Gradius 3 would be nice, but why does nobody think of Gradius 4? I'd love that one on the switch more than 3.

We have the Utada songs, so I'm happy. No Face my Fears or Dearly Beloved hurts, though.

GOD DAMN IT! We could have gotten betas and protos and stuff out of this, but, of course, people are people, so this happens instead.

Show me 4 - 9 in any way, and I'll be happy. DQ 1 and 3 are 2 of the only RPGs in recent memory that I've been able to beat, so it'd be really nice to be able to play the rest of the series on Switch.

@TG16_IS_BAE I know. I'd kill for any of the mainline games (especially Scarlet Devil) on Switch.

I'm fine with Galaxy not being at #1. At least in my opinion, SMG is maybe an 8/10 at most, and feeling more like a 7. Before Luigi, I probably would have shifted it down to 7 max, feeling more like a 6. The game just feels like it can't decide whether it wants to be a sandbox, or a course clear. @QueenKittenWrite @Varkster I get that, and it's more of a thing that I'm surprised that they did it this close after the remake, which firmly established that Awakening was still a dream. If anything, I hope that this means that we get more of these. I'd love to see Clock town show up here as well.

How does this work in canon? Or is Awakening not a dream in the BOTW timeline? I just have a lot of questions right now.

I've maybe docked my Switch 3 times since I got it, and I've burned through around 4 pairs of Joy-Con by now. I've always been a handheld gamer, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

@Friscobay I don't care about Epic or Apple or how much money goes to whomever. I only care about the ramifications towards Nintendo.

@Friscobay Epic winning would most likely mean that Nintendo would be forced to open the Switch up to non-approved devs, allowing emulators to be ran on non-hacked Switches.

I desparately want Epic to win this case. I live for the day when I don't have to hack my switch to run emulators on it, and Epic winning is the only way that I could see that happening.

Wake me up when Scott Pilgrim comes out. As for now, I still have 2 games in 3D All Stars to complete, the last round of SNES online games, and, on my PS4, Persona 5 R. Ori tempts me, but Scott Pilgrim overrides all.

We're slowly getting closer to Gradius 4, at least. Show me that one, and I might finally pick up a non-Nintendo Arcade Archives game.

8/10. Not European, and wasn't sure how many side games there were on the Game Boy.

The Mega Man collections being on here hurts me. I used to like those, but after I started to actually become a fan of the franchise, I realized how bad they were. I already did a massive rant on these over on gamefaqs, and I'll edit that in once I find it, because that rant was a long one.

@tobsesta99 I, at least, would use folders extensively. It's hard to find a specific game when you have anywhere near the amount of games I have, and I'd love to midigate that issue.

Ok, but I'd really like for this thing to not have exclusives. Why can't I get Mappy Kids on the Switch? I'd buy it.

11/15. Didn't know Kid Klown, never played R.C. Pro AM or Banjo Tooie (Or any Rare game other than Banjo Kazooie, the SNES DKC trilogy, Diddy Kong Racing, and decent bit of Blast Corps.), and forgot about Conker in DKR.
@Inc Their last original game on a Nintendo platform was 15 years ago in Banjo Pilot on the GBA, and their last game on a Nintendo platform was 13 years ago in Diddy Kong Racing DS. If you're only talking about console games, then you'd be correct, with Star Fox Adventures, which is 18 years old.

Do we know if account swiching could change which region it pairs you with? That could sidestep the entire issue.

9/12. Never played hunters, haven't read the manga, and I'm not good with release dates. Wasn't sure about the number of games, but everything else was a lock.

It's Activison syndrome. Anything that comes to the Switch has to come late, except for CTR, because that one had MTX.

If I could have Subnautica take all of my votes, it would. I've had 3 indie games that I've wanted to come to the switch, and this was the 2nd of the 3, with the first being A Hat in Time. Now, if we could just get Slime Rancher, my Indie list would be complete.

@Toy_Link I think Epic is either fine with the situation on consoles, or plans to immidiately use a winning verdict on the big 3 to force their platforms open.

@nessisonett If they thought that the originals would have taken away from their sales, wouldn't they have taken Metroid 2, Link's Awakening, and Pokemon Gen 1 off of the 3DS virtual console? If they're willing to take down full Wii U games, I think that they'd be willing to take down a few 3DS virtual console games.

