Downtown Nekketsu March: Let's go to the Great Athletic Meet (in Japanese, available worldwide). I've played this one and it was a quite funny compilation of athletic mini-games.
Nekketsu Kōkō Dodgeball Bu (only in Japanese? Available worldwide).
That's all Kunio-kun games available on NSO, and they don't require expansion pack.

Play something that was released on Famicom. Those were original and quite good games.

Downtown Nekketsu Kunio-kun games on Famicom/NES were quite good and different. Athletic game, hockey game, beat 'em ups...
