As my first console was the Atari 2600, I remember when the NES came out...it was incredible! I got my parents to finally get one, and I loved everything about it...it was a major step up in graphics and had so much support from other companies, the games were pouring out. Next generation, I fell in love with Sonic for it's speed and graphics, purchasing the Genesis (my cousin had the Super NES, so we were able to flip back and forth). I loved the genesis better, but the sound on the Super was excellent. Next consoles, I got the Nintendo 64 after falling in love with Mario Golf...however, I ended up loving the Dreamcast more (granted it became very short lived). Wasn't a fan of Playstation at the time. Next...definitely went with Gamecube and still my favorite of that generation. Got a Playstation 2 and started to love some of their games, but still went with gamecube. Then, the next ones...sorry to say, I bought the Wii first, but it got old rather quickly, so on came the Playstation 3. Sorry, fell in love with the PS3 more...same went with the current, PS4 all the way with the Switch in second place. Also had the various X-boxes and the Wii U and handhelds too.
I really hope nintendo doesn't let the Switch's success go to their heads and just release a new one thinking that everyone will flock to it (like their strategy on the Wii U). Hopefully, they pack the power into it, giving everyone a chance to play everything, and FINALLY PUT THEMES ON IT!!!! Other than that, every company had their bad moments. Sony messed up with the Vita, Playstation TV and the PS3's launch (until they lowered the cost). Microsoft messed up completely with the XBONE, Atari had plenty, Sega had plenty of mistakes and nintendo has had theirs. For right now, I'd say it's Nintendo and Sony going head to head for domination, with nintendo winning due to other items (toys, etc). I love both companies, but anymore, it seems I wait on both. Both have excellent IP's, but nintendo can hopefully start making new IP's and start bringing back many of their classics from the NES era. I was always awaiting an updated Duck Hunt game for the Wii (would have been a perfect console for it) and for some reason, always awaiting an updated Ice Climber. Here's to seeing what nintendo has in store for the next console, and I'm sure it's being manufactured and kept hidden...Switch is going to look outdated when the PS5 and Series Next comes out, and they're going to have to up their game plan. The Wii U proved that they cannot just release a console with just their own IP's.
Re-release all of the classic sonic games, including Genesis, Gamegear and even Sonic Shuffle from Dreamcast! Another fun one, that would work with the Switch's touchpad, would be to bring back the Genesis title Wacky Worlds (the game that used the weird mouse to draw). Would also be nice to get the Wii titles back for Switch. Can't wait to see what they have planned though, because for some reason, even some of the bad ones, I've loved all of them, including all of the glitches that were in the original Sonic Adventure 2 game on Dreamcast, and the really bad Sonic The Hedgehog on the PS3 and 360. Can't wait to see, don't know why they just don't do something of a direct showing.
In other words...give it time...if Xbox Series X does as bad as the XBONE did, the game will eventually make it to PS5 and Nintendo in a few years, just like Ori and Lucky did.
Honestly, I still see the game arriving for PS5 eventually and possibly nintendo (possibly not Switch, but nintendo's next console, which I'm sure nintendo is working on). All in all, it will definitely come to the console that does better in sales (PS5 versus Series X).
This upcoming year will be a fun one. With Sony and Microsoft releasing new consoles, what will be in store for nintendo? Also, remember that the Wonderful 101 was to be a Wii U only game, and look what happened...same went with Zombi U. This kind of thing seemed to happen with every console throughout, so in other words, give it time. Companies are going to want as much money as they can get, so they're definitely going to want it released to more people and users.
The WiiU version of Super Mario 3D World...minus the stickers to collect, a 'Deluxe' sign after the name, and the price jacked back up to $60 with nothing else added!!!!!
@TheFox I agree with you. I own the game and my kids enjoy it every now and then and I love anything Garfield. My disappointment was the lack of a story, but also, the character voices were horrible! But, I still do enjoy it from time to time...as I would mention for myself...Mario Kart does get boring after a while, so it's nice to have another back up kart racing game with different courses and characters...there's just others that are better.
