Well this explains the discrepancy in the comments from the earlier article. Kinda odd that different regions got different interiors but I'm sure this isn't the first or last time this has or will happen.

@SuperCharlie78 I just picked mine up from BestBuy and the inside art isn't white, its just a repeat of the outside art without the logo though. I also was able to redeem the gold coins, not sure what happened with your copy. And @DarkLloyd the DLC is definitely on the cart, not sure why so many ppl think its not

@ToadBrigade Rewards are still available as of now, I just dropped 1600 platinum points and still have over 700 left. Guess it paid off to play pocket camp so much over the past couple years. Also the Splatoon post cards and Xenoblade stickers got a restock so who knows this might become a regular thing.

I should probably read the whole article but with a title like that, I'm not so sure. To each their own but "Finest outing" seems a bit hyperbole. To be honest this is one of if not my least favorite Kirby games. Rented it (when that was still a thing) back on the wii and it was incredibly boring and short lived in my opinion. I couldn't understand why it got remade for the 3DS but clearly it's got it's fans and more power to yall.

Well I'm glad they're going to include the patch on the cart since I ordered the CE. But I think the main takeaway for me from this article is that NL has a sister site for Xbox that I only just found out exists. Been using PushSquare for a while though.

Ordered the Stickers and postcards since the phone holder is out of stock. Kinda dumb that I got charged tax on the shipping which normally wouldn't happen. The subtotal is $0 so tax should be $0 but whatevs.

The game is pretty funny but not very memorable tbh. I completely forgot that I finished this game on steam earlier this year until I saw this article, and I still can't even remember the ending/final boss.

14/15 only missed the Wave Race one. Weird considering I've only played 7 of the games on the list. Seems I've picked up some passive knowledge of these games/covers over the years.

@Joekun You sure about that? Strictly limited still has it listed for an October/November release, unless they had it moved up.

I'm hoping this patch and any other updates end up on the cart day 1 for when the physical version comes out since I've already got that pre ordered.

@JJtheTexan Considering the DLC is out so soon, I wonder if LRG may have already known and planned for it. I'm gonna hold off getting mine for now. According to a twitter reply, they're going to be sending both games to bestbuy later on as well.

Have had this on my Steam Wishlist since it released there but never got it. Might just go ahead and wait for it to come to Switch instead.

@Ttimer5 I managed to start the game for the first two times. I set alarms on my phone like a week in advance but apparently messed up the third time. After getting frustrated with the constant errors I didn't pay attention to the times they had listed, especially since they kept adjusting it on Twitter since not many ppl could get in

I'm still incredibly salty that I didn't even get to play a single match. Got to do the training mode so I got a feel for the controls but that was it. Also annoyed that the twitter used a 24 hr clock when reporting the times so I missed the third beta time slot because I thought it was pm rather than am since they didn't actually specify when putting in the revised times.

Now if only this one-off can cause a resurgence in splat fests. I wouldn't even mind doing more like this which were already done

That last comment is kinda hilarious tbh. Sounds like someone who just bought Animal Crossing for the first time without realizing what the game really is as if it was the first game in the series.

@BlackKnight93 The whole issue the guy and many other people had was that the game was heavily inspired by BOTW however at the time it was only confirmed for PS4 and PC (and maybe mobile). It was shown at a Sony event iirc, so this guy in a form of protest of it being so similar broke their PS4. And then it was eventually confirmed to come to Switch as well, pretty much showing that even Nintendo themselves don't care how "similar" the game is. All in all just a fanboy's over reaction of a supposed shameless clone coming to a competing platform.

I've been waiting for this game for years now at this point, been on board since it was first announced back then. I personally like what they've done with the localization. Also to be fair the game is rated T for teen so of course it may be too mature for younger kids. Also @Mando44646 it's only $50 but I'm also gonna wait till Walmart likely marks it down by 10 as they seem to be doing with a lot of new games of late

I was really hoping Pokemon Home was gonna also be an actual game and not just a storage app. I wanted something akin to Pokemon ranch back on the Wii. But as it stands now, I really don't feel any need to get this service.

Interesting that Hero is getting a nendoroid. Square Enix usually makes figures of their ip in house. Hoping they do more licensing because their play arts line generally don't look too great

I generally will stick to getting the PS4 version of a game or the PC/steam version if there's a good sale mainly for the graphics/performance aspect. My Switch is for exclusives or certain games that lend themselves to being played portably. Or in some cases if for some reason I just feel like the game really fits on a Nintendo console; examples being Owlboy, Hollow Knight, Shantae, and a few other indie games.

