i play my wii u with a bigger extra battery screwed to the gamepad. it would be insane of nintendo not to make that a possibility for this. could take battery life from 3 hours to a nice 7.

i think that, even if it can't run a full mario maker, this and every nintendo console forever should come with a mario player with access to the millions of levels made by the users. that's easily enough content for people to be enjoying on whatever hardware they use in 60 years

what i don't understand is ever moving away from the cape power-up. it's the single most fun thing ever designed in a video game. the propeller helmet is a disgrace in comparison.

well, this terrifying rumor does line up with the intelligent idea of unifying development teams so as to avoid future game droughts. so i guess it will be for the best. nx could be an hd-capable hybrid with enough power to play ps3.5 games and maybe sell as much as 3ds+wii u did, which would make it a hard platform to ignore.