Jimmie Johnson Anything With An Engine should have made the list too. Other than that, the shrek and mickey mouse ones were horrible, but I honestly did enjoy the Madagascar Kartz and for some reason a few of the others, even though they weren't as great as what they should be. Yes, Mario Kart is awesome, but I got to admit that the Sonic ones and the Crash Bandicoot ones are pretty good too, and I'm still loving Mod Nation Racers and Little Big Planet Karts on the PS3. One that I also got a few kicks out of was the racing in the Viva PiƱata Party Animals title...kind of wish that Rare would have turned that section of the game into it's own racing one.
I do remember (and still had the receipt left in the game case) that I paid $70 for Mortal Kombat 2 on the genesis. Other than that, I never really pay $60 for a game unless I know I'm going to play it...a price increase could potentially hurt it from being a hit, but in all honesty, games do go down after a while, so it's no big deal if you don't buy right away. Back when I was a kid (yup, I'm old) when an Atari console was out (not sure if it was the Jaguar or another), their games were $100 and the console was $500...and that was back in the day, so imagine what that would be now.
Anyways, I will not be paying that cost for games, and I know if Sony and Microsoft get away with it, nintendo will be the next one to try it too on their next console. They did it on Wii U by raising them to $60, after the Wii's library was really always $50. To me, it's just companies trying to make back money after this virus issue.
I have the game on PS4 and for some reason, never got into it...guess I'll give it another try again, backlog of games got too much. Another game I'll get for the Switch library...now, as I await to get a Switch console back (divorces are so great) so that my kids have one again, I'll just continue letting them look at all the games we have for it. At least I got the other consoles back for them!
Welcome to 2020. Lots of movies are getting pushed to 2021 or releasing as digital. And with hollywood not really filming too much, 2021 isn't going to be that great for it either. There will be less movies next year to theaters and who knows what else will be in store. 2020 is horrible so far, 2021...will it be better? Who knows.
Back to the topic, I never even knew there was a Monster Hunter movie coming out...but, no real worry. Who knows if it would have been good or not...not many video game movies I've enjoyed at least...although I did like the Mario movie for the entertainment (not a great movie though), and I loved the first Silent Hill (not the second) and the original Mortal Kombat (for christopher lambert only). Other than that, got bored with Warcraft, Ratchet and Clank was kind of boring, Assassin's Creed I haven't seen (and for some reason, it keeps looking cheesy, which is why I haven't), Need For Speed was not that great, hated the Resident Evil's (barely any blood and gore???) and House Of The Dead...horrible. Detective Pikachu I thought was dumb and the Sonic film was like any other live-action animated film that came across, was nice to see Jim Carrey back to his roots though. Now, after I said all that, watch the hate and replies come along!!!! Once again, my opinion!!!!!
First of all...good looking games coming. Next...I love their logo...copy off of the Gamecube's logo!!!! When I first saw the page, I got excited thinking the Gamecube games were coming! Can't wait to see what else is coming to the switch, and definitely for what nintendo has up their sleeves with the fact that Sony and Microsoft have new consoles coming out (also excited for both of them!!!!)
Granted it probably wouldn't happen, but wouldn't this be a good time for Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft to step in. The Lego games would be good for nintendo, batman would be good for sony and Microsoft could possibly do good with others too.
One of my personal favorites is Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins, as I remember playing it to death as a kid on the Gameboy. I'd love to see it redone in full color, granted it was a very short and very easy title. Other than that, I'd re-play Super Mario Sunshine (Without the bad voice acting) and Super Mario Galaxy again. I'd also love to replay Super Mario 3D World from the Wii U again, since I got rid of the Wii U and that one and Yoshi's Woolly World were the only 2 I played on it.
I'd love to see Super Mario 3D World and Yoshi's Wooly World arrive. I'd also love for Pikmin 3 to come, but as far as the Pikmin series...a trilogy collection instead followed by the announcement of part 4. As for the Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival...leave that game to die!
It shows. I love the resident evil games! However, you can definitely tell that they sell, as it seems every console generation, we get re-releases of the same ones over and over again...not complaining! The only one I really didn't enjoy is Operation Raccoon City on the PS3. The one I never played, is Survivor on the PSOne...but I heard that was pretty bad. Still remember getting excited for the ones that came out on Gamecube!
