Game, Game, game always at Game stores. I live a million miles from my nearest Game. It's simply not convenient to go there vs a mystery gift download (as in the U.S).
Most people will choose Zombies, how boring! I'll choose ghosts cause I hate anything to do with Zombies. I'll then lose the splatfest like all the others I've been in.
Well this isn't news! It was evident amongst internet chatter nearly 2 years ago that the systems would share the same architecture, meaning the same software would run on both, and wouldn't need seperate development.
'Technology convergence', they've been going on about it for decades.
Mario Maker @ 49%, I wonder how many people clicked that option who are actually getting the physical copy? Nothing for me except Mario Maker physical, 'cause I want the 8 bit Mario Amiibo!
...and I still don't have a copy of SMB3! I'll never forget seeing it for the first time at a friends' house who imported a U.S copy, it blew me away. I guess I wasn't allowed it when I asked my parents. So I've been a SMW fanboy ever since!
As I mostly play Nintendo, 95% of the time physical is cheaper! I was referring to Nintendo, rather than games in general, as that is what the article is about.
I don't like how their business practices have changed since they 1st came on the seen. Using auto bots to raise prices to inflated levels. Yeah your right, if I don't like it I wont use it (and haven't done for some time now). There are plenty of competitive alternatives nowadays!
I'm not saying they're offering digital only, but rather they're offering another way of getting downloads that are, in themselves, more expensive than physical copies anyway.
I knew it! A hybrid handheld/home console, that is cloud based. A game doesn't have to be produced for a handheld then a home console because the hardware architecture is shared between both sytems. Twice as many games! My main concern is the rateof take up of fibre dsl, 'cause this babies gonna be hungry for bandwidth.
Loved this better than the original. My only gripe was the ridiculous requirement to deposit tens of thousands of star bits with the bank toad. I had to find that out online, and I still haven't managed to aquire enough to unlock that ridiculous last level. I've also lost my save file since!
I remember going to a friend's house who imported a U.S copy early. I was boiling over with excitement to have a shot at it. I don't like the people who bash SMB 2, that was a fantastic Mario game, and very misunderstood amongst the SMB 3 snobs. To this day I've only played SMB 3 through as a borrowed copy, but hopefully I'll finally track down my own!
I only have 2850 stars! I doubt that's even enough for the goodbye coin. C'mon Nintendo, you need to make this stuff cheaper, otherwise I'll be forced to get a load of crappy downloads.
I'm getting Rodea on Wii U and possibly 3DS. Preordered well before expected release date, so I understand NISA when they talk about early warning. I watched twitch gameplay before the last cancellation day came.
I'd buy that bundle if I didn't already have a Wii U. I'm getting this day 1, I don't care what's out on PC or PS4! How can Nintendo still offer the premium hardware bundles when the Nintendo Network Premium offer has ended months ago?!
Streets of Rage 2 all the way this week! Does anyone know if it has infinite continues like the first one (I mean eShop version, I think it was added into the 3D remake).
I always look out for Iwata's name in game credits. Only yesterday I saw his name in Yoshi's Woolly World and thought fondly of him. I dodn't know he'd died until today, and I feel really weird now.
Taken from us too young, I'll miss the man that brought me back to console gaming with the Wii. The Ninty CEO that I 'knew' the most about through directs and E3, something I didn't experience back in the NES and SNES eras.
I thought this was a sick joke when I read the headline! I feel a great sense of loss to a man that got me back into video games with the Wii. I'll really miss you Mr Iwata, you were taken from us too young.

Humble bundle is nothing to do with Amazon, you're cherry picking.

Making it even easier to overpay for digital copies vs. cheaper physical! No thanks Amazon, you've gone to the dogs lately.
Re: Review: Devil's Third (Wii U)
Not a day 1 purchase for me.

Re: Mario History: Super Mario World - 1991
Would never sell my JAP copy, I love it too much. I never did find the last exit (96th)! A rush of nostalgia every time I pop the cart in.

Still playing Streets of Rage 2 from last week!
Re: Talking Point: Wii U Gamers Have Been Treated Poorly By The Third-Party Retail Scene, But The System Still Brings Joy
I only had a Wii last gen, but I've needed a PS4 this time aswell as a Wii U. Although I still play the Wii U more.

Re: M2 Initially Felt Porting Streets Of Rage 2 To 3DS Was "Impossible"
Does anyone know if there's an infinite continues option, like in the first one on the 3DS?
Re: M2 Initially Felt Porting Streets Of Rage 2 To 3DS Was "Impossible"
Now we just need enough people to play this, so we can get the 3rd SoR!
Re: Yoshi's Woolly World Has Limited Impact in Japan as Yo-Kai Watch Busters Dominates
Dissaponted with Yoshi's Woolly World numbers, I really loved that game. Deserves better.

Re: Wreck-It Ralph 2 Confirmed to be Smashing Its Way to Theatres
I've been hoping for a better role for Mario, not just turning up at the door of a party for a brief cameo.

You should've put a 'none' option in the poll, or included Rodea (due in October).

@Liam1894 I've played the original. It's a stiff challenge, but I think I beat it. So long ago, I can't remember it too clearly!
