"And of course the other thing with multiplatform, that I’m sure most people realize, is that when you do code across multiple platforms you do have to code to the lowest common denominator. But if you do exclusives you can push every lever to 11 in that platform."
How true, from my personal experience (most) exclusives are where the quality at and multiplatform is just multiplatform.
Switch 2 - Finally got time to play Metroid Prime 4: Beyond Steam - Doing achievements in Orcs Must Die 2 Wii - Replaying Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure
Switch 2 - Waiting for the release of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond PC - Replaying Heavy Metal F.A.K.K.2 with latest patch and mods Steam - Returning to do some achievements I haven't done yet in Orcs Must Die 3
First Alundra is a great game, colourful on the outside and pretty dark on the inside. I highly recommend playing it though be aware some puzzles are difficult to solve if you're not accustomed to the old-school gameplay. I cannot recommend Alundra 2 at all.
I have Fallout 4 with all dlcs on two Steam accounts playtime clocking at 1,623.4 and 569 hours respectively so I don't think I'd want to play Fallout 4 AE Switch 2 edition in the foreseeable future if at all.
Yes, Jet Set Willy wasn't isometric as well as Uridium, Attack of the Mutant Camels, Iridis Alpha, Prince of Persia but a large number of rooms of the blue zone in Lumo 2 is solely dedicated to Jet Set Willy and it is a nice nostalgic touch.
Metroid is my all time favourite series and I don't need any incentive to buy a Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. Nowadays I wouldn't get any Ubisoft games even if they were free.
I rate the Nintendo Switch 2 library 8/10 so far. I've bought Nintendo Switch 2 for first party exclusives and occasional third party games provided there're also exclusives. I've zero interest in third party substandard ports you can get everywhere.
Soulcalibur II is solid 8/10 but nowhere near 10/10 even by 2003 standards. Technically there're no 10/10 games if such Ultimate 10/10 game existed the game industry would have to close it's doors permanently.

Pirate's Curse and The Seven Sirens are technically the best games in the Shantae series.
Re: 3D Fighting Series 'Battle Arena Toshinden' Is Getting Revived For Modern Platforms
@Sindayl
Battle Arena Toshinden 4/Toshinden Subaru is the worst game in the series (great anime intro though) that's why it is not included.

Re: Mini Review: Lumo 2 (Switch) - A Delightful Celebration Of British Retro Gaming
Lumo 2 pays a very touching homage to Jet Set Willy.
Re: 50 Best NES Games Of All Time
Gun-Dec/Vice: Project Doom, Dead Fox/Code Name: Viper are really good games but they didn't make the list.

Re: Xenotilt, The Eye-Melting Sequel To Demon's Tilt, Is Out Now On Switch

I appreciate NatsumeAtari Tengo Project games and cannot appreciate Lizardcube games art direction wise.
Re: Shinobi: Art Of Vengeance Gets New Trailer Detailing Its Fast-Paced Combat
@axelhander
What I see and hear is a generic licensed action game with no soul.
Re: Shinobi: Art Of Vengeance Gets New Trailer Detailing Its Fast-Paced Combat
Looks cheap and devoid of any charm the Shinobi series is known for, it definitely deserves better than this.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (31st May)

Re: Ubisoft's Prince Of Persia Remake Expected By 2026, But It's Delaying Other Major IP
The Sands of Time is the best
Warrior Within is solid good
The Two Thrones is acceptable
The Forgotten Sands is ok
