@Friscobay On the contrary imo i feel that rolling out content post launch has many benefits in the long run. This kind of practice keeps the community surrounding the game engaged and entertained along with being excited about new stuff being added. Also it builds up hype for what's to come in the future (see Wave 3: new story, characters) and people never stop to talk about the game resulting in more players discovering it.
This is by all means ginormous.. it would be so cool if you could use the big buttons though. It would look so goofy i mean with the size difference xD but still i'd love to try this!
I've really enjoyed coming back to this game for the first update. From this point on whatever comes next i'm super excited about, especially the new story and characters!
I've had the first game in my library for the longest time, but didn't have the chance to play it yet. From what i've seen so far, this looks like something i could get into. Even though the next few months are pretty packed with new releases, i will definitely make some time to play "Bomberman R" and if i enjoy it, i might consider the sequel.
That's a sweet discount. I wanna get Tropical Freeze someday but in physical format, all the others i've already played (except MM2). I wouldn't mind also paying a bit more, since most first party games in my country go for around 45-55€.
I'm on my second pair at the moment. Thankfully the one i currently have seems to be immortal xD so i'll hold on to it for as long as i can. Looks like my country is included, that's nice to know just in case..
@Rykdrew I guess that makes sense, but still i feel it contradicts the whole purpose of the steam deck, which is to play games with great looking graphics portably, as it's a really powerful handheld. Still not all AAA games release on switch, so it's nice to be able to access those even by compromising the graphics.
@Rykdrew Witcher 3 i played on switch, but it's an older game at this point. Still 1-1.5 hours of battery life for newer AAA games isn't just enough for me sadly. I'm happy that you enjoy your Steam Deck nonetheless.
@Nanami_Ataraxia I can see where you're coming from xD
These kind of party games can certainly be hectic with all the pandemonium that's happening on screen. Personally i'm not too fond of such games as well, i find them anxiety-inducing >.<
The Modern Combat games by Gameloft were the most fun i've had on mobile. Too bad it's latest releases mostly comprise of projects filled to the brim with microtransactions..pass
I swear by reading "Taxes" and "Turnip" in the title i thought we were getting Turnip boy 2 xD This looks really interesting and imaginative though! @granhalcon 💀
That's really cool to be able to dump your existing games and play them with better performance and resolutions. But the whole process sounds quite complicated to me. I'm more like "pop in the cartridge and play" kind of person xD Also i was considering getting a steam deck for a while but the poor battery life and overal size of the system put me off sadly..
I used to have a 2DS system. I bought it as a bundle with Mario Kart 7 back in 2020 after being discharged from the hospital at the time. I remember just sitting on the bed and having a blast playing online with others. After that i bought more games like uhm..Ocarina of Time, Kirby Tripple Deluxe and some others which i cant recall at the moment ;-;
I'm sad i haven't gotten around to playing this yet, it's such a cute little platformer. The fact that it was also initially worked on the switch, makes me even more optimistic about it's overal quality
I would love to redeem those trials and play some of the kirby/yoshi games, but my hands are full at the moment with other games. @eltomo For a moment i was under the impression the N64 games would be available as well but oof xD
@Giancarlothomaz don't forget about the Battle for Middle Earth games, i hope they remaster/remake them at some point...and Conquest was so much fun too!
To be honest being more into Mario games, i haven't tried a Zelda game just yet, so im basically indifferent. Despite that i would love to have either Breath of the Wild or Links Awakening as my first entry point to the franchise sometime in the future.
Having been a Tolkien megafan in my school years i can't just not play this game. More time in the oven also hopefully means the game will be better optimized, either way i'm excited!
Yay! I have been curious about playing this game ever since it released. Always wondered whether it would make the jump on switch eventually, so that's nice!
@OorWullie that sucks..the same happens to me from time to time with my bluetooth earbuds, where all of a sudden theres a big delay in the sound. In my case though i reconnect them and it fixes, hope it gets resolved soon for you..
@JustMonika Yea i'm gonna watch that for sure after i play the games. I don't watch much anime nowadays but the last i watched was the Danganronpa anime adaptation. Can't wait to finish the other games so i can continue binging the rest of the seasons
@JustMonika oh i see. Steins'Gate is another one of those series i haven't had the time to delve into. One day when there's a sale i swear i'm gonna grab em all off the e-shop!!
"Ahh, looks like Spike made another crappy game!" -Monokuma
In all seriousness..this looks incredible! I will probably have finished RAIN CODE by then, so i will give this game my full, undivided attention when it launches. Expecting the Danganronpa references as well!! xD
That's a sweet gesture no doubt, but i deem it a little more on the morbid side especially for a children's game. Then again i don't believe the younger audiences will even notice xD
Sweet! I've enjoyed this game so much when i played it, so more content is always welcome. I'll pick up my cartridge when i get home so i have it with me when the update drops

That was always a slightly disturbing thought for me, so many sleepless nights...xD @Yosher i think in Yoshi's case they become little eggs?
