This game looks amazing, but the 15 GB download is a complete deal-breaker for me right now.

Fortnite is overrated, but it's still an okay game overall. What DOES deserve great praise is how much they're updating the map through quirky events like this. Instead of just pushing out a random update and patching in a new location or aesthetic instantly, they add them in-game as you're playing the match. Instead of going in a match to see they spawned in a giant crater during a maintenance update, you see the meteors crashing to form it mid-battle.

@NintenGuy Try the Octo Expansion as well. It's some of the best DLC I've ever played, even beating the original single player campaign.

According to Sakurai, development of the game started in December 2015, well over a year after the Wii U game released. That description is just a common expression.

It's probably BECAUSE they held off on showing it at E3 that they're getting a lot done. I'm glad they didn't try to rush to get it to a presentable state in time for E3 and instead decided to hold off and take their time polishing it. A delayed game is eventually good, etc.

They must REALLY want to forget the Wii U existed.

About time! The constant delays were definitely annoying, but at least most of the initial bugs and annoyances from the launch seem to have been worked out.

I REALLY hope this isn't true. X/Y were Pokemon's debut into 3D, came out a lot earlier than expected, but ended up being super rushed as a result. GameFreak has a habit of doing this from time to time, so I hope they take their time with the Switch game so it's not another rushed title.

I just want the Bedrock Edition to release already. The Switch version's launch window has gone from Fall 2017 to Winter 2017 to Q1 2018 to 2018 to just "still a ways away."

@SmaggTheSmug If you dropped it after only five episodes you really can't judge the show very well. I agree though, Eren's edginess is a problem for the first few episodes, but after that the other characters kind of start to level him out. The flashbacks, however, remain a consistent problem; they're much more varied than just "Eren's mom dies and Eren gets mad" after those first few episodes, but they are still oddly placed here and there. Other than that, the main story is pretty nice, and I think you should at least give it a few more episodes to get past most of Eren's edgy teen phase. I'd give it about a 7.5/10 overall.

@westman98 The 3DS is steadily fading out, and, being almost as old as the DS was when it died, it's definitely at the end of its lifespan. Lower sales won't affect it too much for the future if they're already phasing it out. For now they're just making sure current 3DS owners have something to play in case they're holding out on buying the Switch.

My childhood is being remade this early?! The only thing that could possibly make me happier now is Sinnoh remakes.

The recent shootings involved the use of dangerous and powerful weapons such as AR-15s, which should not have been sold to such disturbed people in the first place, with many guns like this one able to be freely carried in public. But it's obviously the video games causing all this trouble, right?

@crackafreeze $2.99 is a little steep for just an aesthetic costume. They should pack a few of them together for that price.

I've been rewatching Attack on Titan with an episode each day to get me hyped up for this game. I didn't even realize until I'd already started the rewatch, but I'll get to the last episode right on the day the game comes out! I'm excited to see how it all unfolds in the game.

Attack on Titan comes out on March 20th, not the 31st IIRC.

@SonOfVon It's because the developers literally don't care at all about taking the time to update the console versions. They once posted on Twitter that it's the customers' faults for not getting the PC version instead.

I'm not worries at all. Nintendo's usually been super generous with DLC, using payments and microtransactions very sparingly. If they make more DLC, they'll definitely do it right.

It's funny how they made the Wii U so small in that art. They're really trying to put it behind them.

This kind of physics-based gameplay is PERFECT for a Portal spinoff. I'm not sure why people are so mad about it. It's not replacing any potential Portal 3 (it's not even developed by the same people), and Portal isn't in desperate need of a third game yet like Half Life was. It's like if people back in the the 90s got all angry about Mario Party and started saying "Way to give a middle finger to people who wanted Super Mario 64 2!"

@-Green- They made the Adrenaline Orb to make SOS battles more likely, so I can see them maybe adding an opposite item in this game to make them less likely.

@-Green- According to other reviews, there's less cutscene dialogue and the beginning section with the starters is much quicker. I don't see why they'd remove the SOS feature though. Why would they remove a necessary battle mechanic in the "Ultra" version? If anything they would just make an item that makes SOS Pokemon less likely.

Speaking of other reviews, I find it funny how there are already comments in the IGN review complaining that this doesn't deserve to be the 3DS' swan song because they didn't "bother" to put all the regions in it. It's like once US/UM turn out to be good, the haters need to find something more to complain about.

@RyanSilberman They said for now it's just on PS4 and Xbox One but Switch and PC are "not off the table" for a future release. Plus, Rebecca Sugar herself is supervising the whole project and she LOVES the Switch; it's highly likely that she'll push for a Switch port eventually.

I just hope Save the Light eventually comes to Switch so we can actually get a good Steven Universe game.

@GrailUK Giant humanoid animal things called "Titans" suddenly appear and start snacking on people. People don't like this so they build walls around their towns and a military to fight 'em off. Throughout the series there's a big mystery behind the titans that unravels amidst all the action. This game is based off of the anime's second season.

I bet it'll have some form of compatibility with New Leaf. Maybe it'll unlock special furniture and stuff?

Attack on Titan is a pretty good show. I love everything about it except for one thing... Eren. I can't wait to sour my relationship with that little edgelord as much as possible in this game
