Re: EA's Peter Moore: We've Never Said We Won't Develop For Nintendo

hYdeks

EA will most likely support the system if they feel their games will suit the system, and if people actually buy the games. If Nintendo shows a console that is focused more on the casual gamer, chances are you won't be seeing the same type of experience you'll get on xbox, playstation, and pc

Re: Bethesda Doesn't Rule Out Nintendo NX Support, But "It's Too Early to Say"

hYdeks

Yea, I don't ever see this happening unless Nintendo decided to appeal more to the hardcore market again, and the NX is as powerful as the xbox one and ps4, and at this point with the rumours, I really doubt it.

I think if we are lucky, the NX will get as much support as the Wii did and same style of third party games , but if your looking for hardcore games like Doom and fallout, your looking for Sony and Microsoft, not Nintendo.

Re: Metroid is 30 Years Old Today

hYdeks

Metroid is one of Nintendo's best franchises, and they definitely don't give it enough love. Sure, Metroid Prime Federation Force is coming out soon, but they should have done more for its 30th! I'm really hoping for a Metroid NX game to be announced when the NX is revealed, or I'll be really upset.

Re: Report Points to Nintendo NX Manufacturing Ramping Up in Q4 2016

hYdeks

@whanvee agreed, the one big problem Nintendo made with the Wii U was getting the message across it was a new system, and they didn't advertise the system well at all. Another huge problem is Nintendo made a name for themselves as a casual gamers console, and most third party companies would rather make huge blockbuster games that sell, or make casual games for free available to ppl on mobile.

Either way, I am interested in the Nx and will probably buy it as I am a huge Nintendo fan, but how will Nintendo bring in people that that aren't just big Nintendo fan, that's the huge challenge they seem to face.

Re: Poll: The Nintendo NX - Where Do You Stand on the Future of Nintendo?

hYdeks

It will probably be a day one purchase for me just from Zelda alone, but I'm hoping Nintendo will show great launch titles for the system. As for the concept, I'm not completely sold on what the rumours say, but I love Nintendo and will buy it as long as the games are there, because that is what is most important

Re: Gallery: Let This Awesome Nintendo NX Mock-Up Excite You

hYdeks

Ugghh, every rumour and mock up so fast for this system I hate, this isn't good news for me. What matters most is games though, and so far I am happy with the ones we know are coming.

I've said it already and I'll say it again: reveal the system already, Nintendo!

Re: Talking Point: Considering the Angles of a Portable and Dynamic Nintendo NX

hYdeks

@kotag no, I hate the ps4, what I want is a system that is powerful enough to be on par with xbox one and ps4 so we can at least get some games this time around, even if they are ports are not. If everything else is right about the nx, it will be great, but if the system is severely underpowered again, we probably won't be getting much in the way of third party support yet again.

Re: Multiple Sources Outline a Portable NX With Detachable Controllers, Including a 'Base Station' for TV

hYdeks

If this is true, or close to what it is, I'm not very impressed and I can see myself actually switching over to Xbox over this.

I love Nintendo and have supported every console they have made, but I can't do another system that won't get the games because it's under powered, and has yet another gimmick being used, I refuse to miss out on tons of great games just because Nintendo hates making a console that is powerful and practical.

As of right now, I hope this is just some silly rumours, and I will be looking forward to Nintendo FINALLY showing the system off, and hoping the system is something more impressive than Eurogamer is saying.

Re: Nintendo Reconfirms March 2017 NX Launch And Quality Of Life Concept Development

hYdeks

So the system is releasing in 8 or less months and it's all not being showed of until possibly the fall, that's just retarded of you Nintendo.

This is actually the first time I've gotten impatient about waiting for Nintendo to show their next console, usually they show them off a year or two before launch, not like what they are doing with the NX, and the wait is getting annoying.

Re: Ubisoft CEO Says Nintendo NX Will Help Grow The Industry And Pull In Casual Players

hYdeks

Eww, he said the bad word -_- If the nx being another gimmick heavy system that is underpowered compared to the composition, I'm sorry to say considering how much I love Nintendo, but even a great game like Zelda won't entice me to fall into another system like that from Nintendo.

Nintendo really needs to show the system off now, all the speculation is starting to make ppl worry about the system more than getting them excited about it.

Re: New NES Mini Console Won't Get More Games, Cartridge Slot To Remain Shut For All Eternity

hYdeks

I'll still be getting it, it's definitely a great item for long time Nintendo fans.

It's too bad Nintendo didn't think a little outside the box though. Let you flip up the lid and have a sd card slot to add more games into the sd card, have it hooked up to the internet and download more nes classics from the virtual console. Ohh well, this is definitely better than absolutely nothing

Re: Feature: The Biggest Wii U and 3DS Games of 2016 - Summer Edition

hYdeks

yea, it was hard to pick just three, there is about 11 games I'm looking forward too on that list, but I ended up picking Metroid Prime (yea, I think the game will be good, so sue me...) Paper Mario, and Shin Megami Tensei, but there is a lot of great games coming out, unfortunately not many of them are on the dying out Wii U.

Also, why is Dragon Quest VIII on the list, we don't even know when it's coming out, so it probably won't come around until next year, if we are lucky to even get it.

Re: Shigeru Miyamoto Thinks You Should Give Star Fox Zero Another Try

hYdeks

I like the game, but it shows that miyamoto doesn't fully understand how gamers are these days.

The motion controls are OK, but they should have been optional because the original controls where just fine, and didn't need fixing. The length of the game is pathetic, it's about add long as a Snes game, which was fine over 25 years ago, but definitely not a days.

I think Miyamoto should have a lot less control in what happens with all the games at Nintendo, and Nintendo should make more of an effort to innovate in making there games more modern and more innovative in gameplay, and less innovative in weird controls , like what Breath of the Wild is doing.

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

hYdeks

I was thinking of getting this game, but with this happening and the NX just around the corner, I have a feeling it's not going to be supported for much longer which makes the purchase of the game at this point to be pointless

Re: Xbox Boss Says NX Launch Will Be "Exciting", Zelda Looked "Good" At E3

hYdeks

I like how xbox ppl will give credit to their competition for doing a good job, they're pretty cool ppl like that

Personally, if I don't get some news on NX soon, I might dive in and get a xbox one s and say the hell with the nx for awhile and just get Zelda on my Wii U. Hurry up and show something already, Nintendo!!!!! -_-