Could be worse...disney could take over on it and turn everything into a singing machine and 'cutesy' animation. No matter what, I'm thinking that studios should have done something, like, bringing a cartoon series back first. Super Mario Bros Super Show did pretty good and nintendo seemed to have plenty of cartoons in the past (Kirby, Donkey Kong, Captain N, Mario Bros 3, Mario World). Sometimes I think that would be a better test, before making a feature film that could possibly flop.
I'd love to see many of the old platform adventure games get a sequel, or at least a remaster...Vexx, I Ninja, The Tak games and more. Honestly, though, I never knew they made a Ty 4. What I'd really love to see, is a new Earthworm Jim title...especially after the horrible part 3. I honestly don't think the game would do good though.
There will come a drought on the Switch eventually. This seems to happen with any console during it's last year before the next one comes out. Hopefully, nintendo has something up their sleeves to keep this from happening, and I'm sure nintendo is watching closely at the next consoles coming out...I'm sure nintendo already has their next console lined up. Anyways, the droughts happened in almost every console during the last year before the next ones come out. But, who really wants a full-priced game release on another console, when it's chopped down and cheaper on the others? I agree with what some people said, the Switch will come time for nintendo exclusives, indies and shovel ware...we know it'll happen. Eventually, the next console will come out...I'm just hoping that nintendo makes the next one come at least close to the others, just so all the games come to it.
All in all, exclusives are what is going to sell a console. Nintendo has fantastic IP's, Sony has fantastic IP's and Microsoft (whenever they continue them and not including the lack of first-party exclusives this generation) also has some good IP's. That is what sells the systems, not the graphics or what else it can do. I buy the consoles for the exclusives, not for everything else, and I've always stuck with Nintendo and Sony for that reason. Microsoft was actually always my secondary console.
It's going to be like this for any console at the moment. I honestly don't care. I have the PS4 and XBONE, and my kids play that like crazy (as well as having the older consoles which I found myself putting back out for boredom sakes). May have lost the original switch during the divorce and was hoping to get one back for my kids this Easter (may not happen now) but oh well. Somehow I still have the games of theirs, just not the console. Divorce is fun.
It's not just Gamestop that's trying to stay open...there's enough businesses that are trying it just like the people trying to make extra money on Amazon and Ebay by selling supplies that people need at expensive prices. When the virus outbreak ends, watch hollywood try to make movies and companies try to make t-shirts and merchandise to try and get more money. It's a way of life where greed comes before anything else. There's another gaming store around me that's refusing to close too, and that one just carries games. I'm still working at my job and I'm a maintenance person for a school district that's been closed. It stinks, but collecting a paycheck rather than waiting, is better than not having anything, and I don't want to be bored at my house all day, so it works out. Other than all of that, once the sales start to drop at Gamestop, they'll end up closing for a while.
It would have been great if the partnership with Nintendo and Sony continued high. No one would really be able to compete with them, especially with all the great IP's that both companies have...Mario game one minute and then pop in Uncharted. Both companies would have made a load of money! It would be funny to see how the gaming market would have ended up, especially with Sega and Microsoft in it too (and of course Atari who was still somewhat around making consoles). There also would have been one powerful Handheld too! Unfortunately, it didn't happen and Nintendo and Sony sit on separate thrones. Maybe one day the merger will happen again and differences would be set aside, but until that time comes...we have the constant battle. The end of this year will be the interesting one with the PS5 coming out...will Sony have another big winner like it did with the PS4, or will they have a starting struggle like they did with the PS3? Will nintendo quickly set out to release a newer console...since close to that time the Switch will be turning 4? Will there be a drought in game releases for the Switch after that? Time will tell!
It'll be nice to see what nintendo has up their sleeves for this year. Looking forward to some good game announcements from them. Microsoft, who knows what they'll talk about, possibly their next console techs and that they bought more companies and games will finally start coming...honestly looking forward to the next Ori game. As for Sony, they're waiting for something else...and I can't wait for their next console and they've already showed off their two games coming up. Sony seems to be doing the nintendo approach right now, which is fine, because I like how Nintendo and Sony both do that. Can't wait to see some good upcoming games from all though!
