Managed to wait in theme park levels a line and scored Kirby Airiders, Pokemon ZA, and Age of Imprisonment for half price!
Sad to see them go but maybe a a local business can one day fill the gap, if there is one.

Where is the Australian Box art? Largely the same as UK but the text on the left is removed.

@Arawn93 When you have cutscenes with song performances and other scenes with everything down to various mouthing of words, feels strange that spoken dialogue is omitted.

It would certainly help add cohesion between the anime if the games also had VA. Personally I always find it odd that Pokemon will make sounds but a the humans are all silent. Even in AC the dialogue is paired with its own language, Banjo Kazooie is similar and helps with its own sense of charm. I suppose it's more subjective for some but I'd far rather have the option than not and I earnestly believe the series would be better off for it, not sure how having it would detract from the experience in the slightest.

Why are people digging at DF? They've consistently been great at laying out the technical power or those lacking in games.

It's a Doublade of circumstances, a critique of a game shouldn't deter your on enjoyment but rather allow people to be more informed and ultimately devs to improve their next game.

While mobile games aren't for me, I cannot help but enjoy the soundtrack of this trailer! Definitely feels closer to a David Bergeaud composition.

Yikes, no other tech hardware came out worthy of being nominated over the Switch 2 Pro controller. From a design and repair point it's way below average. Nintendolife even put out that iFixit review of it.

@Debo626 It's hardly nonsense, most of the time these projects require funding to get the product to even exist for public. Most aren't big companies that have millions to instantly release their products

Sounds just like the iPhone disabled problem. Not ideal but more people need to be informed before going in for 2nd hand SW2.
I do not believe the idea of just banning accounts works, it's too much of a slap on the wrist and Nintendo are definitely trying to cut the problem at the source to act as a deterrent to people toying with the idea.

Love this series, will see about getting it after MKworld gets shelved.One thing that I don't really get it when you land after a jump, it looks and sounds odd, there's no oomph from the weight of the machine hitting the ground unless whatever gravity magic keeps it in the air. You have to have the expansion pass to be able to buy the Switch upgraded games? Or am I reading that wrong? What does it mean by Select Nintendo Switch 2 Edition upgrade packs?

The new owner has its parent company in Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Arabia Government. I'm not sure what that will mean for the future but my guess is more money being fleeced from customers.

I would argue that compared to Tales of series it's not exactly thrilling but cool to see a step towards it.

If they had the time and resources it'd be cool if they did a dual release remake of blackwhite and blackwhite 2 as two titles and not four. Not sure it'd be feasible or a good business decision though.

Twinmold alone made me detest the 3D version as much good overall the game did. The Zora swimming was butchered too so not a fan and wouldn't recommend to people.

Bit of a weird spot as I believe this a good sign for a PSP/ DS collection and then a 6th gen collection much like the castlevania legacy games we've been getting lately.

I would say support this release so it's more likely those collection become a reality but Konami is hard to back sometimes.

A 6th gen collection with: Falsebound Kingdom, Duelist of the Roses, Monster Colisseum, Tag Force Evolution and Dawn of Destiny would be pretty cool though! Modding scene for Roses would be great on PC.

I always think "Oh yeah with he new ideas this Pokemon game introduced the next one will surely be better!" And then get disappointed. I really do hope they find their stride with 3D games, it's been pretty rough for GF adapting to 3D.

I don't like features being removed but seeing the fanservice of XC2, I'm ultimately favouring this being is down/ removed. It doesn't help someone's overall immersion. If anything, it's more distracting and a shallow way of pulling in players.

Isn't this fairly similar to the PUBG vs. Fortnite case? Many similar mechanics but ended up working in Epic's favour.

I believe I got in a solid hurrah before it all closed!

-Finished Triforce Heroes including Den of Trials with my friends for a really solid and enjoyable time, we all haven't laughed as hard as we did in a long time.
-Tried out Federation force with a friend and found it surprisingly entertaining.
-Got a win in Mario Kart 7
-A few wins and and fun matches in Smash 4
-Wondertraded a whole bunch of Pokemon so I can eventually do a wonderlocke run before bank closes.
-Did some big hunts in MH 4U too. Sergio's always gives me a bit of PTSD but golly does the armour set look wicked!
-Downloaded as many levels as possible in SMM1 and finished all the event courses!

I'll miss the online and social aspect of both consoles. I do hope tech continues to advance so these kind of things will be up indefinitely.

Does Super Luigi U not count? Isn't that one supposed to be quite difficult with every level having the timer set to 100?

That cannot be comfortable to hold and use. Having sunk in buttons does not work on any level.

Enjoyed Death's Gambit way more than I was expecting. That game hit every spot for me and my brother. Artstyle, music, VA and level design I love thoroughly.

While I did enjoy Twin Snakes on the first play, it has not aged well like the original has. To those who haven't played it, it has some widely odd choices in regards to music and cutscene direction that deter widley from the OG.

@Jeronan Most of these have been in the form of tera raids and knowing that the general public will pay for DLC, TPC/ GF will just throw their effort content into that.

Golden Sun almost every time. Nintendo lost Mario & Luigi's Alpha I feel like Xenoblade is the only series scratching that itch...I just miss Camelot JRPGs.

I'd want them to flesh out a more consistent launch of their legacy content before adding GCN to the mix.

If they gave it the 2.5 HD remake look I'd be keen but yeah would be cool to see it wildly different interpretation of the game.

Can Nintendo actually do anything?
They aren't profiting, using nintendo IP or had their current emulator taken down which I assume because Nintendo have no grounds to make a move on.

@Shambo I feel like you misunderstand me. Of course, physical exercise/ sleep cycle/ diet is far better for the body than a chair.

However, when someone needs a chair, especially for those that have desk jobs/ lifestyle it is important to consider what will have a benefit on their health. Eg. You spend $2k on a desk and RGB lighting etc. (luxuries) vs. a chair/ monitor that's potentially better for your body/ health, it's pretty clear where your money should be going, especially on a budget.

The amount of people that don't understand how important a good chair is for your body, is quite startling to be honest.

Since the GB we've always seen a more beefed version of the handheld so I believe it'll be a Switch Plus/ Pro/ Super model not a successor console.

Does the arm canon's glow speed get on anyone's nerves? It seems much less subtle in the remaster and quicker too. Kept grabbing my attention during the video.

Fi was a determent to Skyward sword. Cool design and all but every time she spoke...Maaate.

If they don’t announce something or another direct for the second half of the year their investors will likely tank out.
That said, I’m sure they of all people are acutely aware of what they need to do.

I miss the days of so many first party games over two consoles. I suppose dev time has certainly increased per game.

I’m excited for Zelda and Metroid but would like to play a Pikmin game.

I hope they announce some more switch online things.

Played it with my friends last night and online was horrible, stuttering audio and gameplay. we maybe had 5 matches before giving up and just playing something else.

So frustrating we pay for this service when GoldenEye: Source exists. At the very least it was funny and entertaining for the seconds of smoothness we did get.

This hurts, I’m not a collector on this level but it’s akin to a 1st edition book being damaged. It’s memorabilia and physical history. I understand the “games are meant to be played” mentality but preserving history and a passion for old games is important too, not on the level that WATA does though.

@HalloHerrNoob you could do a ‘competitive’ run if you’re looking to ramp up the difficulty. Battle ‘set’ and no items Allowed during battle other than held or poke balls.

Made Pokémon sword and sun a lot more entertaining.

I’m guessing that shortly after the eshop closure they’ll announce the gameboy nso which will add the first Pokemon games to home.

It doesn’t make sense to announce before the closure from a monetary point of view but time will tell!
