I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo doesn't even have a digital event this year. At least then we can understand that they just want to pull out of E3 and not be there anymore.
Other M is in my Top 10 list of favorite games. People might not like the story. But I enjoyed it. I think overall it had some amazing gameplay though. A true evolution of Super Metroid and Metroid Fusion. It took that 2D gameplay and put it in a 3D world quite well.
My question is why aren't all the events some sort of wacky interpretation of their irl equivalent? I don't like sports titles, I like the Mario sports titles where it's hardly realistic at all and everyone has unique super moves and skills and there are green shells flying everywhere until friendships are destroyed and countries go to war over a simple game of golf on a 2-screened handheld filled with colorful cartoon characters that aren't even true to their own source material.
It certainly is different then Nintendo's normal intuitive anyone-can-play control schemes. I would think having to learn to play the game would be a turn off for a lot of new users. Especially since this will most likely be a lot of people's first Star Fox game.
@AVahne I actually meant that the people that made 3D dot game heroes probably did this exact thing and then were like "Hey let's make our own game instead"
I've heard from my local Pokken group that Reshiram was broken. I haven't experienced being against him that much so I'm not sure what needs to be fixed.
Is it bad I don't like games with over 20 hours of gameplay anymore? I don't have time to play games like that and find short 6-10 hour games more rewarding.
Chronicles of Teddy looks awesome but I don't know if I'll be able to play it because of how long it says it is.
@DefHalan Actually Windows 10 Mobile got a lot of good updates to the back end code. It allows for easy migration from Android or iOS apps to Windows apps too.
@Splatburst I think they actually said they would make it super easy for developers to move their code from Android and iOS to Windows. They even have an app that automatically compiles it for you. But at that point it's up to a developer to do that and submit the app to the Windows store.
The LEGO games always seem decent. But that's the unfortunate part, they are decent. I never could get into them because of how hum drum the whole experience is.
Why is randomly generated levels so popular with devs nowadays. I always find the levels so lackluster and un-memorable when they do that. It's not like good game design was a hugely important portion of games back in the day right? They had whole teams devoted to that stuff.

Re: Review: SUPER ROBO MOUSE (Wii U eShop)
@buildz I think it's Construct2 isn't it? I've developed a few games in that before and it's very easy to add sound effects...
Re: New Super Mario Maker Costume Features All-Girl Japanese Rock Band, BABYMETAL
So when are we getting Mickey Mouse then?
Re: Feature: A Summary of Nintendo's Key Announcements on NX, E3 and Mobile
I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo doesn't even have a digital event this year. At least then we can understand that they just want to pull out of E3 and not be there anymore.
Re: Pikachu Is Getting His Very Own Pokkén Tournament Controller
@FX102A How so? I can't imagine it being too handy with the lack of some many buttons on it.
Re: Pikachu Is Getting His Very Own Pokkén Tournament Controller
You said it worked on the PC though right?
Re: SNK Playmore Rebrands As Plain Old SNK
I cannot wait to see what SNK has in store for us in the future. I love all their games a lot.
Re: Video: See Peppy's Barrel Roll Obsession Go too Far in this Star Fox Zero Easter Egg
So I wonder who else get's their own mission in the game besides Peppy.

@abbyhitter I too would prefer an Other M 2.
Re: The Battle Cats POP! Will be Scratching Its Way to the West Soon
Oh neat, I saw this while browsing the japan eshop awhile back. I was wondering if it'd come over.
Re: Reminder: Six Wii U Games Are Now Discounted to Nintendo Selects Prices in the European eShop
I would've like a Nintendo Selects Wii Part U physical copy.

I hope we get an NX version.
Re: Nintendo Download: 14th April (North America)
I would like DKC3 on the N3DS please. I'm sure it'll be out soon.
Re: Feature: The Biggest Wii U Games of 2016 - Spring Edition
I cannot wait for Shantae.
Book of unwritten tales will be neat on Wii U. I would love to see how they utilize the gamepad.

Re: Review: Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games (3DS)
@Zombo I am well aware of this, I own all of them. But there are only a handful of dream events.