3 years old, but with the PS5 and next X-box coming out, it's going to see a drought possibly in games. Breath Of The Wild 2 probably won't be released on Switch...if it is, they'll probably do it like the previous, Switch and their next one, and I'm sure nintendo is working on their next console (hopefully just as powerful as the other consoles so all games can come out). As for their online, not really worth it to me...I'd rather have the virtual arcade to purchase and be able to keep the NES and Super NES titles instead of only having them for a month...just me though. As for the Switch, yeah, it's 3 years old and a good beginning for what nintendo can possibly do with their next console...this is definitely good for nintendo after the Wii U failure, glad their back in the console war! As I'm a Nintendo and Sony fan (basically I get all 3 consoles), it'll be nice to see what they have in store for their next console (hey, we all know it's coming). Just hope that the drought doesn't start next year...there's still some current gen titles that could make it over, but I'm just not sure about the next gen greats coming over to it, at least when they start coming out.
Technically, this is why I don't shop online...I'd rather do it in stores to where you know what you get and hey, you get it right away. Unfortunately, this is going to happen more and more, as physical stores are disappearing and more online shopping is coming up...not good for people like myself who hate shopping online. Eventually, this kind of thing will spread more and more, as people are constantly out to rip people off, but it's the companies that end up hurting in the end, because those people will give the bad reviews to those companies instead of the actual person that they bought it off of.
It'll continue to do good. The only time it may dip a little is during the launch of the PS5 and Microsoft's next one. After those two releases, then it would be good to show the Switch's sales, as they'll dwindle a little...basically though, as what consumers want anymore, once the next gen comes out, the Switch will become low in specs and many of those AA games will become harder to also put on Switch, meaning it will be time for Nintendo to up the game again...it's all happened for every console company throughout the decades, and it's not going to slow down. When the sales start going down for the Switch, you bet that nintendo is going to come out with another system to get what they are here to do (just like everyone else)...take our Money!!!
I've actually found all four for clearance for just $5 each at my local Target...picked them up, but still have yet to put them all together, granted a few have been. Other than that, they take up too much space and I have no idea where to put them after, and the games just don't have a long-lasting appeal. What nintendo needs to do, to sell them more, is add more games that are exclusive to just them, right now, it's just one game (with a bunch of little mini games) added to each set.
Great for some new IP's, but it's still nice to keep in touch with the old IP's too. Mario Golf hasn't seen a console addition since the Gamecube, they could also try to bring back some of their older forgotten franchises in different experiences...Wrecking Crew, Duck Hunt, Startropics (I believe it's another company, but nintendo could definitely buy it and make a new version or remasters of the older two) and even try to bring back the original Gamecube's Chibi Robo...or Custom Robo, Eternal Darkness, F-zero, Wave Race and 1080. Another nice thing would be the addition of real sports titles possibly too, but please, no more of the accessories that we end up collecting just to play one game using them.
Got this game bundled with the N64 back in the days. It was an okay game in my opinion, the camera moving back and forth constantly kind of game me a headache, and I didn't enjoy getting a new character in the game, and having to re-do everything. The only other thing I didn't care for was the fact that you could barely hear any of the voices due to the music standing out louder. Other than that, it was beautiful graphics and there was a great adventure game stuck in there, it just wasn't even close to one of my favorites. Loved the N64 back in the day, but hated the controller.
Even though I own the Labo VR, I'd still rather have something like Rift or Playstation VR instead. Holding it the whole time is a pain, and I could really see some of nintendo's IP's being released in full virtual reality. Would love to play Pikmin, Pokemon, Link's Crossbow Training or even Wii Sports in full VR! Nintendo seems to be missing out on this, but I really honestly hope that their next console, they think about it!
I'd love for Wii U's Super Mario 3D World and Yoshi's Woolly World to come back out for Switch, but I'd also love to see some great DS titles to arrive too...how about Dementium and Advance Wars? Other than that, I hope other companies continue to remake some of the great classics that are lost. Maybe nintendo can even re-release Super Princess Peach.