@Tao I meant portability in regards to Netflix, as I could at least easily dock the switch to a larger screen if I traveled. A tv isn't necessarily required to use Spotify so I don't find Spotify on Switch practical at all unless like others above mentioned it could play in the background.

I'd much rather Netflix on the switch. I've got Spotify on my ps4 already and use it frequently. I suppose the same could be said of Netflix on my ps4 but at least the Switch has the portability factor. Whereas for portable music I'd just use a phone and a bluetooth speaker.

So for the very first one I said Evil-tal although the way I actually pronounce it is Ee-vel-tal like the video game series Y's. Two of the choices being Yevel-tal and Yeevil-tal to me sound like you are pronouncing the "Y" similarly to "Yell" which just sounds off to me. In Spanish the word "y" which means
"and" is pronounced as the letter "E" so that might be where my bias comes from.

@KayFiOS I was wondering about that as soon as I read it. That doesn't really make sense to me. It's just another arbitrary system to make it harder to evolve pokemon.

This thing is definitely not large enough to be worth 500 bucks. For it being 2ft by 3ft I'd say maybe 100-200 if the materials are quality and if it is well crafted.

@Markiemania95 Did you do that today? Cause yesterday every rocket stop I found crashed on me but my lv 40 friend was able to do them fine. (I'm lv 30 Btw) I had heard that a lot of others weren't even able to see the stops or were also crashing.

Prepare for trouble when your game crashes everytime you find a Team Rocket pokestop if you're under lv 40. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

I originally thought he was a ditto as well until I saw his very tiny triangle nose from the side. Also people seem to forget b/c even the pkmn company forgot but ditto can definitely turn into a 1 to 1 copy of anything. The ditto face was just an issue that the first ditto in the anime had b/c it couldn't get the faces right whereas other ditto could transform without issue. The plushie line is just a way to make money using a cute ditto face.

@zever if it's anything like pocket camp or Mario run, then it probably won't work if rooted. I had that issue on my tablet before masking my root. My phone isn't rooted though so I'm super ready for this beta to release in a couple days.

I'm hoping it looks the same on Switch as well cause that was the main reason I got Sonic Forces on PS4. They're similar but the quality was just better for ps4 and ran better. But considering this is a kart racer it might be better on switch since it'd be easier to bring to a friend's place and personally I have more controllers on switch.

It's weird seeing this article pop up right now as I just got my first platinum trophy on ps4 the other day with Fe. I quite enjoy trophies/achievements and it adds extra goal posts along the way while playing the game. I also like that they aren't necessary so you can completely ignore them if you want. But sometimes I find it interesting to just go through my friends list and see others accomplishments in the games they've played. Also with playstation you can link trophies to sony rewards and get rewards for them although it does take a lot but if you play a lot of games and or get a lot of platinum's it could be worth it.

I've been waiting 3000 years for this. I hope it comes to fruition especially since the west will likely never get the fantasy life smart phone game

@Old-Red I suppose that's true. I never see words like weird or odd to mean "bad" unless its stated so. "People like you" is more ambiguous (at least to me). Since the post wasn't directed to me I didn't see as much an issue but I can see how it would upset others.

@Old-Red I don't really see how the comments are horrible or derogatory. Presumptuous? yes. They simply stated some observations they've had and their opinion based on those observations. I don't think they had any ill intent.

I have a creative bt-w2 which is also a usb bluetooth adapter that supports aptx ll and I use a usb a to usb c right angle adapter when undocked. I like it because it has a rectangular design when sticking out the bottom of the switch rather than a round one. It also works on a ps4 and doesn't need an adapter when in docked mode. But the big draw of the guli kit here for me is the usb c adapter that puts the bluetooth transmitter on the back of the switch. For me it's the first one I've seen of its kind and I had been looking for one like it practically since the Switch released, that little adapter makes this a definite purchase for me now.

@grenworthshero I agree, according to this article alone he seems quite capable of getting over a million so I'm not sure why it was even that big a deal. Furthermore they could have just had him reproduce the results on an authentic machine and been done with it.

I feel like 5 boards should at least be the minimum.
