At first I got Stardew Valley bc a friend wanted me to play it. I honestly didn't think I would enjoy it that much since I prefer Action and puzzle games mainly but it's actually so good and it's the main reason why I have such a backlog of games I still haven't complete.
Props to the developer fr, continue working hard!

I really like the switch I have now and I don't really see the need to get a new one anytime soon so I'll stayed with the tried and true

Excellent point, of course it's predictable if you've already played the game.
It's like critizing the Anime for following the Manga. It's a lose lose situation because if they were "unpredictable" then they would have said this isn't sonic at all or smth

IGN and GamesRadar+ seem a bit harsher then the others. I feel like we have to remember that this is a series aimed mostly for younger kids, adults just enjoy it as well.
If they wanted to hold it to adult standards then they would have made it PG13 or above (I haven't seen it yet but I doubt they showed Maria getting shot **BECAUSE IT'S A KIDS MOVIE**)

No matter how good Mario Kart is it's mindboggling to me how it's still doing so amazing after so long.

TBH I used to be a big fan of Pokémon but lately it's just... too much. Not in terms per say of the number of Pokémon, it's an entire world like ours, of course there's going to be thousands of Pokémon. I mean in term of power-ups. I feel like for the last couple of games they've just been piling more and more. Don't get me wrong, some I really like and I think it's cool like Z-moves, metaevolution. Those fit, those are more "Pokemon-ish" if that makes sense. I started drawing the line with the new powerups like giga max (Literally just making them big??? Not very original...), and The crystalize one (This one is the worst to me because it's just plain ridiculous, where did this idea even come from?).
I believe the best course of action the Pokémon Co. could take going forward is just fixing the mechanics and in game lore then they could do what they want.

I honestly don't mind this long wait, it's not like Deltarune is the ONLY video game out there plus 1+2 were free.
I think sometimes we forget how HARD it is to make even a simple cut scene, make it so it's on a wide variety of counsels, AND live your daily life.