@MS7000 I was living in Florida, and it came through as the 'dumb news lawsuits'. Yup, it happened. I'm guessing the lady lost the case, but it was ridiculous! Went right up there with the mcdonalds coffee case!
This is pathetic. It was bad enough with the Wii Fit game making kids lose weight and parents were trying to sue nintendo for it, but this is just bad parenting. I monitor my kids game times, they know when the time is up...it's up! This is the parents faults, not the games fault. It's like putting them in front of the TV for the whole day when they could be outside instead!
This is one of the games that I fell in love with on the XBONE. Reminded me of Flower from the PS3 meets a great adventure story added. It's a fantastic game that is worth the price, and the music alone is fantastic! Can't wait to also get this on Switch, but I honestly hope for a physical release too, would be nice to have the wonderful artwork that went along with it!
Even though the Switch is not a 'new' console anymore, the Lite version is, so it's safe to say that, yeah, some people will have problems with them. The N64's controller was the same way with certain people complaining about the analog stick on Mario Party, but, it was just a few people. I'm sure Sony and even Microsoft and Sega had their problems with consoles too, even newer models of them, so it's just something that nintendo will fix with patches later on, and it states in the article that nintendo is aware of the problems. I'm sure they'll fix it. Wasn't there also a problem with the Switch during release of the screen bending a little from heat?
@isellpixels Nintendo ITCH!!!!! Sorry, just had to get that out! Understand the whole replacing the 3DS, which is a shame, and I honestly get the whole 'use it as a portable'...just takes it away of what it is!
@Xansies It does, plus I like the colors, and I feel that this is good for kids (like mine who would want it to play on the go) and for others that want a handheld, but still though, I honestly hope nintendo doesn't discontinue the original models and just go for these like they kind of did for the 3DS...hard to find the original 3DS and not see the 2DS only.
Isn't the Switch Lite going against what the console was originally made for and why it's called 'SWITCH'?. Honestly, it's nice for people that are always on the go, but it does take the name away from what nintendo originally wanted to do with it, and I'm sure with this out, it'll become hard to find the original that can be played on the TV.
Back to the topic, this seems to happen a lot with store chains anymore. There's been many articles of games getting leaked out early, games arriving before street dates and now...a console before street dates! It happens!
@ICISAZEL What does any of that have to do with what I mentioned? Seems to be that you just wanted to offend someone and pick a fight, come on, it's COMMENTS. If you don't like my comment, don't reply with hate that has nothing to do with it, please.
When I first heard about this Mario Kart title, I thought it was a new one coming to Switch, then I was left down. Seriously though, there should be a new one on Switch, since Nintendo releases a new one on each console (and the one that we have now is the Wii U version basically). Would be nice to get a remaster of the Diddy Kong Racing title, other than that, not doing the mobile games...sorry, nintendo.
Nintendo seems to be great at this! They announced that they're working on another Zelda title too...we'll see that in 2022 probably. I'm glad they take their time to make the games great upon release, but it still shouldn't take as long as it usually does to make them. Hopefully, and it would be nice, they release something in the form of Animal Crossing license, as a download title...something, to keep the fans busy until then, since the game will probably be delayed a little next year too.
Sega should have a good showing, since they've been secretly working on new Sonic games and since they hinted at something in the Monkey ball series. Honestly, still waiting for them to bring Alien Isolation over to the switch too, was a great Alien title on the PS4, here's to hoping for it on Switch!!! As for Mario and Sonic, hopefully it turns out good!
Guess my wishlist is becoming a thing! Loved the 3 on Gamecube (even the adventure), owned all 3, owned the one on DS, 3DS and Vita, and even have the one on PS2 (granted it was just the second re-made). They were all a lot of fun, but part 2 on Gamecube was definitely the best. Been waiting for a while, but looks like a new one will be made. Honestly, I hope it not only releases on Switch, but also PS4. Would really love to have on on the Playstation VR, but not sure on how great it would actually be...could be the vomit-inducing game on that!!!!
