Have to say I would like a Wii U port but can't see it happening, Monster Hunter on a large TV with a pro controller is so enjoyable.

Its got my attention trailer didn't show enough for me to form a proper opinion yet but I'll try it regardless because it is free.

I just get the vibe this game would get boring fast as its only designing houses right? So where is the depth.

I never understood how people got it into their heads SMG would get the HD treatment just because SMG2 was put on the eshop first.

And now all the people upset can be happy again plus Armature Studios are great so the port will be to a high standard.

@Shiryu Probably for the best Legacy was quite bad.

Oh man this is looking awesome, loving the new combat options and monsters (especially the elephant one) really hope this doesn't take too long to make it to the west but fear we'll have to wait for the G equivalent version.

I'm expecting them announcing the Wii U version being cancelled in around a month.

@Kaze_Memaryu How is Digital Foundry unreliable, they are leagues above some random show floor representative and Siliconera who don't have employees dedicated to technical analysis, you are not putting up a strong counter at this point.

@Kaze_Memaryu Please link the trustworthy sources who have said it runs at 1080p, the mere fact Digital Foundry have confirmed it is 720p native here should make this discussion irrelevant coupled with the fact I've played it in person (quite funny that you are bragging about its res when you've only played it in SD). Honestly the Wii U hardly has any native 1080p games if you bothered to do any research so I have no idea why you are so reluctant to just accept that Bayonetta 2 runs at 720p given that follows the general trend.

@Project_Dolphin You clearly no nothing about this game, easily the finest racing sim in the last decade.

@Kaze_Memaryu It is 720p I've played through it twice on a 60inch TV and it really easy to see.

@Kaze_Memaryu Digital Foundry confirmed it plus it is not hard to spot on a 32 plus inch TV.

Given their vision this game was always going to struggle running on Wii U, honestly they should of cut the visuals for a fps closer to 60.

@Kaze_Memaryu Bayonetta 2 is 720p native.

If I didn't have a huge backlogg I'd probably buy it now but will wait as I'd rather not senselessly spend more than I have to, sounds like it will be a blast though can already see local multi being a hit.

10,000 stars thinking either Luigi diorama, MK8 soundtrack, Goodbye coin or game card case. Really not sure will wait for values.

Seems really lacklustre, oh well it wasn't even a World Championships to begin with now it hardly seems national.

Basically it boiled down to this won't even remotely challenge Minecraft on other platforms so hope Wii U owners don't own a phone or PC.

@JaxonH He is not the best Smash player in the world, best at Smash 4 and probably Brawl (but that's debatable) I'd say m2k is the best overall smasher looking at results.

@Nintendo6400 Zero is by far the best Sm4sh player at the moment period, he could win with most of the top tier characters against any player if he wanted to.

@tsukipon If he is younger than 11 (probably is) then you are right but there is still VC, Smash and MK representation so he should know better.

That kid had one job to tell them to make F-Zero and he still failed.

@TheRegginator He is actually well known among UK smash players, its isn't NL's fault you are ignorant of the UK scene.

Fingers crossed new F-Zero made by Sega.

Will get on Steam or PS4 (depends if I have one then) also looks really promising.

I still confused why UK didn't get the triple amiibo pack and we can only get the squid in the special edition.

@Megumi Already too many risky combinations with this game, I feel white ink would tip the scales.

I feel they should of had 2-3 hour sessions, an hour is just too short especially if there is a possibility of problems.

They look super ugly to me.

Smash 4 3DS definitely effected the Wii U version potential sales.

Well my old 3DS might have a new use.

@TeeJay Well OK then but you would make more of a difference not clicking on the article therefore giving it less traffic then posting sarcastic comments that most will just ignore.

@TeeJay How can you even get annoyed by it just don't click on the article and scroll past it, honestly confused why this is a problem given how harmless the article is.

@TeeJay No one makes you click on the article so does it really matter? Very easy to just skip articles that don't appeal.

@Nintendude789 How is it dumb you'd be surprised how effective a particular choice expression can be in marketing combined with the right writing especially for the young and impressionable.

Almost an extra quid saving is nice, will wait and read reviews before I pounce though.

Yay lets make the game even more boring and have probably the most formulaic and uninteresting Luigi played all the time instead, honestly this patch was so disappointing other than the game saving my tag now at least Falcon didn't get nurfed he is pretty much the only fun thing to play and watch.

@DreamyViridi Other than actually having actual kill potential (and not having to wait an age to kill) he was far from cheap.

@mariovslink62 Except IGN gave the Xenoblade Chronicles 9/10 and that game looked poor for the time graphically.

Lighting is different yes but I'd say the one example of the floor where it looks blurrier isn't enough proof as a later shot the ground looks the same, objects not being there though has nothing to do with downgrades.

Interested but not sold on the playing to watching music videos playout approach.

They are very pricey.

Been enjoying MH4U a great deal, possibly my favourite entry just wish it had been on Wii U.