Re: Review: Cutie Clash (Wii U eShop)
Eh I'll give them one thing, the presentation looks decent.
Re: Random: Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games Shows That Mii Characters Aren't to be Trusted
@Knuckles To be fair, it's likely that the Sonic amiibo has the same function. Most amiibo functions seem to end up that way.
Re: Yo-kai Brand Power Strikes Again in Japan as Pokkén Tournament Passes Sales Landmark
Pokken actually seems like it's being taken seriously in the FGC. So hopefully that helps it sales while people start hopping on board with it.
Re: Competitive Super Smash Bros. Scene in Spain Prepares to Ban Bayonetta
As a competitive smasher, I have not lost a single game to Bayo yet.
Then again there is like an unmentioned agreement in the Austin community that for some reason suggests that no one use top tier characters.
Re: Review: Donkey Kong Country (New 3DS / SNES)
I still find it sad that this game had a lot more animal buddies at the first entry. Yet the 2 new DKC games only have Rambi.
I think I still prefer the old games over the new ones. I hope that's not nostalgia talking.

It certainly is different then Nintendo's normal intuitive anyone-can-play control schemes. I would think having to learn to play the game would be a turn off for a lot of new users. Especially since this will most likely be a lot of people's first Star Fox game.
Re: Nintendo of Europe Rolls Out Official Online Stores In More Countries
Cool, now how about NoA get on board with something like this?

Re: Here's A 3D Classics Version Of Zelda You Can Play In Your Web Browser
I can see where 3D dot game heroes got their inspiration.
Re: Street Fighter Producer Yoshinori Ono Would Love To See Nintendo Vs. Capcom
I would be so up for this. Although I would've loved the formula used in Card Saga Wars for a crossover fighter like that.
Re: Splatoon to Arrive on 3DS Under the Name "Splatoon Legends"
There was actually one or two leaks about this a few days ago.

Re: Pokémon Snap Comes Into Focus for Wii U Virtual Console Release in Japan
I would hope they'd realize how perfect the concept of Pokemon Snap is for the Wii U...
Re: Review: Alphadia (3DS eShop)
I wonder when Kemco will make a new crazy castle game. That was about the only series I liked from them.
Re: Video: See the Super Mario e-Reader Levels You Never Played in Super Mario Advance 4
I wish we had this pallet/sprite set available in Super Mario Maker.
Re: Aperion Cyperstorm Adds Bots, Teams and Modifiers to Shmup Mayhem
Looks neat. Twin stick shooters are always fun. Is there online multiplayer?
Re: Random: Here's Every Level In Super Mario 3 Played Simultaneously
I like how the autoscrolling levels are keeping the vid from being very quick.
Re: Random: Metroid Resurrection - The Super Mario Maker Series With a Plot and Marketing
@Angelic_Lapras_King @twistedbee I don't think there will be a sequel. I see ports. But this seems more like a one-off thing.
Re: Random: Metroid Resurrection - The Super Mario Maker Series With a Plot and Marketing
I wish Nintendo would let us combine levels and create our own world maps. That would be awesome.
Re: Reminder: North American Gamers Can Buy an amiibo and Get Mini Mario & Friends Now
Nothing will encourage me to emancipate the figures from their plastic prison.
Re: There's Another Resident Evil CGI Movie in Development

All these Nintendo apps may be the only thing I regret about having a Windows phone.
Re: Review: City Connection (Wii U eShop / NES)
I used to have this game. I liked it for a smaall arcade experience. I don't think it deserves a 3. Maybe a 5 or 6.
Re: Rumour: New Nintendo NX Controller Images Surface and Set the Web Alight
I guess the only thing left to do is compare the dimensions to the previous image. If things line up. I'm pretty sure we can confirm the leak.
Re: Nintendo Seeks a Trademark for Mario Coin Sound
Does this mean you can't make a piece of music with this set of notes in it? Or it only means you can't make something that is strictly these notes?
Re: Video: First Gameplay Trailer For LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Has Dogfighting And Plenty Of Backstory

Re: Feature: Ten Game Boy Advance Games You Should Play
I recommend all the Sonic Advance games. Probably the best Sonic has to offer, but so few have actually played them.
Sonic Battle was ok too. Wouldn't put it in a Top 10 though.