The game's great, own it on PS4 (played lots of hours on it) and own it on XBONE (basically because the systems are in two different parts of the house). Would pick it up on Switch (once the price drops down), but I hope they use the 2-cartridge scheme for it, so it can run everything and not be 'chopped down' like many people on here are stating, not that I really care about that stuff, just thinking that it would be the best thing since the game is pretty big in size. As for what other comments are on here, I honestly never played the first 2 in the series either, so that would also be a nice addition if they were released too, but other than that, depending on how old they actually are, I doubt I'd care.
Kind of chuckled at the last part of the article about X-box having less, but as an owner of all three consoles, this is music to my ears...now if I just had time to play them and play catch up on the titles that I still have yet to own, it would be great! Still a lot to play and own on the PS4 (massive amount) and the Switch is growing too! Only thing that I'm really looking forward to on the XBONE is Ori 2, other than that, own most of the other exclusives for that. Can't wait to see what Sony and Nintendo announce though!!! Maybe a date for Animal Crossing on Switch, a new Kirby or possibly a new Pikmin!!!!
Not giving up hope on this one, but something of a 'remaster' of some of the older titles could happen. Other than that, I still love how many people on this site were picking on all COD fans and saying how they 'didn't care' about the game coming, and now it's a different story!
Anyways, they definitely need some of the first-player shooters for their console to get even more attention to it. I'm not a fan of this genre, but it apparently helps sales with the other consoles. Maybe Modern Warfare will get the remaster like it did on the others, but even that took up 64GB of space to download on the PS4, so it'll be something different to see if, and if it actually happens for even a new title in the franchise, this could be the first game for Switch that would have a possible 2x cartridges in the case.
Many game sequels become better. Look at Smash Bros for N64 compared to now, or even the Mario Kart series or Animal Crossing series. Heck, the original Kirby, you couldn't get enemy abilities, or even Sonic couldn't really do much in the original that he can now. Plus, it seemed like many Wii U titles were thrown out rather quickly to give it some life (the store shelves were basically dull and lacking games for it and there wasn't a whole heck of a lot coming out for it besides downloads, which the consumer wouldn't really see). I'm glad it's going to be a bigger game, as I was not really that happy with the one for Wii U...didn't seem like it was worth the $60 price tag, seemed to be a $40 or less title. Can't wait to get this title, and here's to hoping that many more of their IP's join with later games...Zelda Maker, Kirby Maker, Pikmin Maker...the list could go on!!!!

Re: Feature: 1995's Nintendo Was Arrogant And Ahead Of Its Time All At Once
As my first console was the Atari 2600, I remember when the NES came out...it was incredible! I got my parents to finally get one, and I loved everything about it...it was a major step up in graphics and had so much support from other companies, the games were pouring out.
Re: Sega Still Working Out How To Share Sonic SXSW 2020 Announcements
Re: Image & Form's New Game Is "Permanently Exclusive" To Xbox And Windows
Re: September Issue Of Nintendo Dream To Reveal Switch Game "Everyone Will Enjoy"
The WiiU version of Super Mario 3D World...minus the stickers to collect, a 'Deluxe' sign after the name, and the price jacked back up to $60 with nothing else added!!!!!
ORRRR....
Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival 2!!!!!
Re: Rumour: Is The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Taking To The Skies On Nintendo Switch?
So the article above states that the game was scheduled for 2030 on switch?????
Wow, it's 2020, so another 10 years from now!!!!! So it'll come out on the Switch 3??????
Re: Japanese Charts: Paper Mario Loses Out To Ghost Of Tsushima On Debut
This is why I love Sony and Nintendo. Both of the companies IP's sell incredibly well and both always have the best consoles for the best games!!!!
Re: Feature: The 9 Strangest Choices For Licensed Karting Games
@TheFox I agree with you. I own the game and my kids enjoy it every now and then and I love anything Garfield. My disappointment was the lack of a story, but also, the character voices were horrible! But, I still do enjoy it from time to time...as I would mention for myself...Mario Kart does get boring after a while, so it's nice to have another back up kart racing game with different courses and characters...there's just others that are better.
Re: Feature: The 9 Strangest Choices For Licensed Karting Games
Re: Talking Point: Are You Prepared To Spend $70 On The Latest Games?
