Haha, I think 7 out of 10 honourable mentions were free psplus games at some point, so it's hard for me to justify a repurchase. The only exception would be Towerfall, that game was predestined for the switch!

@SlippingBack thanks man, I'll be sure to check it out. Eventhough I've played many RPGs/jrpgs I'm quite overwhelmed with all the mechanics in xenoblade2. Maybe it's the small form factor on switch since I'm used to home console.

The Vita is a fantastic little device. People have just deemed it dead for years because it didn't get tripple A releases, but it is releasing countless great games for on the go until this day. I find it more practical on the go than my switch (which I love dearly as well).
Even if Sony were to do a hybrid console, nintenderds shouldn't flatter themselves for doing it first. Sega was way ahead of the game with the Nomad.
Man, I wish Nintendo was software only just like Sega.

The should just dump every rom they have on the online service in a Netflix fashion, only enhance a few titles with online play where it's actually worth the effort and have some older indie titles as monthly giveaways that are tied to the service.
Even if they would increase the subscription a little they would be offering more value than psplus then since that doesn't include psnow.

Thinks it's a good idea to have the option for low power hardware. Not sure if I'm going to get it though. I'll save the money for the 2019 dlc.

Indie games celebrate nostalgia in a much better and creative way than this classic but just outdated offering.

@TheDragonDAFan true, find the brand dedication to Nintendo similar to that of apple and it's iSlaves... I like certain brands too, but come on people, don't be such tools! Put your hard earned money down for things that have a certain "value" for you.
If you want some nice retro controllers go check out 8bitdo which can be used on several devices.

As if the initial offer of overpriced retro controllers wasn't bad enough, but who am I kidding, it will sell like hot cakes thanks to die hards.

Rather just wait for the ps4 Remake of 7. Played the original often enough to justify getting the original on another system. I don't get the mistrust towards the remake. Generally game remakes are improvements, unlike movie remakes. I wouldn't treat it as the same medium.

I think Sega has immensely stepped up it's efforts as a publisher/studio over the last 2 years. Of course more so on PS4, but the switch isn't lacking games. Of course if technically possible a port of the Yakuza games would be awesome since almost all except Kiwami 2 and 6 run on an old PS3 engine.
While they're at it, a shenmue port has to be possible as well.