Can this please come to America? I'd love to finish up the Sega Ages library, and pick up Cathrine.

I need to get this, if only because of the connection to Little King's Story. That game is one of the best on the Wii, so I trust the people behind it. I just hope that this will get us closer to a switch port of Little King's Story, because I'd love to play that game again.

Still hoping that Scott Pilgrim might come to fruition. Other hype stuff for me would be Rayman, Prince of Persia, or an AC Altair collection. Basically, anything new for the switch that isn't a Tom Clancy game will excite me, since their lineup for this year seems ok at best.

@Adrevenue If earthbound has one, that automatically disproves the previous 2 handles without a doubt. Anything Mother related would most likely go to the existing Twitter for the Mother Project.

I just hope that the Scott Pilgrim tease comes to something. Other than that, PoP, classic style AC, and Rayman would all get me excited.

YES!!! The more obscure, Japan exclusive (or formerly exclusive) RPGs the better! The best part is that this is probably only the beginning. I expect for this to announced soon, as part of the group of announcements Squenix teased the other day. Hopefully Quintet will show up next, along with E.V.O and the rest of the Enix backlog. Square's backlog is great to have, but Enix's would be just as nice to have.

The one thing I don't agree with here is immediately believing the victims. Give them the benefit of the doubt, yes. But don't immediately crusade against those being accused. Do you guys not remember the incident with ProJared? We need to make sure that we don't make too quick of a judgement, so that something like that doesn't happen again.

@Zeldafan79 I actually do think the Resident Evil games and DMC 5 will be coming over soon. Remember the E-Shop related strings in RE 3make? Also, why would they have bothered bringing over the masses of RE & DMC games, only to not capitalize on the new fans? And if Doom Eternal and Witcher 3 can run on one Switch, I think RE engine games can. I know that different engines have different requirements, but from what I've heard, the RE engine can work on decently low specced computers.

@Zeldafan79 When did they outright say no to any of those other than MH? Just because it hasn't been announced doesn't mean it won't happen.

Ok, but where's Get Even and The Original Game for TG-CD? If we do get a second collection, those are the two games I want. After that, can we please get a Lufia collection, Taito? I'm going to find a way to get Sagaia for the Game Boy after idiodicly thinking we'd get a similar offer in America, so I'd easily buy a Lufia collection.

@Pod Boom Blox would have been the only thing that could have possibly swayed me to buy a game from EA. I long for a day when we get a 3rd game, now with VR support.

This is the kind of stuff that I love seeing randomly show up. Give me more obscure/cancelled 16 bit games, and I'll buy them as soon as I can.

My question here is what Wayforwand is doing. They have a FULL HOUR of stream time, but their only major franchises are Shantae, which just got a new game, and Mighty Switch force. Even if we got a new Might Switch Force game, that certainly isn't enough to take up a FULL HOUR of stream time when SEGA gets 30 minutes. What's Wayforward hiding that will fill out that stream time? Whatever it is, it must be pretty big, otherwise they wouldn't get a FULL HOUR when the big guns only get 30 minutes.

I'm looking forward to picking up the stragglers that are only in Japan as soon as I can. I don't know why, but I've always had more of a preservation focused mindset with these rereleases, where if an emulated game released on multiple platforms, I want all of those versions, even if they all have the same content. So getting the NES versions of the games on top of the arcade versions just feels really nice to me.

I want main series Kingdom Hearts just as much as the rest of you guys, but if this finally gives me an official way to listen to the Utada songs on the go, that will single handedly make up for the lack of mainline KH on Switch.

I just want something from Capcom to be announced soon. Arcade 1UP is making an X-Men VS. Street Fighter cabinet, and MVC2 is my current most wanted 3rd party port to the switch, so a Capcom presentation would be very nice right now. Plus, if we could get Kingdom Hearts and/or Yakuza (my most wanted current gen ports) at some point, that would be incredible.

What happened to the Gameboy game that they had as an amazon exclusive preorder bonus in Japan? I don't see it mentioned anywhere on here, and the only reason why I own DBFZ and SamSho is because of their preorder bonuses. I plan on getting these collections at some point anyway, but if I can get that game in some way, I'll do what I need to to get it.