Re: Human: Fall Flat Is Getting Another Special Physical Release This September
I have the game on PS4 and for some reason, never got into it...guess I'll give it another try again, backlog of games got too much. Another game I'll get for the Switch library...now, as I await to get a Switch console back (divorces are so great) so that my kids have one again, I'll just continue letting them look at all the games we have for it. At least I got the other consoles back for them!
Re: Sony Has Reportedly Delayed The Monster Hunter Movie Until 2021
Re: Guide: Guerrilla Collective 2020 - Every Nintendo Switch Game Revealed
First of all...good looking games coming. Next...I love their logo...copy off of the Gamecube's logo!!!! When I first saw the page, I got excited thinking the Gamecube games were coming! Can't wait to see what else is coming to the switch, and definitely for what nintendo has up their sleeves with the fact that Sony and Microsoft have new consoles coming out (also excited for both of them!!!!)
Re: Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment Is Reportedly Up For Sale
Granted it probably wouldn't happen, but wouldn't this be a good time for Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft to step in. The Lego games would be good for nintendo, batman would be good for sony and Microsoft could possibly do good with others too.
Re: Poll: Which Remastered Mario Games Would You Pick For A 'Super Mario All-Stars 2'?
One of my personal favorites is Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins, as I remember playing it to death as a kid on the Gameboy. I'd love to see it redone in full color, granted it was a very short and very easy title. Other than that, I'd re-play Super Mario Sunshine (Without the bad voice acting) and Super Mario Galaxy again. I'd also love to replay Super Mario 3D World from the Wii U again, since I got rid of the Wii U and that one and Yoshi's Woolly World were the only 2 I played on it.
Re: Feature: Potential Switch Port Round-Up - The Wii U Games That Haven't Come To Switch
Re: Capcom's Resident Evil Series Has Doubled The Lifetime Sales Of The Company's Former Champion
Re: Illumination's Mario Movie Still Making Good Progress, Despite Current Lockdowns
Re: Ty The Tasmanian Tiger 5 Could Happen, But Would Require "A Much Bigger Budget"
@Bermanator Thanks, I honestly never knew...thought the series ended after part 3! Do you happen to know if it was any good?
Re: Ty The Tasmanian Tiger 5 Could Happen, But Would Require "A Much Bigger Budget"
Re: Port Specialist Virtuos Ready To Help Bring Next-Gen PlayStation And Xbox Titles To Nintendo Switch
Re: Buying A Nintendo Switch Is Proving To Be Difficult In The US Right Now
It's going to be like this for any console at the moment.
Re: GameStop To Stay Open During COVID-19 Outbreak Because It Is 'Essential Retail'
Re: The Mystery Bidder Who Won The Nintendo PlayStation Has Been Revealed
Re: Nintendo, Microsoft And Multiple Third-Party Publishers Commit To This Year's Gamescom
Re: Talking Point: Nintendo Switch Turns 3: Challenges Await, But What A Ride So Far
Re: People Order Switch Consoles From Amazon, Get Hilariously Random Items Instead
Re: Switch Could Enjoy An Extended Lifespan And Even Outsell The Nintendo Wii, Claim Analysts
Re: Deals: Nintendo Labo Kits Plunge To Just £15 In Ridiculous Black Friday Savings (UK)
Re: Miyamoto Would Rather Focus On New Nintendo Experiences Than Old Ones
Re: Feature: Donkey Kong 64 Devs On Bugs, Boxing And 20 Years Of The DK Rap
Got this game bundled with the N64 back in the days. It was an okay game in my opinion, the camera moving back and forth constantly kind of game me a headache, and I didn't enjoy getting a new character in the game, and having to re-do everything. The only other thing I didn't care for was the fact that you could barely hear any of the voices due to the music standing out louder. Other than that, it was beautiful graphics and there was a great adventure game stuck in there, it just wasn't even close to one of my favorites. Loved the N64 back in the day, but hated the controller.
