Just use the account system and have all your purchases transferred to the new system and have it so you can use your older physical games as well. No need to rock the boat when you are on the high speed express of success.

Now if only they actually listen to fans.

Rules have changed so much for the game since then. It’ll be a major shock to many to learn there was a time you could draw turn one if you went first and fusion was actually a valid strategy.

I’m curious about it. I love the IP but would prefer an English dub.

Needs a story mode for each character. It doesn’t have to be deep or anything but give us a reason why they are fighting. I’d also say more characters and little extras like new lines recorded for snakes codex, palutenas guidance and the like.

It’s the letter R. There’s no other similarity! The color, star and font are all different.

Streaming isn’t a far reaching viable option. Physical will always be king.

Common sense also says why pay for an online service when you don’t play online, don’t have internet access most of the time and would only play a small portion of the classic games that are available that you play offline but only for every other week due to how the check in requirement works due to looping back to not having access to internet!

In August last year switch had sold over 129 million units. At that time though I looked to see how many had subscribed and the search result hit only 36 million subs. That's not even half of switch owners back then! Sounds like they would be raking in the money selling individual classic games.

I’m just saying that the subscription route should be an option but not the **ONLY** option. What about consumers that don’t play online and just want the games? To get all the classic games it’s $50 a year! That is an ongoing fee to play only a handful of games you’d actually play while you are given many you’d never play. Myself I’d be better off to just select what games I want and buy individual titles and if Nintendo going forward is using the account system like they should’ve already done our classic games will roll over to the next gen.

Yeah I opened and closed the nes and snes apps several times when I was connected and it never checked (no way to force it to check either). I thought since that was the case since the 30 days would be up in the middle of the week I’d be set till the next check on Saturday and enjoy them until then……nope it knew when the sub was up and cut me off.

Not when you can’t reliably connect it’s not. Believe it or not internet doesn’t exist everywhere. Even if it was I wouldn’t be using the online service outside of the classic games and that is an ongoing yearly fee compared to buying games I’d play indefinitely.

Just having the internet connected to the switch once a week isn’t enough. The switch has to want to check in. Every time I’ve subscribed a month or so I’ve always only had access two weeks out of the four I’d paid for. It always wants to check in around 10 pm when I’m at home with no connection on a Saturday and I don’t feel the special need to make a special trip to town burning expensive gas just to connect to the internet! It would be better to just buy them individually and play them indefinitely with no restrictions. Especially since to get these I’d have to pay $50 a year for something I’ll only be able to play for about half of that time on a service on which most of its features I’ll never use!

I’d rather purchase them and play them anytime I choose than have to rely on an internet connection at the dangdest times to check in.

Konami is not a small Indy developer. Why are they using Limited Run? The TMNT collection got an non LRG physical run and sold well. These would sell just as well in the same space. I hate relying on LRG. They are far to slow.

I’d like to see Valkyria Chronicles 3 and a new shining force.

I picked up the Jedi Knight games and racer/commando double packs at Walmart for $20 a piece. If it was a complete collection I’d resell those just so I could have a full collection.

The physical is cheaper than the digital? Wow! If it didn’t require a download and was complete on one cart (or maybe had 2 carts in the box since there is so much unused space inside) I’d buy this.

Thing is they severely underestimated demand. They did this before with physical copies of FF pixel remasters. High demand but very few produced, the standard edition sold out in no time at all! Let’s not forget the whole kingdom hearts debacle being cloud only either. That’s even less switch owners being able to actually play or buy their products.

Solution? Make more physical copies soon. It’s that simple. Consumers want it physically.

Physical lasts much longer and is a godsend for consumers like myself who live in rural areas that don’t have decent access to internet. I can just go to the store and buy it pop it in and begin playing. The only way I’d ever consider going full digital is if abd only if they guarantee all the games I purchased on switch will just transfer over to the next console over and over throughout all upcoming gens.

Acknowledging fans demand and passion for an IP is one thing. Actually doing something meaningful to said fans is another.

Would be preferable if Nintendo did a similar service and allowed you to purchase individual games.

Thing is it’s hard to justify buying an online subscription when you never play online or make use of what’s on offer on the differing tiers. The only thing I myself want is access to “select”games I want. I had that with VC but not with NSO. Heck even now buying third party collections they get games on the service while the collections don’t like the recent adding of Castlevania Legends.

Picking up Star Ocean. Then I’ll continue playing my physical Operation Wolf Returns, Coffee Talk Duology and Crymachina.

I’d rather purchase Legends and play indefinitely. Let me know when they decide to offer more options than subscribing to an online service.

Would’ve been better had the multiplayer been free dlc instead of a forced update. In fact Konami could’ve put the games on a mid size cart had they put all the heavy memory videos and bonus pizazz behind free dlc on the eshop.

I’m not buying it either if they are going to be cheap. Same with the Batman collection and metal gear as well. If they are going to be scummy I’ll not support them.

They’ve made money hand over fist off these games several times over. They can spring for a larger size cart to put the complete game on.Especially charging the same price as it was on previous hardware. 26gb here and 15gb there on supposed physical releases add up and even with a TB memory card it eats it up fast. Physical forever!

So is it a complete physical?

Maybe they are going to change the physical to be on three carts in the box or have asylum and city on one while knight has a stand alone release.

No way to purchase it so I’ll pass.

Even if reload does come to switch or it’s successor you’re still not getting the complete P3 story. I honestly don’t know what’s so hard about making a definitive version of the game with content from all three releases (Female main character, party control and The Answer).

I’ll be skipping this. No games included on the cart at all so I’ll not support this lazy attempt of a cash grab.

Nah not a game I can get behind but I’m happy for those that love it and animal crossing because I never will.
