Rocket League on Wii U or something.
