Shipping too expensive for my taste to consider any of the DS games up for sale.

Release a New 3DS XL model and I'll upgrade my Blue XY 3DS XL Nintendo.

Wii games are so cheap and easy to find most of the time that everything put up so far just hasn't appealed to me honestly wish we'd had GCN downloads instead as a lot of the gems are more expensive and harder to find.

Just release Smash 64 already Nintendo.

@rsanchez1 Melee isn't considered the best because of the GCN controller, to think so is pure ignorance.

Some of these stages are just so bad.

When I was at uni playing XCX on my monitor I didn't have a problem but at home on my 50 inch tv it is a constant annoyance.

Whoever pays $200 for this is insane.

@TeeJay Hmm I think it has more to do with the type of game and if you've played Minecraft before you'd know how much it would benefit from a gamepad inventory and crafting system compared to say a game like Bayonetta.

Guessing it's a quick port of the last gen 360 version then, disappointing.

Too pricey compared to most other versions even with the few packs bundled with it but nice to see Nintendo finally get a version of Minecraft. I might pick this up when on sale.

@rjejr I'd agree with you if MS actually had any hand in creating Minecraft, but they didn't and it is an indie game at heart.

If he mainly handles the indie area could be Minecraft announcement, Rocket League would be cool also.

I pretty much stopped playing MK7 when MK8 came out, game wasn't bad but I felt it had one of the weakest track selection in the series.

Basically they'll never release the pal version they promised, kind of a letdown but oh well.

Not reading the review as I just want to experience the game with very little knowledge or opinions in my mind but nice to see it get a 9.

They're fairly shallow and boring tbh.

If only this was a strikers game, the tagline would of actually meant the game was good.

Had mine since launch night and although there have been ups and downs along the way I feel like the Wii U has a respectable library of games now, not my favourite home console but one I've enjoyed a lot.

Well no it is not the main objective to cover turf in anything but TW and snipers who are capable can change the whole course of a ranked match with a few well placed shots.

@kensredemption So because I don't value the fact amiibo mostly unlock things like costumes or weapon skins (splatoon) I'm whiny? It won't do anything significant between the games just wait and see.

@WaveGhoul I mentioned this in the TPHD thread but I played through the game this summer on my CRT so what it looked like is fresh in my mind and this just isn't that impressive of an improvement, I mean go look at videos of the recent HD remake by fans it blows this away.

@SanderEvers You can already play the game with off TV on Wii U and let's not pretend the amiibo will do anything amazing. On to something like Dolphin its a grey area yes but it shows how lazy of a HD edition this is and then there are fan projects that put this even more to shame.

Fans doing this kind of thing as a hobby have done a better job then this so I can't say I'm impressed or satisfied. At the end of day this is them trying to get something out fast and if it isn't a budget release probably won't even consider it.

I guarantee people will just nick the more expensive cards if they don't package these properly, I'm not really interested enough to spend money on this might get the Luigi one if I need some credit instead of using my card.

Was hoping that there'd be a review of the Wii version as that seems the main selling point.

Point sensor with kraken just seems like a weird combination to me but I'll give it a fair shot as I'm still experimenting with weapons that control lanes welll on certain maps.

@DreamyViridi Has half a line better range but loses to ttk regardless in neutral as it is nowhere near as mobile and responsive.

@Porky I'd say it is not as mobile or responsive which is why it just feels redundant.

@Blue_Blur I don't get the point of mini splatting when ttk and Octo shot exist.

Game looks stunning and definitely a purchase in the future.

Checkpoints should help decrease the amount of people who give up after one death which is nice.

Not worth £18 when physical copies are half that.

Several of us were complaining about the lack of online clarification in the forums nice to see they're starting to actually specify stuff.

@ThomasBW84 I understand that they want to tackle the potential lag but I don't think it has a significant difference to just having worldwide and regional lobby options, I mean I get way less lag playing with east coast US people then AU people and actually have a lot of US friends that would have played with me. Even though I'm sure it is, is local co-op region locked as well?

Region locked online killed most of my interest, I can play with social people at my Uni but long-term I just feel like it will be like Mario Tennis Open which became a ghost town.

@Neil12 You seem like a very mature person who fully understands the drawbacks of every weapon type.

@bezerker99 Correct for NA that is but EU got a small batch of physical copies in the form of a LE.

Wasn't getting the game as it was too pricey given my interest.