Re: Another Free Labo VR Mini-Game Has Been Released
Even though I own the Labo VR, I'd still rather have something like Rift or Playstation VR instead. Holding it the whole time is a pain, and I could really see some of nintendo's IP's being released in full virtual reality. Would love to play Pikmin, Pokemon, Link's Crossbow Training or even Wii Sports in full VR! Nintendo seems to be missing out on this, but I really honestly hope that their next console, they think about it!
Re: Nintendo Wants To Focus On New "Experiences" For Switch, But Is Open To More Remakes
Re: Random: Oh Dear, US Quiz Show Jeopardy! Just Fell For A Fake Tetris Trivia Prank
Same episode that Alex messed up the ghosts names from Pac-man too!
Re: Fortnite "Ruined Our Child's Life", Claims Family At The Centre Of New Class-Action Lawsuit
@MS7000 I was living in Florida, and it came through as the 'dumb news lawsuits'. Yup, it happened. I'm guessing the lady lost the case, but it was ridiculous! Went right up there with the mcdonalds coffee case!
Re: Fortnite "Ruined Our Child's Life", Claims Family At The Centre Of New Class-Action Lawsuit
Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl #11 - Final Fight
Is it just me, or does the one guy look like Freddie Mercury of Queen fame? Anyways, the Japan one looks the best in my opinion.
Re: Review: Ori And The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition - An Unmissable Experience
Re: Switch Lite Added To Joy-Con Drift Class Action Lawsuit
Re: Looks Like One Lucky Fan Already Has A Nintendo Switch Lite
@isellpixels Nintendo ITCH!!!!! Sorry, just had to get that out! Understand the whole replacing the 3DS, which is a shame, and I honestly get the whole 'use it as a portable'...just takes it away of what it is!
Re: Looks Like One Lucky Fan Already Has A Nintendo Switch Lite
@Xansies It does, plus I like the colors, and I feel that this is good for kids (like mine who would want it to play on the go) and for others that want a handheld, but still though, I honestly hope nintendo doesn't discontinue the original models and just go for these like they kind of did for the 3DS...hard to find the original 3DS and not see the 2DS only.
Re: Looks Like One Lucky Fan Already Has A Nintendo Switch Lite
Isn't the Switch Lite going against what the console was originally made for and why it's called 'SWITCH'?. Honestly, it's nice for people that are always on the go, but it does take the name away from what nintendo originally wanted to do with it, and I'm sure with this out, it'll become hard to find the original that can be played on the TV.
Back to the topic, this seems to happen a lot with store chains anymore. There's been many articles of games getting leaked out early, games arriving before street dates and now...a console before street dates! It happens!
Re: Nintendo: It Would Be A "Disservice" To "Loyal Fans" To Release Animal Crossing In A Rushed State
@ICISAZEL What does any of that have to do with what I mentioned? Seems to be that you just wanted to offend someone and pick a fight, come on, it's COMMENTS. If you don't like my comment, don't reply with hate that has nothing to do with it, please.
Re: Diddy Kong's Racing Once Again With A Return To Mario Kart After 11 Years Away
Re: Nintendo: It Would Be A "Disservice" To "Loyal Fans" To Release Animal Crossing In A Rushed State
Nintendo seems to be great at this!
Re: Sega Will Feature Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games 2020, Mega Drive Mini And More At E3
Re: Sega Trademarks Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz
Guess my wishlist is becoming a thing! Loved the 3 on Gamecube (even the adventure), owned all 3, owned the one on DS, 3DS and Vita, and even have the one on PS2 (granted it was just the second re-made). They were all a lot of fun, but part 2 on Gamecube was definitely the best. Been waiting for a while, but looks like a new one will be made. Honestly, I hope it not only releases on Switch, but also PS4. Would really love to have on on the Playstation VR, but not sure on how great it would actually be...could be the vomit-inducing game on that!!!!
Re: Geralt's Voice Actor Says He "Wants To See" The Witcher 3 On Nintendo Switch
Re: GameStop's Database Lists More Than 20 Unannounced Switch Titles Ahead Of E3
Re: Rumour: Switch References In Call Of Duty Site Code Start Chins A-Waggin'
Re: Hands On: Building Upon A Solid Foundation In Super Mario Maker 2
